Basically, I want it to mean you can bring it out if you control a card with an effect of increasing your Life Points. So, if you controlled Solemn Wishes, you can Special Summon it by its effect....

But I want it to be trigger effect, so you can use its effect right after you activate a quick play spell card to increase your Life Points, you can instantly Special Summon this card from your hand.....

I know I am not a level four member, but here is an idea:
[spoiler=Lore][i][center]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you gain Life Points by the effect of a card you control, by this card's effect.[/center][/i][/spoiler]
I am not a card grammar expert, so don't take my word for it. Also, my proposed solution will only work when the effect activates to raise your LP. If you want to be able to Special Summon without activating the effect, you will need to word it differently.

@Mirror: Thank you, I kinda of decided I wouldn't care about when a card is activating b/c it would make it over powered, so I'll just use what you have here....

That would be what it was in this case. The way you have it right now is the exact opposite of what you wanted.
