Naruto: Chronicles of a Shinobi (True "RPG")

{Introductions}

So, I'm the Champster. (Call me Champ or Paul-chan for short :P) I've always wanted to create a True Naruto RPG, but never got around do it. (In other words, been busy...Yeah, that's basically my point...so...Yeah) anyways, after seeing these many RPG's being created without the true meaning of RPG. (Role-Playing Game), I decided I should be the one to first to create a Naruto RPG. Anyways, I hope that every one has fun or whatever you feel about RP's. I won't be in this "RPG" due to the fact that, well, I'm the Game Master.

 

{Basic Information about the RPG, Rules and Story}

Basically its like an RP, but slightly different. you can create a Character or choose an existing Character in the Anime / Manga. I'll start by posting you're Characters first Story, than you will have to RP along with it. We'll do it back and forth, First me, than you. Rinse and Repeat, get it? anyways, the basic storyline is, its the Beginning of the Chunin Exams. (Yes, I know, I'm very original >_>) many Genin and perhaps Chunin are prepared for the Examinations.

 

{Rules}

-Try to use the best grammar possible. Don't use 1337, bad words or trash talk.

-While making your character, don't make him / her godly (i.e. kick every1 ass), make it fair.

-Respect every one's decisions. (Especially mine)

-Do not Kill a Player, unless they allow it.

-You cannot use the Members of the Akatsuki, only Itachi and Kisame.

-You cannot use the Legendary Sannin.

-You may Create Custom-made Jutsu's, only if you tell me the details. (Creating Justu's for existing Characters aren't allowed, unless you ask me via PM / MSN)

-If you Role-Play, you do not Learn / Creat Jutsu's unless I agree during RPing. (I will sometimes give you Jutsu's or if you ask a Certain Jutsu, I will give it to you. but only if I write it on my part)

Only a few Months until the beginning of the Chunin Exams, many Genin are prepared for the Examinations.

Orochimaru still plans to destroy the Leaf Village, but little does the Leaf Village know that an even greater evil is stirring.

Description: Creates multiple clones that are not illusions and can do damage. This technique uses a lot of chakra, and is therefore forbidden.

 

Hiraishin no Jutsu

Element: Kaze

Rank: S-Rank

Description: Allows the user to move at the speed of light through the use of special marked kunai. Invented by Yondaime, made a S-Rank Jutsu because of it's power. After many years of training, Jiraiya has taught Naruto the Yondaime's Jutsu.

 

Kitsune Rage

Element: Oni

Rank: SS-Rank

Description: Naruto loses himself to the Kyubbi, making him much faster, stronger, and more able to fight. However, in this state, Naruto loses all self-control and distinction between friend and foe, making this a last resort technique.

 

Regeneration (Passive)

Element: Oni

Rank: SS-Rank

Description: The Kyubbi's influence within Naruto causes him to regenerate wounds and heal at least 10X as fast as a normal human. This is a demonic technique, though, and is therefore given a SS-Rank.

 

Special Ability/Kekkai Genkai:

Naruto has the Kyubbi, a nine-tailed demon fox, within him because of an event at his birth. This means he has insane chakra reserves and has healing skills far beyond that of a normal human.

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: A forbidden jutsu, that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal bunshin no jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of Itachi, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear.

» Fire Type; Dragon Fire Skill

Appearance: Chapter 49

Used By: Uchiha Sasuke

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth.

 

» Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu

» Fire Type; Grand Fireball Skill

Appearance: Chapter 7

Used By: Uchiha Sasuke

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: Uses a high amount of chakra, which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Can be extremely powerful.

 

» Kanashibari no Jutsu

» Body Freeze Skill

Appearance: Chapter 49

Used By: Anbu, Orochimaru

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: Causes an opponent to loose their sense of movement. Stops the opponent, leaving an opening for more powerful jutsu to be performed. It is assumed most Anbu know this technique.

 

» Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu

» Inner Decapitation Skill

Appearance: Chapter 7

Used By: Hatake Kakashi

Type: Ninjutsu; Earth Type

Description: The user hides beneath the ground, and reaches up to grab their opponent. The opponent is then pulled under the ground, up to their chin, allowing the head to be subject to move powerful jutsu.

 

Special Ability / Kekkei Genkai:

 

» Sharingan

Appearance: Chapter 12

Used By: Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Sasuke, Uchiha Itachi (Uchiha Clan)

Type: Ninjutsu (Advanced Bloodline, Eye Technique)

Description: A pupil born technique, which allows the user to do to a large number of things. The Sharingan's first and most well known ability - is to memorize any technique that it is a witness to - as well as register the movements of opponents. Second, it is able to hypnotize the opponent, giving an advantage to the user. It can also suggest movements to the hypnotized brain, and 'see through; any illusionary techniques. Although it is a power jutsu, it absorbs chakra. The power of the Sharingan is judged through the amount of dots in the persons eye.

At this time, the Uchiha are all gone, dead, nada, zippo, therefore, Seth can't have an Uchiha as a character, other than Itachi and Sasuke, without breaking canon, and if you add in the fact that that character is a jinchuuriki, it becomes a load of nonsense. Are you sure it is ok?

Sorry, The_Last_One, Ixigo makes a good point. You can't use that Character, unless of course, you want to choose Itachi. So, You can either change it or choose Itachi.

Uh, Itachi is already used by Megayanma. You meant Sasuke?

 

By the way, how come Itachi is the only Akatsuki character available? I understand that pre-timeskip almost none of the others were revealed, but wouldn't it make sense to include Kisame as well, since he is Itachi's partner?
