Fusion X. Denver
Yeah, One Piece's only real flaw is the Skypiea arc and even then it wasn't that bad. It's an awesome manga. Bleach is pretty bad right now, so I hope it at least finishes with a bang. Naruto's been great lately. Now all we need is some heart-wrenching deaths and epic throwdowns and that's a wrap. DL
Yeah, Skypeia wasn't bad, just...boring-ish, and too long for what it was Made up for it in FULL with Water 7 tho @_@ And the one hope for Bleach is Aizen's return as a good guy :3 And Naruto's..yeah, even I started likin it again Hopefully it doesn't dissapoint Where DID you find out Bleach was 8 and Toriko was 3? Andx
The only real problems with skypiea I believe revolve around it's placement in the story. What was just before Skypiea? Alabasta. What came right after Skypiea? Water 7 and CP9. Add that to the fact Skypiea moves a little slow in places and it just has problems matching Alabasta and CP9 and such. Granted the Water 7/CP9 stuff is in hindsight but then we see the same effect occurring in Thriller Bark. Little hard to follow up the CP9 arc but then after things picked up again. DL
Thriller Bark WAS pretty long, and it wasn't the best arc, but I enjoyed it I just KNOW if OP had Hayate-style art it'd be my favorite manga :

O_o [/quote] burnpsy. You can't deny that he knows his stuff. I think he mainly keeps up with Anime News Network, which I started following. They have some really interesting articles on there. Did you know studios spend around $100-300K per episode? Also, if you've noticed the Shonen Jump covers, Toriko's been on there a lot more and Bleach hasn't as much as it used to. Thriller Bark wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad at all either. I think the main zeal from it was that that was the first time the Straw Hats really fought as a crew and worked together, which was cool. The problem with Skypiea is it didn't do much for the plot aside from giving Usopp and Nami new tech :/
