I find far to many threads with 0-3 replies in the RC section daily (often times the only reply to a thread is the owner of it bumping the thread). I'm always finding new people posting threads holding their own cards, but rarely see new faces on people that respond to other peoples threads...

In order to help solve this problem there could be a new system implemented that only allows people to post 1 thread in any specific forum a day.
If you would like to post another thread in the same day, then you must post a reply on at least 3 different threads in that same forum (not 3 replies on the same thread).

If you post in 6 different threads in any specific forum (Custom Cards/ Graphic Design) then you will be allowed to post 3 of your own threads in that same forum.
If you post in only 2 different threads in any specific forum, then you will only be allowed to post 1 thread in any forum that day.
- Replying in your own thread does not count toward the 3 responses you need in order to post a new thread.

It could go to an even further extreme of 5-10 posts per extra thread, but even 3 will prove useful I think.
This system could be altered if put to use, but something similar to this could be helpful with getting people to comment on others threads.

This would be horridly annoying. And I know of no ways to do this on IP.Board. Here are my reasons for no support:

I agree with Anger. Also this might promote spam because people might think they HAVE to post. And theres more reasons I cant think of because its 3:12 AM
