"...damnit...did I hear what?" a voice responded. "Hear that loud roar? It sounded like something was flying past the house!" the first voice said. "Lucas...it is 2:30 in the morning...we have to wake up to go to Derrick's basketball game tomorrow...go to sleep...," Jackson grunted as he shifted in his bed. "But I wanna go see it! Well, I am going to find out what that thing was. If you wanna come along, get your clothes on," Lucas demanded. "Don't tell me what to do. Don't forget...I'm 3 minutes older than you," Jackson sneered. Shuffling could be heard in the darkness. Footsteps soon followed, then came a voice. "What if Mom and Dad wake up?" Lucas asked. "You wanted to go see whatever that thing was and now you worry about getting in trouble? Sometimes I wonder...," Jackson sighed. The twins walked out of their room, down the stairs and out of the house into the night. They could be clearly seen in the light from the street lamp. Lucas' brown hair shone like sugar and cinnamon. His blue eyes glimmered like stars on the ocean. Jackson's grey hair shimmered in the light. His matching grey eyes appeared to glow white. The two walked down to the area where there was smoke. "What is that?" Lucas asked. "I believe it is a comet," Jackson answered. "A comet? But those things never fall to Earth!" Lucas exclaimed in the night. "Well...never say never," Jackson quipped. He walked over and touched the comet. "Ahh!" "What? Is it hot?" Lucas asked. "No! It's...cold," Jackson whispered. He touched it once again and the comet cracked open. A small light was seen inside. Inside the comet were two books. "Books? In a comet?" Lucas asked dumbfounded. "Whoa...," Jackson said as he picked up a book. He flipped through the pages, his eyes wide open. "This is a spell book! There are many spells here! Defense, offense, abilities, everything! Even inducing poisons and burns on whoever you wish! Wait...," Jackson said as he flipped through the front of the book. "What?" Lucas asked. "There's a picture on the front of it...its a cat like thing with a horn jutting out of its head...there's some text under it. Let me get my translator," Jackson said. He pulled the small pen-like instrument from his pocket and scanned it over the text. "What does it say?" Lucas asked. "It says: 'The discovery of this tome means great disaster. He who finds this tome is the owner of the beast sealed within. Learn the beast's name and it will come forth upon hearing it.'" "What's its name?" Lucas asked as he picked up the other tome. The picture on the front was a spartan-like creature with blades on its elbows. "Hold on. It says...Ab...sol...The creature's name is Absol," Jackson said. As soon as the words fell out of his mouth, the tome began to shake. It began to glow a faint purple and a deep growl was heard. The purple light intensified and when it disappeared, the same creature on the front of the tome was in front of Jackson. "Are you the one who released me from my chamber?" a voice said in Jackson's head. "What does mine...wait...I can read this...it says...Gall...ade...GALLADE!" the same process that was done for Absol was repeated for Gallade. "I released you from your chamber..." Jackson uttered. "Then I am your servant," the Absol said in Jackson's mind. "Cool...you get and Absol and I get a Gallade. What are you creatures called?" Lucas asked Gallade. "We are called...Pokemon." "Cool..." "No...not cool. Since these tomes were found, that means great disaster for your planet. There are many tomes all over the world, probably enough for every person in the world. We come from a dimension called Vesvius. Our dimension is full of our kind. Unfortunately, our dimension was overrun by an evil warlord that wanted to take control. All Pokemon gathered their spellbooks, sealed themselves away in barriers, and went to a new dimension. All Pokemon came here...to this dimension...to Earth. Our dimension is the size of your planet. We thought we escaped the warlord. We were wrong. He followed us here and plans on taking over this dimension," Gallade explained. "We have to stop him. For the sake of your dimension and ours, he must be destroyed," Absol added. "What is this warlord's name?" Jackson asked. "Dasiro. He and his brothers plan on taking over your universe," Absol and Gallade said at the same time.
