"Snivy" + 1 Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster.
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from your hand or field to your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can remove 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 Plant-Type monster from your hand or Deck. As long as this card remains face-up on your field, your opponent must pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon a non Plant-Type monster.

"Wooper" + 1 Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster.
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from your hand or field to your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can Special Summon up to 3 Aqua-Type monsters. Your opponent selects 2 of them and takes control of them. Both the Special Summoned monsters must attack this turn if able. During your End Phase, you can remove this face-up card from play to Special Summon 1 "Quagsire" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by either Tributing 1 face-up monster you control or by discarding 1 card from your hand with a card name of at least 16 letters. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can summon or activate cards that contain less then 16 letters. During each of your Standby Phases, both players can select 1 card from their Deck with at least 16 letters and add it to their hands.

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand when 2 or more monsters are destroyed by a card effect. Once per turn by paying 1000 Life Points, you can remove all face-up non DARK monsters on the field from play. If you use this effect, put 4 Evolution Counters on this face-up card. If 4 Evolution Counters are on this card, during the Standby Phase of your next turn, by sending this face-up card with 4 Evolution Counters on it to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Weezing" from your hand or Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 2 face-up Fiend-Type monsters you control and rolling a Die. If the number rolled is 1-5, you can Special Summon this card. If the number is 6, this card is removed from play. When this card is Summoned successfully, you can Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Deck with a Level equal to or lower then the monster on the field with the highest Level. The original ATK & DEF of the Special Summoned monster is equal to the ATK & DEF of this face-up card.. During each of your Standby Phases after this card's Summoning, you must Roll a Die. Activate the corresponding effect depending on the current Standby Phase
- Standby Phase 1: If the number rolled is 1-5, half the ATK & DEF of all face up non DARK monsters on the field. If the number rolled is 6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 2: If the number rolled is 1-4, you can remove 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy up to 2 cards on the field. If the number rolled is 5 or 6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 3: If the number rolled is 1-3, destroy all face-up non DARK monsters and decrease both players Life Points by 600 for each monster destroyed. If the number rolled is 4-6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 4: If the number rolled is 1 or 2, you can Draw 2 cards from your Deck. If the number rolled is 3-6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 5: If the number rolled is 1, Special Summon up to 3 Fiend-Type monsters from your Deck, all other effects listed above are activated.

Now I Get it! XD Feeling like making a card or 2 and was planning on FIne Tuning a few effects.

Here's a Beta effect I have planned for Eevee.

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by Banishing 2 monsters of the same Attribute from your Graveyard. If this card was Special Summoned by its own effect, the Attribute of this monster is also treated as the monsters used to Special Summon it. When this card is removed from the field, you can remove 1 monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists "Eevee" as the summoning requirement with the same Attribute. The effect of the Special Summoned monster is negated until your next turn.
