[i]Long ago... Humans and Dragons were rivals, fighting with each other. Until one day, an unnamed warrior stole a three very mysterious eggs from three different places and raised them into fine, powerful, peace-loving dragons. This man, was the very first 'Dragon Tamer'.

After him came many others who too, wanted to tame the beasts. Many have tried, some succeeded, some failed, others simply were too afraid.

After many generations, a new sport came - Dragon Fighting. Most people enjoyed watching their dragons wrestle, whereas others simply objected to the violent ways of these gentle creatures. Dragons have not died from such brawls before... yet. Good thing medical science is so advanced today.

Today, a new revolution arises. A new academy has been built - Dragon Caves Academy, built on the land Dragon Caves is based on. This academy teaches trainee Dragon Tamers how to raise, breed, and fight dragons. This year, there are many students who are interested, looks like they brought in some Eggs and Hatchlings ready to be raised into powerful dragons. We will teach you how to fight, train, raise and do stuff with dragons. Welcome all first-years, to the grand opening of Dragon Caves Academy.

[b]Rules:[/b]
Basic Rules of YCM and this Forum.
NO beginning with Dragons with a Rarity of 'Rare' and above. This includes non-dragons. That is, unless you're a Teacher, but you still can't get Extremely Rare or above Dragons. However, anyone can have a Neglected Dragon.
No killing dragons in fights, without permission of course.
You can only start off with Eggs OR unmatured Hatchlings
Go wild, have fun, Yadda Yadda.
Students start off with only 1 Dragon, Teachers can start with 4.

You can summon YOUR Dragon and un-summon it using your staff which you will already have from the beginning.
These are mixed dorms
The biomes stay the same, and you can venture to the seperate biomes during your freetime or recess, but its against the school rules to do it at night.
You can go to any class you want as long as its starting.
The RP will take place right after the speech above. Yeah, that's the speech.

This class teaches you to identify the basic dragon eggs and in the later years, rarer dragon eggs
[u]Breeding(Teacher - Li Taira)[/u]
Self-explanatory. This teaches you how to breed dragons, cure illnesses, etc.
[u]Battling 1(Teacher - Jolta Priest Dorkface) and Battling 2(Teacher - ???)[/u]
This teaches you how to battle with your dragon. Mr Priest is also principal, so he doesn't [i]always[/i] have time.
[u]Dragon Taming 1(Teacher - ???) and 2(Teacher - ???)[/u]
This will teach you what to do to tame each respective dragon species if they go angry or rebellious, or if they do not obey you.

Bio: Otto was born in a rather rich family with many luxuries. Despite this, she had a kind heart and soul. One day, she found a sick-looking dragon hatchling, seemingly abandoned by its parent. Thus, she brought it back home and nursed it to health before releasing it. Her parents disapproved opf such behaviour, so they did what they must - give her a dragon and send her to Dragon Caves Academy.
Appearance: Otto has Pink, wavy hair to reaches down to her thighs. Her purple eyes appear rather charming, attracting many people. She wears a plain-white skirt and plain-white turtleneck, along with the rest of her same-coloured outfit.

Age: She ages a lot faster than her Dragon, but slower than humans, Despite being born at the same time, Human's age, She's around 19, Despite being around for 114 Years

Bio: Nevirath is an Extremely Rare oddity pertaining to both humans and dragons, She was born from her Mother, Who is a Nebula Dragon, along with her brother, Deinarva. However, Unlike her Normal Brother, Deinarva, She was roughly the Size of a Human, and had many characteristics of a Human, but quite a few characteristics of a Nebula Dragon as well. She was the Family Delinquent, doing more human-like actions rather than more like her kind, and was punished almost regularly. One Night, She ran away with her Brother, and in her travels, She came across the Dragon Cave Academy, and she wanted to know a lot more about her kind, so she joined the Academy, She was rejected by the other students at first, but eventually was gotten used to....
Appearance: She's looks like a Regular Girl, except with the Telltale Nebula Dragon Scales and wings which change as the Nebula she looks at at night changes. She wears Rags to keep herself Decent, A Non-Dragon-esque Habit that her mother disapproved of, She eventually wears better looking clothes. Her eyes, Like her Brother, Are Purple

She considers her Dragon as her Brother rather than her pet, and will be Infuriated if you refer her dragon as a pet

