While sealed, a wakizashi, but it is released with the command

Reap what's been sown, Sendotou!

It then takes the form of an ornate scythe, with a small metal ball attached to the end of it via a chain. The ball grows according to the reiatsu at the holder's will, and the chain can extend for about 20 yards, used to wrap around and hold targets.

The scythe can be swung to release a crimson sickle-shaped wave called Chiwangetsu, meaning Blood Crescent. The wave spins, the sharpest point ever changing, resembling a crescent moon as it shoots at the enemy. Similar to Getsuga, but in a concentrated, lower reiatsu slice

The Bankai is Ikatsui Sendotou, meaning Grim Death Sickle.

The ball on the end of the chain grows to its max size from Bankai, but only weighs as much as the shikai did, pre-growth.The scythe becomes larger, and seems to have a ribcage growing from under the blade itself. These "bones" can move about to hold targets, or just dig into them with the slivers.

The user gains a black cloak, lined with red rivets, that covers their body, a hood that covers their head, with red eyes leering out, casting a shadow over their eyes, and two large reiatsu angel wings. Underneath the cloak, the clothing is all white of what they were wearing when the bankai released. If the hood is removed, the user is shown to have their hair turned white.

Chiwangetsu is back, but releases a much larger crescent that no longer spins, and the ball and chain have gained considerable range, being able to cover about 100 yards with the chain. On top of that, the ball can now open up to unleash a black mist to cover an area. While in the mist, the senses of the person within it are repressed, leaving them to only be able to see/hear/smell within 2 yards of themself, and they cannot sense the user's reiatsu while he is in the mist.

And slim jims are nasty processed crap

Having RP'd in quite the number of Bleach RPs, you come up with a whole host of different weapons. Well I did anyway. None of which I felt amazingly attached to. So the only answer I have to the topic is that I'd have to do some more thinking and likely come up with yet another idea to effectively respond. lol

Chris' would have a big blade that'd send fire/lightning getsuga tensho-type waves, bankai being a double sized version causing earthquakes.
DL's would be a blade that'd flow like water, being able to become a multi-bladed weapon or even form tendrils that can freely maneuver, bankai would be his whole body fusing with his blade into a water demon, and overall increase in strength, speed, and dexterity.
El's would be a normal blade that can switch between Bloncordo and Nugora mode, gaining greater strength from light and darkness respectively and also able to manipulate wind, bankai being another body fusion, different transformation depending on the sword's mode: Bloncordo transforms him into an Avian warrior with masterful wind manipulation and Nugora basically being Curse Seal 2 El with powerful, black winds.
