Thought Spark, I don't like that you can pick out any card from anywhere, and never will with cards. Especially with so much RFP summoning available.

Overthinking, discard first surely. But very good.

Thought Spark to me is Emergancy Teleport for RFG Psychics. Possibly wrong though.

For Over Thinking, I didnt really want there to be costs.

Well ET is limited to a level 3 or below monster, and it being from deck or hand.

This is any monster from anywhere so, sets up potential OTK with Gusto maybe???

Dunno I'm not that familiar with Gusto, just they do have an OTK somewhere.

Gusto are either better in the Deck (Sphered OTK) or in GY (Calm) that I'm aware of at least.

But yea :3 thanks! Still not sure about whether Thought is OP or not though. I guess it could be.
