When A Twilight monster Changes Attribute they gain 300 Attack and defence points. When a Twilight Monster is destroyed you can activate one of these effect acording to the attribute of the Destroyed monster.
Light: Gain the life points equal to the Half of the Attack of the attacking monster to the owner of this card.
Dark: Inflict the life points equal to the Half of the Attack of the attacking monster to your opponent

Name: Twilight Royal Seal
Type: Quick-play
Effect:
Activate this card when a “Twilight” monster changes Attribute Activate the according the Attribute. You can only activate one Twilight Royal Seal per turn
Light: Your opponent cannot activate Spell cards tell the end phase of the activation of this card

Activate this card when a “Twilight” monster changes Attribute Activate the according the Attribute. You can only activate one Twilight Magical Strike per turn
Light: Destroy One Spell or Trap card on the field
Dark: Destroy one Monster on the field

Name: Twilight Conversion
Type: Quick-play
Effect:
Select one “Twilight” Monster on the field and Change its Attribute and it gains the effect of that attribute

Name: Twilight Recovery
Type: Quick-play
Effect:
When a Twilight monster destroys a monster and according to the attribute activate the following effect
Light: select one level 4 twilight monster from your deck to hand
Dark: Select one Level 4 Or lower “twilight” monster from your Graveyard and add it to your hand.

I like the idea.

OCG Fix:

When this card is summoned, select either LIGHT or DARK Attribute. This card becomes the selected attribute while it is face-up on the field. During your Standby Phase, you can change the Attribute of this card to LIGHT or DARK. This card gains the following effects depending on its Attrbiute:
-LIGHT:
-DARK:

Picking out a few, there's no real reason to ever make Knight DARK on it's own account. (only to give it dark support of Dark Illusion, etc)

Witch is too strong stats wise for its effect.

Archer's recurring discard ability is overpowered.

Masters are generally okay, possibly underpowered, and should read opponent can't target.

Squire would be limited in much the same way 'Blackwing Gale the Whirlwind' is. Not saying its a bad, broken card, just saying don't be relying on running three.

King & Queen: Hmmm... very powerful and probably not too difficult to get out (although not splashable thankfully). Probably should have an additional cost to them.

Some might say these are just Morphtronic rip offs but with Attribute changes instead, but I think this is a nice idea, just some of them are a bit OPd at present.
