No it doesn't mean you have to sign off. There's an upside triangle next to Signed In As....that's where you click.

In very specific terms, there is button called, "Signed in as funky99", that is directly underneath the logo of YCM at the top of every page. Click on the triangle next to the text. There will be a drop-down box. Click on "My Settings". Click on the profile tab then. Then scroll a little bit to a text called, "Profile Information", and there should be a bar to type things in it. Type in whatever you want in that member title, then scroll down and make those changes by pressing the button.

Go to the triangle next to Signed In As, click My Settings, then go to the Profile tab. You will see the edit custom title there.