Name: Phoebe Faretuyo
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Bio: Phoebe was born to a simple farming family, who lived on a small farm near a large forest. Everyday her father would walk a short distance into the forest to get wood for the fireplace so they could have a hot meal for their supper. Phoebe loved watching her father do his work, and often helped. But she was told never to follow him into the forest. So she never did.
Many years passed, and her father forgot the warnign he had given his daughter and brought her with him to collect firewood. But when Phoebe began to cut a tree, as her father had told her to do, she saw an egg, hiden in the leafy trendils that surrounded the tree she held the axe to. Realising that it was this tree that kept the egg safe, she careful nudged the egg further into the trendils, and selected another tree to cut down.
On her 15th birthday, after many visits, the egg hatched into a small dragon. Knowing full well her parents hated dragons and believed them as crop burning devils, she took the small dragon and ran from home, to enroll for the Dragon Cave Academy. So she could learn to convince her parents of the innocence of raised dragons. And to protect her own.
Appearance: Phoebe is about medium height, standing at 5'5. Her complexion is pale, nearing white, with a dusting of pale freckles scattered in random spots all around. Her hair is a very dark brown, often mistaken for black, and is cut short, albeit jaggedly, so her hair looks spiky. Her fringe is a sweeping one that covers her left eye. Her eyes are a beautiful golden orange, like amber. Her outfit varies, but is mainly a colored t-shirt, jeans, and black sneakers. If it's cold, a jacket would be added. She will wear dresses for really important occasions though. (Despite the fact Phoebe HATES dresses)

Bio: Ryan lived with his parents, who bred dragons. He loved watching them raise the dragons, but he was never allowed to touch them or interact with them because he was too young. Despite this, he loved one dragon in particular: a Green Dragon. That Green Dragon often interacted with another Green Dragon at the shelter, and they soon had an egg. His parents already had too many eggs, so they planned on giving it away, but Ryan intervened and said that he could raise the egg. His parents were against it, but they soon gave in and gave him the egg to raise. Ryan kept care of it as if it was his own child, and it soon hatched into a female [s]Geode[/s] Green Dragon. Ryan was thrilled that he had his very own dragon, and his parents decided to send him to Dragon Caves Academy to get a good education.
Appearance: He has long, black hair, with blue eyes and short eyelashes. He has small ears and a pointy nose, and has a freckle on his cheek. He usually wears plain T-Shirts, with the occasional black jacket. He has black, leather shoes with jeans and a watch. He has a moderate muscles and a plain hat, but he only puts on th hat when it's a special occasion. He also has black gloves.

Bio: Jake was born into a small middle class family, who did not partake in dragon taming, but did not acknowladge it as somthing bad either. Jake from an early age started reading texts about dragons. He became very interested in them, and started to read up on any scroll, script, or book he could find on dragons, and later on in life was able to obtain the egg of a Bright Breasted Wyvern, and decided to go to Dragon Caves Academy for training.
Appearance: Jake has dark blonde hair, nearing light brown. He commonly wears a red vest over a white shirt, and white stained skin trousers. His hair is usually long and unkempt, his bangs going down his forhead, and the back of his hair coevering his ears, and running down his neck.

All of her family left her because they were a father, a father (yeah, I don't know how that happened either), and three brothers... that all like guys... anyway, she always saw dragons around and liked them but no one would let her have one because they thought she couldn't take care of it. Then, she left the town a few weeks ago and found a dragon egg in a small cave. she had been taking care of ever since. She found it odd that it was an orange color, because no one in the small town had a dragon that color but she didn't care. She has a dragon now and she loves it. ^^ The egg hatched sometime late last night and she doesn't know what to do now because she doesn't know how to take care of it. This is a school that will teach her how to take the best care of it ever![/spoiler]

Bio: Natural explorer Lucas was trekking through a mountain forest a storm started brewing so he hid in the nearest cave. There he found a dark reddish colored dragon egg, there was no obvious way for a dragon of any kind to get through the small cave entrance and there was no other visible way or entering. He took it and returned to the lodge. There he kept it trying to hatch it. And now, two years later Lucas is going to learn how to tame and live with his new dragon hatchling.

Bio: Jolta Priest was abandoned by his parents when he was young, left to be eaten by Dragons. However, a kind, White Dragon father and a Pink Dragon father adopted him and raised him like a human should, except he became vegetarian. Due to this, he was capable of Dragon speech and human speech. One day, he told his 'parents' that he wanted to go on a journey to be a Dragon Master. His parents originally objected, but he pestered, so his father enchanted a piece of cheese to become a queer dragon egg, and so he set out on a journey...

