Team Metal Sonic: Metal Sonic, Metal Tails, Metal Knuckles
Team Ultima A.K.A Chaos Unborn: Midknight The Hedgehog, Vash the Snow Wolf, Aroura the Bat.
Team Shadow Android: Original Shadow the hedgehog, Blue Shadow the Hedgehog, Yellow Shadow the Hedgehog.
Team E-100: Omega E-123, Gamma E-102, Delta E-103.
Team Future: Blaze the cat, Silver the hedgehog, Ashura the Hedgehog.
Team Rose: Amy Rose The Hedgehog, Cream the Rabbit, Big the Cat.
Team Ultimate Life Form: Chaos Shadow The Hedgehog, Emerl the Gizoid, Gemerl The Gizoid.
Team Super A.K.A Super Girls: Super Amy, Super Rouge, Burning Blaze.
Team Super A.K.A Super Boys: Super Sonic, Super Shadow, Super Silver.

No, most of the teams are just Shadow + his many variations(including fan-made).
If anything, this game would be Shadow Heros.
