Just to verify.

I can see your rival being your rival because you're trying to arrest him. And everytime he gets PWNed, he runs away. Then Looker comes running. Just late. Like Eusine always does. Can that guy be on time for once? srsly.

I guess Pokemon world police are newbs these days, if they get pwned by a itty bitty starter thats level 5.
Of course, main characters pwn all. WE ARE THE CHAMPION. LITERALLY.

Increase the ATK & DEF of the Special Summoned monster by an amount equal to the ATK & DEF of this card. Each time a player Summons a Fairy-Type monster, you can Draw 1 card from your Deck. If it is a Fairy-Type monster, Special Summon it.

Activate when you control a face-up monster with 2000 ATK or more. During each of your Battle Phases, you can select 1 face-up monster with 1800 or lower ATK. Increase the ATK of the monster by an amount equal to half the ATK of the face-up monster with the highest ATK on the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by removing 3 WATER monsters on your field or Graveyard from play. When this card is Summoned successfully, you can select up to 5 Spell and Trap Card Zones. The selected Zones are also treated as Monster Card Zones. Double the ATK of any monster that is face-up in the selected Zones. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to flip the top card of your Extra Deck face-up. During your Draw Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to select 1 Spell Card from your Deck and add it to your hand instead of conducting your normal Draw.

Just a quick preview of what I have so far today. Working on a Shiny Support card for now.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from your hand or field to your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, all face-up WIND monsters you control can attack your opponent's Life Points directly this turn. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 WIND monster you control. Until the End Phase, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Special Summon the Tributed monster during your End Phase and reduce the ATK & DEF of the Special Summoned monster to 0.

Activate when a face-up monster with Evolution Counters is Tributed by its own effect. Put the same number of removed Evolution Counters on a face-up monster that you control. The face-up monster cannot be Tribute Summoned by its own effect until your next turn.

- Standby Phase 2: If the number rolled is 1-4, you can Draw 1 card from your Deck, If it is a Thunder-Type monster, Special Summon it. If the number rolled is 5 or 6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 3: If the number rolled is 1-3, all face-up Thunder-Type monsters you control are also treated as Tuners. If the number rolled is 4-6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 4: If the number rolled is 1 or 2, you can Draw 2 cards from your Deck. If the number rolled is 3-6, this card is removed from play.
- Standby Phase 5: If the number rolled is 1, this card cannot be destroyed by its own effect. In addition, all other effects listed above are activated.

Draw 1 card from your Deck for each Battle Phase this card remains on your field.