Today, he has released most of his Dragons, except his very first one - Stilton. He also got another egg and raised it.

Bio: Alice was once a pirate who loved to raid nearby ships. She was one of those who used her dragon, Black Leviathan in this case, for evil. However, one day, she mysteriously decided to turn over a new leaf, thus Black Leviathan was upset for a few days, and thus didn't eat. It took a month for him to adapt to such a Lifestyle of goodness. Eventually, Alice decided to teach at Dragon Caves Academy due to her many adventures, as she believed she could teach kids a thing or two.
Appearance: Alice Aquablaze is dressed in a Gothic-Lolita-styled outfit - a regular sleeved dress, a white ribbon, black and white socks, and high-heels. Her figure is rather attractive and curvacious. To top that up, her hair is black with stripes of white, and her eyes too, are in a similiar manner - the left is black with a white pupil, the right is white with a black pupil.

Name: Valencia Emerson

Gender: Female
Bio: Valencia's first memories are of being 5 years old, awakening in a dark city. A kind, elderly couple took her in and adopted her as their own. But when it came for her to be of school age, she was denied entry to evey school in the area, because of her unknown heritage. A bit put out, her parents home schooled her, teaching her basic maths, writing and art. And when they delved into History, Valencia was taught all about the mysterious Dragons.
Her parents, as it were, were old Dragon Tamers. In days past, they had collected Dragon egg shells, Dragon eggs, and had raised many breeds, including rarer dragons and ones that only appeared in certain seasons. Purely fascinated, Valencia learnt avidly from her parents, taking many notes. It was obvious that even at her young age she would become a fine Dragon Tamer.
However, Valencia was never sent to a Dragon Tamer academy. Her parents taught her what she needed to know, using their own reasearch to teach her. She ws given an egg, which hatched into a simple Electric Dragon, which she loved and cared for. As she learnt, and got more eggs, she kept notes, using her exceptional drawing and writing skills to assemble a simple tome, in which she placed her reasearch.
At 17, she went on a journey to complete her Dragon Tome, and reasearched many dragons, and observed them in their natural habitats. When she returned, aged 21, she was given the position of "Know Your Dragon" teacher at the Dragon Caves Academy.
Appearance: Valencia is an imposing figure, standing at 6'2. Her skin color is a chocolate brown, and her eyes are a shining deep blue, glimmering as though she held a wealth of knowledge. Her hair is nlack with a faint blue-ish tinge, along with a red highlight. Her hair reaches about mid back, and her fringe is spiky, each spike having a small streak of red in it.
Her outfit is a simple indigo t-shirt, underneath a black jacket with blue and red trims. The sleeves are black, but with a faint overlay of red, gauzey material. She wears a black belt with a golden clasp, and she wears a blue skirt, which possesses a similar pattern to a Hellfire Wyverns wings. She wears black, knee-high boots.

Bio: Okay. He's Chinese. He was in a specialized program for learning about Dragon Breeding when he went to a Dragon school, so he knows a lot about dragons. In fact while being around them for most of his life, he can understand them more than normal human. He can't talk to them quite as well as the other teachers, though, even though he knows quite a bit more about breeding.

He managed to breed one of every known breed only dragon. However, after that, a Vampire Dragon came out of nowhere and bit the the rest of the eggs he was carrying, for no reason, too. [b]How mean![/b] One of them transformed and the rest died. The rest of the dragons he had before ran away after being scared to death that any more of their children would die.

Keep in Mind, According to The "Others" Nevirath and Deinarva (Deinarva is Male while Nevirath is Female) look at the same Nebula, and The Description of the Nebula Dragon says that they assume the Color and pattern of the Nebula they look at, and they do not say that they have any color Specific to each Gender. Nevirath has a Purplish Hue, and Due to this, When Deinarva Matures, He'll have a Purple Hue as well

