Seriously, I loved her dying speech, and if listened to it again, I should be ashamed of myself if I did not shed manly tears. Initially, I was jealous that she took Lelouch's first kiss (Unless I missed something), as I preferred C.C. at the time, but I really liked Shirley. Interestingly, this didn't stop me from enjoying Mao. I guess I just really like manipulative bishonens like him and Divine, even when they torture a lovable female character.
