Max Darkness
Need opinions on this. It combines two mechanics (underlined) I've previously used alone and need to know whether they balance themselves out. [spoiler=Raisis, Gaia's Vengeance] Effect: This card can only be placed on the field by its own effect. During your Main Phase, while this card is in your hand, by selecting 2 or more Rock-Type monsters you control and 1 non-Rock-Type monster in your Deck and adding them to your Graveyard, place this card face-up on the field. This card inflicts Piercing Battle Damage. Once per turn, you can banish 1 of the monsters added to Summon this card to select 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. (If it is face-down, reveal it) If it is not a Normal Trap Card, destroy it. Cards destroyed by this card cannot be applied for effects. When this card leaves the field, you can discard 1 Rock-Type monster to add this card to your hand. N.B. 'Cannot be applied for effects' is an effect that makes a card no longer count in the duel. As in, it is no longer recognised as being where it was, until the effect is ceased.
Nghtwing
This card is AWESOME ! anyway, the can't be applied effect would be a REAL 'remove from play' for Trap Cards  I liked it ;)
CMRenji
Wow, that card is pretty amazing. I can't really find any flaws in it. It's fairly balanced, useful and the effect is very creative. Well done on the card man.

This Account is Unplayable
I always say the best way to learn is to learn it first hand. But for me, my OCG never was very bad. Guess being a grammar snob pays off. =D

Nathanael D. Striker
i would like to become a student here's my card for the exam Lore:When this card is Normal Summoned, you can banish 2 Warrior-Type monsters in your Graveyard to select 1 monster on the field except this card. Gain Life Points equal to that monster's ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the DEF of the monster that destroyed this card. I made a Life Points manipulation card for the exam... I believe we placed him in Obelisk.
Anti-Apocryphal
Yes, Obelisk sounds right. No OCG problems (unless you want to bring in the new OCG), and very balanced.
