Zane sped through the busy streets completely oblivious to the world around him, lost in his thoughts. Kaden... he has potential but he lets himself be anchored down by those weaklings he calls friends... maybe when I snap him out of that illusion tomorrow he'll actually pose to be a somewhat decent adversary in the future. The sun was beginning to set, and Zane lost himself in its portrait. Hmm, I wonder if people would still see me as the force I am if they knew I had a soft spot for natural beauty... He suddenly noticed his rose had started to wilt in its case. He immediately erased the thoughts from his head and focused on getting back to his apartment as soon as possible.

When he arrived at his apartment, he instantly put the rose in the vase he had on his small table. He fanned his deck out next to it, and became indulged in his thoughts. He felt he had to humiliate Kaden as much as he could the next day, so he rattled his brain for the perfect strategy.

Kaden returned through the door and walked to Jax and Iko. He hand his right hand hold his head as it just bobbed down, his hand over his right eye and his black hair hanging infront of his face as he slowly walked the distance between the door and the stands where Jax and Iko were. "We'll do it together Kaden... You havn't won a duel without me... why do you think ignoring me now is going to change anything? I've been with you all this time... Is the true reason you don't talk to me because I've only now started talking to you, hmm?" Kaden completely ignored the voice like it never happened. He sat near Iko and Jax, hoping that his small interuption wouldn't stop them from talking to him. He gave a warm grin and his eye-lids droped half-way.

Blake listened intently to the arguments and challenges being thrown round by the two students arguing. As they stopped fighting and one of the students walked back to his place in the stands, Blake set an appointment on his phone, writing down the time and place of the duel. He had no idea who these people were, but he was more than interested after all, it seemed like they knew each other and it would be an exciting duel.
As the wind picked up, Blake was unable to hear what the group were saying as the student with long hair walked past. "What did the other guy say his name was again...Kaden, that was it." Blake turned his attention away from Kaden's group back towards the duel, to see whether anyone had successfully managed to win yet.

-Time skip, Duel start, Area and place of where zane pronaunced.)

Kaden Drew his card to start his turn. "It is not quite easy-set that you insist that I go first. However, I believe that with the support of my friends I will win. Don't believe me?-Lets go!" Kaden threw his right hand into the air as the life-point screens on the boards behind them came to life and displayed '8000' points each. "I Special Summon Cursed Tuner of Dark Realm from my hand as I just drew him this turn. I set three cards face down and normal summon Mounted Flame Knight of Dark Realm! During my Main Phase two, I can Special Summon Cursed Tyrant of Dark Realm and then tune him with my Cursed Tuner to Synchro Summon my Fiend Battle Master of Dark Realm, then I will end my turn!"

Zane watched with an expression of disappointment. "Haven't you learned by now that friendship gets a duelist nowhere? I'll prove that to you in this battle, you will be humiliated!" Zane drew his first card. "This might look familiar. I summon the mighty Dodger Dragon! As you should know, Dodger Dragon can't have his summon restricted. He also negates any counter traps you may have! Kaden, you've lost this duel already, and it's only my first turn." Zane smirked. He knew he has Kaden right where he wanted him, so he could unleash a flurry of attacks. He scanned his hand for a moment. "Next I'll play Double Summon, allowing me to Summon an extra time this turn. I doubt my next monster needs any real introductions! I tribute my Dodger Dragon for the mighty Caius, The Shadow Monarch!" A dark aura emanated from Zane as Caius took form on the field. "Remember, your counter traps are still completely worthless. Does your Battle Master have any last words before he's banished to oblivion?"

"Not so fast, During your draw, I activate Card Bind! The card you drew and one random card from you hand goes bye-bye!" Kaden grinned, "When you activate your double Summon, I negate it's effect with my 'Dark Space Typhoon'! You no Longer can summon your Monster, not to mention you are left with 2 cards in your hand while I have one face-down, don't worry, I didn't forget my Dark Space Typhoon's effect, I send 1 Kindo Samurai of the Dark Realm to the Graveyard, just to special summon him due to his effect. Face it, Your cards are not stopping me from the truth, Friendship can get anyone anywhere. Even a knocked down scum-bag like me. Not to long ago... My foolishness costed a young girl her life, I still mourn her death, yet, I continue on to achieve happiness... due to the help of my friends, I will succed here."

