Guest Tristan T. Taylor
This card can be Special Summoned from your hand if your Life Points are 1000 or lower. If this card is Summoned this way it cannot be destroyed by battle until your next turn. This card cannot activate its effect on the turn it was summoned. Once per turn, you can activate this card's effect. When this card's effect is activated your opponent picks 1 of the following effects:• Your opponent loses 1500 Life Points.• Your opponent discards 2 cards from their Hand.• Your opponent cannot conduct their next Battle Phase. Ieyasu Tokugawa
If your Life Points are 1000 or less, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Summoned in this way, it cannot be destroyed by battle until your next Standby Phase. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, your opponent must pick one of the following effects.*They loses 1500 Life Points.*They discard 2 cards from their Hand.*They cannot conduct their next Battle Phase.I changed the second effect to your Standby Phase because it technically doesn't include the turn it's summoned, since it comes out during the Main Phase. I think the choice effects are worded correctly, since if you said "Your opponent" then it would actually mean you, like with Dianaria. The stars are bullet points btw. Quick edit: Use tristan's bullets, those work better. The rest is up to you.
