CrabHelmet
Royal Decree. 1. There's more monster removal than there is spell/trap removal.2. No tributes are required.3. It doesn't use up a Normal Summon.4. It can't be destroyed by battle.5. Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.6. I run it more often.
Orochi
/... it all depends on the decktype... machine, monarchs and aggro decks will see more benefits on jinzo, but six samurai, horus lock and toolbox decks are more alike to royal decree... (p.s.: it's because i'm latino, right?)

Shaco
It's not too uncommon to see Jinzo come up from the Grave or RFP zone, either. He can defend your Life Points, and attack. And he's pretty cool looking, unlike RD, which is boring.
CrabHelmet
Eh, each has their advantages and disadvantages. I personally prefer Decree (although my Chimereasoning deck only runs Jinzo), especially with CFD just around the corner.
Shaco
Cyber Fortress Dragon, right? Yeah, I guess it would kinda suck being a machine after that.
The Slime Lord
Depends on the situation I guess. Jinzo is like a Decree with 2400 ATK, so I guess Jinzo is better.

The Slime Lord
If Decree works better for him, great. I personally don't run either of them.

Master Hyperion
Royal Decree. Why? Horus, the Black Flame Dragon. Need to say more?
Azuh
Royal Decree is more flexible than Jinzo
shonenhikada
jinzo because not only can you shut your opponents traps down but you have something to attack or defend your life points.
wilson91
I'd say Jinzo. He can attack as well as shut down traps. Although Jinzo is harder to get :(
tonisanoob
yup jinzo is VERY hard to get basically why not make a feild control deck royal decree and horus no magic or traps simple =D

Jack Witt
I think its Jinzo, my friend has Jinzo in his deck, and combined with Amplifier, Jinzo negates only your opponent, but Royal Decree you cant stop from hurting you use Horus to negate Spells and Jinzo with Amplifier to negate traps, Horus shuts down the ways to destroy Amplefier

Under_Age_User
When did money come into this argument? How about we discuss the merit of the cards, not the cost of them?
