I was facing against a guy while testing out my new plant deck and here's how it goes.

On the first turn, he set a monster card and 2 face-downs and ends turn. I set Dandylion and end turn. He hten Mind Controls it and flips his face-down, Sangan and Xyzs for Acid Golem. Whereas on his next Stansby Phase, he detaches Sangan for the cost of Acid Golem and I argue how you can use Sangan's search eff. We then argue for no reason until I called 2 mods realizing 1 mod would never respond. I then got a call from 1 of them saying it's a new ruling until the other 1 I called kicked me out of the server and I did not talk to him at all besides saying I needed help. 0_________________0

Black, hurry and explain or we'll have other choices! We only need 2 more!

One idea is you can only cause effect damage. That's 3:

[spoiler=-The Fang Tournament by Flandre Scarlet]How this works is that Before the Tournament starts, Each Participant picks 1 Level 3 or Lower Normal Monster with 1300 or Less ATK (i.e. Silver Fang) and builds a Deck around it.

There is a catch in the tournament: Only That monster or any monster using that monster as a Material can inflict damage to the opponent (Xyz monsters must have that monster still as a material in order to inflict damage, in addition, If the name is changed to the Declared Monster's Name, You do not take damage nor deal damage to your opponent)

Examples(Silver Fang):

You attack Dark Armed Dragon with Silver Fang, You do not take any damage...

You attack Skull Servant with Silver Fang, You inflict 900 damage to your opponent

You attack an Opponent's Skull Servant with Gene-Warped Warwolf, Your opponent does not take damage

You Synch into Brionac using Dark Resonator and Silver Fang and attack Directly, You still inflict 2300 Damage to your opponent

You Synch into Stardust Dragon using the Brionac from Earlier and a Krebons, and attack Directly, You do not inflict damage

You Xyz into Leviathan Dragon using Silver Fang and Elemental Hero Burstinatrix, You Detach Silver fang then attack Directly, Your opponent does not take Damage

Same Situation, but you Detach Burstinatrix instead, You inflict 2500 Damage to your opponent

Opponent's Chosen monster is Genex Controller, and he uses that monster, Cydra, and 2 other Machines to fuse into Chimeratech Fortress Dragon, then attacks Directly, You take 4000 Damage

Opponent's Chosen Monster is Genex Controller, Your Opponent uses Genex Ally Remote to change a monster's name to "Genex Controller", and attacks directly, No Damage

Same Situation, but Synchs for Brionac and attacks directly, you take no Damage

Same Situation, but you Xyz for Leviathan Dragon, You do not take any damage

-Psychic deck tourney by Toot

-Effect damage only tourney by Taiga

Sorry, was in the Doctor's office! D=

Basically, each of us choose one of the revealed "Number" monster. If Anime only, we proxy them.

Each of us will collect Numbers from those we beat as the Tourney advances, and it can be set up in a number of different ways. Hunter Style (A hunts B hunts C hunts A), Brackets, etc.

And they also have their Anime "This card can only be destroyed by battle with a "Number" monster" effect =3

Duel Terminal Tournament:

Each player has 4000 life points.

There is no MP2

There are only 3 Monster Card Zones on each player's side of the field.

There are only 3 S/T Zones on each player's side of the field, plus a Field Spell Card Zone.

Each player has 3 cards in his/her starting hand, and draws 1 during his/her Standby Phase.

Once during the duel, when a player's Life Points or Deck count is low, usually below 500 or 10(2 in low deck rules*), respectively, he/she can add 1 card from his/her deck to the hand, instead of a normal draw, dubbed "Destiny Draw."

*Low Deck Rules

Each player looks at the deck and banishes cards Facedown until there are 10. Then, each player looks at his/her respective Extra Deck and removes monsters until there are 3. These cards that are banished cannot be used. The only exception is a Destiny Draw. In Low Deck Rules, when a player chooses to use his/her Destiny Draw, he/she adds a card from the removed cards to the hand instead of drawing (Extra Deck monsters cannot be added.)

I think that's it...