Zane was completely in shock. A drop of sweat could be seen already appearing on his forehead. "N-No matter, you didn't prevent me playing my Dodger Dragon either way. And I always have another strategy." Zane said in an oddly nervous voice for him. He quickly scanned over his only 2 remaining cards in his hand, and once again his cocky smile re-appeared on his face. "You may have been able to temporarily halt my Monarch... but that's ALL you've halted!" Zane slammed his next card onto his duel disk. "I activate the all powerful Judgment Coliseum!" A circle of light surrounded the two duelists as the scenery of what appeared to be the combination of a lab and a coliseum rose from the ground. It extended into the skies to the point where the pinnacle wasn't visible. "Any final words, Kaden? My Coliseum's unaffected by your Spell and Traps, and it forces all our monsters into attack mode! And now, my Dodger Dragon will have his first meal! Attack his Battle Master!" Zane chuckled. "See, as long as my Coliseum is in play, any monster that's destroyed also destroys the monster that defeated it... So in other words, it costs me 1100 Life Points, but it's worth it to destroy your Battle Master!"

It was noon. Blake had decided he would turn up for the duel between that Kaden-guy and his opponent. As he entered the Stadium, Blake stayed as far away as possible from the duel without affecting his viewing experience. "These two duelists are interesting, there's no doubt. They both have different values and depend on them to be able to duel." The kaden-guy has put his opponent on the back foot almost immediately. A strong first turn followed by support in his second turn had left his opponent with few cards to play. "Seems it was worth me turning up, even if it's an easy win for this guy, Ill be able to learn how good these two are and compare them to myself."
Blake edged closer to the duel, trying to get a look at the cards being played. Blake had never seen them before. All the more reason to keep watching.

"My Friendship is what guides me. Simple as you know... Friends are what makes normal moments right! It sorrows me to find another person who consider skill and cards over friends. You'll have to wake up sooner or later, seeing how strong my friendship makes me will have to guide you! These cards are not the only thing driving me, it is the heart of my friends! I activate my Last Dark Magic Typhoon to Negate your Dodger's effect and Send 1 more Kindo of the Dark Realm to the Graveyard. Due to his Special Effect, I Special summon him from my Grave and have 4 monsters on my field. This Added with your 1 will over-limit your Field spell and Destroy it by it's own effect, Still got the Guts to Challenge my Battle Master?"

Zane was completely stunned. But he'd gotten out of tougher situations. Or at least that's what he was telling himself in his head. "Shut up about your stupid friendship. I duel for my own reasons, and friends will only ever hold me back! Now if you'll let me continue, my Coliseum at least left you with some attack mode monsters, so I'm destroying your Samurai! Dodger Dragon, Spear Dive!" His Dodger Dragon flew into the sky until it was out of view. A few second later it reappeared flying at an immense speed, piercing straight through Kaden's Samurai. "That marks the end of my turn."

"I draw!" Kaden took his card and Grinned. "I sacrifice my last Kindo Samurai from the Field to Summon my Dark Realm's secret dealer! Now that her effect activates, I add one 'Secrets of the Dark Realm' card from my deck to my hand!" Kaden recieves his card with a grin. "I use my Mounted Flame Knights effect to Remove one spell counter from him and destroy one card you control, this Being your dodger dragon! Now I Attack you Directly with 3400, 1600 and 1900! That is 6900 Direct Damage! With My Battle Master's effect, I Banish my Blood Red Dragon of Dark Realm and then end my Turn!"

Zane looked on, petrified. He couldn't stand to lose to Kaden, the humiliation for him would be far too great. He hoped for a good enough card on his next turn. He picked up his card in silence, and looked at it. "Kaden, for my reputation's sake... for my own sake, I can't let you win this duel, I will win, Kaden!" A strong sense of rage could now be heard from his voice. He only had two cards to play with, and he had to make the best out of them. "First, I'll Special Summon my Jester Confit, in attack mode, using his Special Ability. Next I can use my Confit as a tribute for my all powerful Caius, the Shadow Monarch!" Once again, the dark aura surrounded Zane. "You're not winning this fast if you win at all, Kaden! Caius banishes your Battle Master, then annihilates your Dealer! Leaving a grand total of 1500 damage."

