Fader Posted June 24, 2011 Report Share Posted June 24, 2011 In my actual Pokemon White, just today I got my hands on a Dratini and got it to Dragonite, and thanks to it being a high level Dratini it already knew outrage so I have a Dragonite with Outrage at an earlier level than if it were a Dragonite at 55...
