Nathanael D. Striker
Can only be activated during your Battle Phase. Until the next turn: All Spell/Trap cards on the field are Set except this card. Take control of all monsters on the field until your opponent's next Battle Phase. As long as this card is face-up on the field: You cannot Normal Summon or Special Summon any monster. For each monster that changes control to your opponent this cards owner loses 1000 Life Points. During your 2nd End Phase after this card was activated: It is destroyed. If this card is destroyed: You can draw up to 3 cards. A lot of uncertainty there. It isn't an effect I see much. I'd say Ra. CMRenji
I'll rate some of the entry cards. @dtwrules: The card is OP'd in my opinion. It can negate 1 attack per turn, and any monster that has it's attack negated by it can't declare another attack and it loses it's effect. Plus, it has an added destruction effect. In terms of balance, I'm gonna say perhaps High Slifer. @AJ Myth: Not much to rate, since it's a Vanilla Ritual monster. The Ritual Spell Card says it's summon requires monsters totaling Level 8, while the card is Level 10. Rather simple. Slifer for you. @Mohican: This card can't be targeted by the effects of Monsters, Spells or Traps, and when it's attacked you can change the attacking monster's attack target. In the right Deck, I'm sure this could be very unfair. I will say Slifer. @Madness: Seems like it could be useful, but I think the cons outweigh the pros. It requires a specific Tribute, it needs this "Beast Summoner" to be useful, and if you destroy a Trap card with it's effect, you lose 1 monster. Fairly UP'd in my opinion. I say Slifer for you as well.

Nathanael D. Striker
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Banish 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card attacks: If the attacked monster is in face-down Defense Position, destroy it without flipping it face-up. When this card is destroyed by battle: Select 1 monster your opponent controls and decrease its ATK by 200 for each monster your opponent controls.
Most of this Set revolves around being Special Summoned. I think I'll make Spells and Traps for the Set.

Lightning Bagon
I would like to join: Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 3 Thunder-Type monsters, This card is also treated as a Beast-Type monster. When this card is Special Summoned you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Thunder-Type monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn you can select 1 monster on the field, that monster cannot attack until the End Phase. (This effect can be activated on either players turn.) Note: This is my first card in over a year so dont blame me if my OCG is terrible. (card is supposed to be a lower case c on card forgot to change that wwhen posting)
CMRenji
The card is too powerful in my opinion. It wouldn't be too hard to summon in the right Deck, and it would give you a free monster from the Graveyard. I think the card could be a bit broken. Say for example you use a mainly Thunder-Type Deck, you get a lucky hand with 3 Thunder-Type monsters on the 1st turn and can immediately summon this card and possibly 1 of the monsters you discarded to summon it. So, I say Slifer in Balance Terms.

When your opponent attempt to Summon a monster with the same Level as this card: You can negate the Summon; Special Summon this card (from your hand). As long as this card is on the field: Your opponent's Level 3 Tuner monsters are treated as Normal Monsters.
Simping For Hina
Image isn't much of a YGO image. If it was a beast, shouldn't you add the effect, "This card is also treated as a Beast-Type monster"? I love the 'Zaap' part of the name. the comma and 'Lightning Beast' aren't that appealing. Just seems like a title. You could of included 'the' between the 'Zaap' and 'Lightning' while getting rid of the comma. But because of the image, it should of been a beast first, a thunder-type next. Lightning Bagon
@ Mr. Striker Oh god thisll be confusing @ Daemon agreed it shouldve been beast first then treated as a thunder. "Zaap the Lightning" Sounds so much better

Classic
Well i am not exactly sure how to apply but I saw entry card ^^. I would like to apply for the open position of Style Teacher • My Entry Card • • Effect • Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by it's own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned in other ways. Banish 4 DARK monsters you control: Special Summon this card in Attack Position (from your hand). The Summoning of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Summoned: if there are less than 6 DARK monsters in your Graveyard; send DARK monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard until there are 6 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned: If there are more than 6 DARK monsters in your Graveyard; Banish DARK monsters in your Graveyard until there are 6 remaining. This card gains 250 ATK for every DARK monster in your Graveyard. When this card leaves the field: Banish it; shuffle all cards in your Graveyard into your Deck and add all cards in your Banished Zone to your Graveyard. Once per turn: Activate up to 2 of the following effects: • Banish 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard: Destroy 1 card on the field; card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect. • Discard 1 card: Place 1 of your banished DARK monsters at the bottom of your Deck; draw 1 card. • Pay 500 Life Points: Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Banished Zone. • Discard 1 card: add 1 of your banished DARK monsters to your Graveyard. • And here are a Few other cards I believe show my style/skill (Some of them are a little old so they do not have the most recent OCG) •
• Effect • This card can only be activated by banishing monsters you control whose ATK add up to you current Life Points or higher. The activation of this card cannot be negated. This card is unaffected by card effects. As long as this card remains face-up on the field you cannot lose the Duel by having 0 Life Points. When this card is successfully activated decrease your Life Points to 0 and Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Rock-Type/DARK/Level 12/ATK: ?/DEF: ?) (This card is still treated as a Spell card) While this card is treated as an Effect Monster it gains this effect: This card's ATK and DEF are equal to your Life Points at the Draw Phase of the turn you activated this card. This card cannot be targeted for an attack if you control another face-up monster. If your opponent activates a card that would inflict damage to your Life Points, you can discard 1 card to negate the effect and destroy that card, if you do not remove the amount of damage that would have been inflicted from this card's ATK and DEF instead. While this card is in Attack Position and is targeted for an attack by a monster with less ATK than this card subtract 1/4 of the attacking monster's ATK from this card's ATK and DEF and destroy the that card. (Damage Calculation is applied normally) Once per Duel, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to have this card gain ATK and DEf equal to the Tributed monster's ATK or DEF. IF this card is destroyed, or its ATK and DEF reach 0, destroy this card.

• Effect • This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for every banished DARK monster. Once per turn, you can banish 1 DARK monster in your hand, or Graveyard. Once per turn, you can add as many of your banished DARK monsters to the bottom of your Deck. If you do this banish the top cards of your opponent's Deck equal to the amount of cards added, and inflict 400 damage to your opponent for every non-DARK monster banished this way.

Effect • Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If this card is in your hand while your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card: You can negate the activation of that card, and Tribute 1 monster you control; Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can activate 1 of the following effects; ● Discard 1 Spell or Trap Card: Equip 1 of your opponent's Set Spell or Trap Card to this card as an Equip Card with no effect (it is moved to your Spell and Trap Zone. ● Discard 1 card: Destroy 1 card equipped to this card by its own effect and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. CMRenji
@Striker: I suggest removing the negating of your opponent's summon, as I believe you could gain a huge advantage from negating an opponent's summon and summoning a monster yourself. You could summon a monster, negate an opponent's summon and summon this card, then you get another summon when your next turn comes. So if neither player had any monsters at the start, you control 3 monsters and your opponent controls none, in just a couple turns.
Simping For Hina
Classic, you are accepted. I think with the effect, fairy works amazing. I am not too fond on how you used it with the image, but I guess it works.
Nathanael D. Striker
I thought about that. I'm going to have to make rulings for this sub-type. I should start by making only 1 Sabotage Summon possible per turn. The set I have in mind is a mix of anti-Meta and lock down.

Simping For Hina
So many generic subtype names >.> Maybe have something different other than 'Sabotage' for the name. I get where you are getting at, it just isn't something that seems like a cool name for a subtype.