Kaden grinned, big and wide. "Arrogence and ego's are not going to be winning this match for you Zane! Kaden casually turned the card in his hand to Reveal the Quick-play spell card, Secrets of the Dark Realm: Blood Sacrifice. "I Play the Quick-play Spell card, Secrets of the dark realm: Blood sacrifice, when you summoned Cuis, This Card destroys all cards on the field since my hand is empty and allows me to Special Summon one Monster from my Graveyard, this card will be Dark Realm's Secret dealer, with her effect, I can Retrieve an additional Secrets of the dark realm card from my deck. But that is not all that I have, Since my Battle Monster was removed from the field, I can Special Summon my Blood Red Dragon of Dark Realm! But hold on, there is more! I banish my 2 kindo's, My Cursed Tyrant and Tuner and my Battle master from my Graveyard to bring my Blood Red Dragon to a total of 4000 ATK!"

"This... cannot... be possible... I'm going to lose so easily to a chump like you... What's worse is I'm going to lose to a Synchro monster.... But how...?" Zane dropped to his knees, with an almost completely blank look on his face, as a tear of sweat dripped from his forehead. He stayed there. Staring into nothing as his expression remained ever vacant. Soon, his cards simply fell off of his duel disk and his body came into realisation of the situation. Zane clenched his fist. "I swear, Kaden... one day, I'm gonna get you back for humiliating me like this!" He slowly gathered up his cards, turned and started to walk away.

As Zane walked away, his pace slowed, and slowed. A tear formed in his eye, and ran down the side of his face. This isn't right... how did that fool beat me so easily...? The rose in his hand began to wilt, but he no longer had the energy to rush. As he disappeared through the door the his fingers slipped, and the rose he held fell to the ground, shortly followed by Zane collapsing to his knees. How can I convince myself I'm the best duelist when I can't even defeat Kaden?

Zane slowly re-arose, he left the rose behind him, and he began to tremble on his slow journey towards the exit. When he eventually reached his duel runner, the heavens had opened and rain began to pour. He mounted his runner and set off slowly for the other side of town. He was determined to regain his pride, the respect he had from others, and the fear that he brought when he dueled. The only way he felt he could do this was by erasing the memory of Kaden, the academy, every underclassed duelist he ever met, and fixate his mind on the pros, and the pros alone. One loss to some small-fry didn't erase his strength. Or so he thought.

Kaden just turned and walked the other direction. He was calm and his lips didn't seem to want to bend up or down. He got to the stands where most of his friends were and he gave them a small grin and thumbs up. The light on his left arm started to softly glow again. "Poor poor, Zanie-kins. You and I wrecked him good! I'm so glad you didn't neglect to use me in this fight just because I started talking to you. Being honest, taking a back-seat in a fight now would be a waste." Kaden opened a bottle of water and dumped it on his head and shook it all out so his hair went wild.

[The Next day, 1:00 Pm, the Teacher had just got done going over national Turbo dueling rules]

"Alright class. The Grand Prix is not to far down the road. And the school is giving their top students a free team-entree forum to sign up for a chance to win. But in order to get there, you have to practice turbo-dueling with others here for our judges to rate you as following with your win to lose streaks. However, do not go thinking that our winners of the prized Free entry to the Grand Prix will be founded just on numbers. These judges will be also considering qualty of your dueling preformences. With that under way, which two duelists wish to go first?" The Teacher finally finished speaking.

Alexander, who had been hanging in the back of the class, tentatively raised his hand. "Umm...I'm game. If that's okay, I mean..."
Alexander put his hand back down, then slumped back onto his desk, he angled his head so nobody could see his red face, and he examined his Turbo Deck.
He was worried that the teacher wouldn't want him to go up in the duel, or nobody would want to duel him. He was afraid that everyone hated him because of his Neos Turbo Deck and his E-HERO ground deck...
"Maybe I'll just use my Monarchs...Yeh. Then, I'm less likely to win, and I won't have to be called up to do anything...And maybe people will like me if I make some mistakes here and there..." He paused. "Maybe...Just maybe...I can make some friends..."
At this point, he smiled and began to blush even deeper red.

Jax raised his hand and said “I’ll go. I haven’t been able to duel since I got here so, might as well” Jax looked at the back of the class and could see Alexander slumped over his desk. He began to think to himself “I’ve been wondering what kind of deck he uses…..maybe it could make our duel kind of fun.” While he awaited the teacher’s response he kept thinking to himself “Will I finally be able to summon him now? My signature card, Elemental Hero Thanatos, even though the requirements are for its summon are extremely hard, I still wanna be able to do it!”

