Green Lantern, definitely. All he needs is willpower, and he can do just about anything, And if he can't, then he recites poetry and BOOM, instant pwnage.

Definitely Martian Manhunter. Hes pretty much superman with the ability to shapeshift, become invisible, phase through objects and hes immune to all forms of mental manipulation because he himself is pretty much the greatest Three Dimensional mind of DC. And by Three Dimensional I mean a part of the universe, not one of the omnipotent Fifth Dimension characters.