Bio: Phoebe was born to a simple farming family, who lived on a small farm near a large forest. Everyday her father would walk a short distance into the forest to get wood for the fireplace so they could have a hot meal for their supper. Phoebe loved watching her father do his work, and often helped. But she was told never to follow him into the forest. So she never did.
Many years passed, and her father forgot the warnign he had given his daughter and brought her with him to collect firewood. But when Phoebe began to cut a tree, as her father had told her to do, she saw an egg, hiden in the leafy trendils that surrounded the tree she held the axe to. Realising that it was this tree that kept the egg safe, she careful nudged the egg further into the trendils, and selected another tree to cut down.
On her 15th birthday, after many visits, the egg hatched into a small dragon. Knowing full well her parents hated dragons and believed them as crop burning devils, she took the small dragon and ran from home, to enroll for the Dragon Cave Academy. So she could learn to convince her parents of the innocence of raised dragons. And to protect her own.
Appearance: Phoebe is about medium height, standing at 5'5. Her complexion is pale, nearing white, with a dusting of pale freckles scattered in random spots all around. Her hair is a very dark brown, often mistaken for black, and is cut short, albeit jaggedly, so her hair looks spiky. Her fringe is a sweeping one that covers her left eye. Her eyes are a beautiful golden orange, like amber. Her outfit varies, but is mainly a colored t-shirt, jeans, and black sneakers. If it's cold, a jacket would be added. She will wear dresses for really important occasions though. (Despite the fact Phoebe HATES dresses)

Name: Valencia Emerson
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Bio: Valencia's first memories are of being 5 years old, awakening in a dark city. A kind, elderly couple took her in and adopted her as their own. But when it came for her to be of school age, she was denied entry to evey school in the area, because of her unknown heritage. A bit put out, her parents home schooled her, teaching her basic maths, writing and art. And when they delved into History, Valencia was taught all about the mysterious Dragons.
Her parents, as it were, were old Dragon Tamers. In days past, they had collected Dragon egg shells, Dragon eggs, and had raised many breeds, including rarer dragons and ones that only appeared in certain seasons. Purely fascinated, Valencia learnt avidly from her parents, taking many notes. It was obvious that even at her young age she would become a fine Dragon Tamer.
However, Valencia was never sent to a Dragon Tamer academy. Her parents taught her what she needed to know, using their own reasearch to teach her. She ws given an egg, which hatched into a simple Electric Dragon, which she loved and cared for. As she learnt, and got more eggs, she kept notes, using her exceptional drawing and writing skills to assemble a simple tome, in which she placed her reasearch.
At 17, she went on a journey to complete her Dragon Tome, and reasearched many dragons, and observed them in their natural habitats. When she returned, aged 21, she was given the position of "Know Your Dragon" teacher at the Dragon Caves Academy.
Appearance: Valencia is an imposing figure, standing at 6'2. Her skin color is a chocolate brown, and her eyes are a shining deep blue, glimmering as though she held a wealth of knowledge. Her hair is nlack with a faint blue-ish tinge, along with a red highlight. Her hair reaches about mid back, and her fringe is spiky, each spike having a small streak of red in it.
Her outfit is a simple indigo t-shirt, underneath a black jacket with blue and red trims. The sleeves are black, but with a faint overlay of red, gauzey material. She wears a black belt with a golden clasp, and she wears a blue skirt, which possesses a similar pattern to a Hellfire Wyverns wings. She wears black, knee-high boots.

Bio: Ryan lived with his parents, who bred dragons. He loved watching them raise the dragons, but he was never allowed to touch them or interact with them because he was too young. Despite this, he loved one dragon in particular: a Green Dragon. That Green Dragon often interacted with another Green Dragon at the shelter, and they soon had an egg. His parents already had too many eggs, so they planned on giving it away, but Ryan intervened and said that he could raise the egg. His parents were against it, but they soon gave in and gave him the egg to raise. Ryan kept care of it as if it was his own child, and it soon hatched into a female [s]Geode[/s] Green Dragon. Ryan was thrilled that he had his very own dragon, and his parents decided to send him to Dragon Caves Academy to get a good education.
Appearance: He has long, black hair, with blue eyes and short eyelashes. He has small ears and a pointy nose, and has a freckle on his cheek. He usually wears plain T-Shirts, with the occasional black jacket. He has black, leather shoes with jeans and a watch. He has a moderate muscles and a plain hat, but he only puts on th hat when it's a special occasion. He also has black gloves.

Bio: Jake was born into a small middle class family, who did not partake in dragon taming, but did not acknowladge it as somthing bad either. Jake from an early age started reading texts about dragons. He became very interested in them, and started to read up on any scroll, script, or book he could find on dragons, and later on in life was able to obtain the egg of a Bright Breasted Wyvern, and decided to go to Dragon Caves Academy for training.
Appearance: Jake has dark blonde hair, nearing light brown. He commonly wears a red vest over a white shirt, and white stained skin trousers. His hair is usually long and unkempt, his bangs going down his forhead, and the back of his hair coevering his ears, and running down his neck.