"Okay you two! Hop off them bleachers and leap onto your bikes! You'll be dueling in our turbo Track 2! You'll also notice it's the one right behind me. We can also accept and do two additional turbo duels if someone feels prepared and ready for these other duels please stand and give your name." The teacher called, the two boys who've already asked have been cleared to go at it in a specific track at any time. Kaden stood and the Teacher caught it. "Yes, you Kaden will be in another turbo duel taking place in track 1, you'll notice that it's about the same size as track two, but it's further to your right and in a different shape. Who would like to volunteer in a Turbo Duel against Honor Student, Kaden Takamaru?"

Alexander stumbled over to his duel runner, and pulled himself up. For whatever reason, he decided against his monarchs and was going ahead with his Neo-Spacians.
He drove his flashy-looking bike he received from his dad. It hovered above the ground with the use of electromagnetic currents. It quickly gained speed, but stopped on a dime at the starting line.
"Alright, Jax. Whenever you're ready."
He revved his duel runner, causing miniature lightning bolts to shoot out of the bottom, and the side pattern glowed a bright electric blue. The wings opened and retracted at Alexander's command (to make sure they still work). The glass frontguard extended and covered the driver compartment completely. The duel interface was displayed on the screen. All systems were "a-go", as they say.

Peach raised her hand knowing she could not even think of beating an honor student. "I would like to duel" she said happily "It will be fun playing someone better than me" as she said this she put her head down thinking of as many strategies as she could so she could win. she thinks thinks to herself "Yes nows my chance to be sorta alone with kaden" *nosebleeds* "but if i lose he mite think im a loser what to do" she starts to notice that the students around her notic her nose bleeding so she wipes it off on her sleeve as quickly as possible. She thinks to herself "great now they think I am a weirdo" she put her head down again so no one can see that her nose is gushing blood "god i wish it would stop" she thought embarrassed.

Kaden stood. He smiled to everyone as many of the crowed that didn't want to duel so early recognized Kaden from those recent tournament's he was envolved with. They cheered quite loudly, but it was scattered. Kaden closed his eyes with a grin and gave a thumbs up to the crowd when he reached the floor. His eyes scanned the bleacher's for his opponent, but he couldn't find her with a quick glance so he turned torwards the Doors and walked out to the parking lot. His Duel-runner shot in from the ramp in one of the doors. The machine shot forward like a bullet and it's speed crawled faster in a almost fluid like motion, distorting the colors as he moved faster aroud the obsticles to Track 1. It stopped in place at the line as Kaden awaited his opponent with a grin. "Kaden's playing against a girl? How interesting, you know, the first time you played against a girl she-" The voice started but this time Kaden made it stop by lightly cutting his thumb and letting his mind slip from the voices grasp. He didn't let the crowd see this and his facial expression didn't change. "Where is she?" He started to wonder.

Akarui stood "I'm not gonna let those four have all the fun. And I insist this be tournament-fashion. Those four duel, the two winners duel, and that winner, plays me." Akarui stated. If it went according to plan, Akarui would know which ones to look out for in duels. Although he suspected no one could beat his unknown deck. He looked at Kaden, the one he wanted to duel. He didn't worry about him making it to duel him, that is, if his tournament-style idea was accepted.

"Akarui, Today's lesson plans include 3 turbo Duels at the same time. Now unless you are voluntiring for track 3, I suggest you sit down. Okay class, we need two more student's for Turbo Track 3, Unless Akarui is staying for it, then we need one more person for the last official Turbo duel of this class. C'mon, don't be shy now." The Teacher announced. His years of acting in fairly Popular movies have allowed him to keep his smile and grin as he moved the class along, dodging Akarui's wild claim that if there were a tournament that he'd be on the top of the bracket.

"I'll duel." Akarui stated as he walked off the bleachers. It was easily noticed he was annoyed. He grabbed his runner, placed his Duel Disk on it and activated. It began to float as he boarded it and put his helmet on. He revved it, waiting for the sixth duelist. He grabbed his deck and placed it in the Duel Disk's deck slot and the automatic shuffler activated. He then rested his head on his hands as he put them behind his head and rested his feet on the front of it as he payed back and waited.
