I just made a character named Bearzooka. Should be able to get to your level rather quickly. As for new weapons, Don't bother. I used my starter weapon for a long time. Explain this please! Mac is specifically made by Apple. PC is made by others. Mac is meant for people who have money to burn. PC is cheaper by a lot, but usually has more viruses and problems. PC has access to more games, however. I prefer PC, because I never have problems with viruses, and I aim to be more well versed in C++ and Java. Plus, I plan to get an Alienware computer one day.
