The Great Time War had reached it's Climax, with the Daleks and the Time lords in complete Chaos, struggling to dominate over one another. Rassasion, revieved with a full regeneration cycle, Becomes obsessed with the continued existence of the time lords. As the doctor begins the acquire "The Moment", he begins a Oppressions reign over Gallifrey, from the cidatle. The Time lord Academy was one of Rassalon's Targets. He locked down the facility and kept the students from there familys, Effectively making them prisoners of there own kind. They would be ripped apart, spit into small groups of which they would be trained as solders, against there will.

There where though a small band of students that broke the ranks of the Academy. From each chapter, a select few where given entrance into the Jenis. They lived and worked together as they hid from the Tyrannical reign of the warped Rassalion. Traveling in a Mark II, Type 42 TARDIS, the Jenis attempted to liberate many students that had been incarcerated. But only a few ever did. They could not save as many as they could.

Then the fateful day came. The end of the war. The moment drawed near. The jenis had just robbed six TARDIS' from the Gallifreyian Government, planning a massive breakout at the academy under the cover of dark. As the doctor purged both Time lord and Daleks with the Moment, The Jenis where forced into a life threatening position. They had no choice. They abandoned the students and attempted to escape the Moment. Splitting up into the six TARDIS', they decided to escape though the time lock to survive the genocide. As gallifrey was dragged into orbit around earth, the untempered schism grew into a storm of time itself. They took there chances with the schism to escape, piloting there TARDIS' though. They had escaped the Last great Time war.

For eachother, they took there own paths into the universe. The Jenis disbanded. It's been a considerable time since this moment. The jenis members have mostly lost contact and have taken there separate ways. Now, their paths will cross over again in a grand scave of adventures! This is the story of the last Children of Gallifrey. The last of the Children of time.[/spoiler]

[b]APPEARANCE[/b]: Wandering is a 6'1 tall time lord teenager with Short, Black hair with fading red highlights that quite untidy. His skin is pallid and blanched that compliments his deep blue eyes. Wandering's attire is variable but familiar, taking an almost anime gothic approach with a simple short sleeve shirt, Long black trousers with matching sneakers and a worn out trench coat that has been customized by wandering with a hood, inside padding and even threaded wire to make the coat tails trail along and not touch the floor.
[b]PERSONALITY[/b]: With the gothic look, you would expect him to be either an emotionless husk that is cold and uncaring, or mistake him for a moody and chaotic emo. You are wrong. Wandering is a time lord with flair! Energetic and Lively with resourcefulness and quick thinking to boot. Arrogant to what he does not accept what is right in his view and sarcastic make him an unpredictable character. As for anger, he will store it up and release it in one fit of rage, as well with many of his other negative emotions. He has quite an interest in stragety computer games and has even rigged his TARDIS to have a complete library of every single computer puzzle game in history.
[b]BIO[/b]: Wandering was born to a lady cardinal of the council after an affair with an unknown time lord, who fled before wandering was born. The cardinal, known as Isis, managed to keep the affair from surfacing by forging adoption documents on wandering before gallifreyian press discovered. Isis though kept wandering from knowing this, posing as his adopted mother. Wandering was inducted into prydonian chapter of time lord society at age 60, after basic tutoring by Isis. After the induction, wandering met The Prophet, another junior time lord, who would become friends after 30 rounds of a time lord game called Yugra. Wandering, aged 80, would be given the opportunity to study at the time lord acdameny with many other junior time lords. But only several weeks into his education at the academy, Rassilon struck. He locked down the academy into a military boarding school. Worse tiding followed Isis attempted to rebel against him politically. Rassison though used the knowledge about wandering's birth and reported it to the press. Isis was ruined and fled gallifrey. Wandering had to hide, fearing his life and all 12 that followed. The Jenis protected him. Wandering also took prophet in later into the jenis, after he was about to be forced into the time war. Wandering later escaped with the Jenis with his own TARDIS. Wandering and prophet remained in contact until prophet left wandering to die on a destruting vinvochi battleship during there civil war.
[b]UTILITY[/b]: A 6-shot revolver from Billy the kid himself.

[b]TARDIS EXTERIOR[/b]: Wandering's TARDIS chameleon circuit is active and so will adapt to its surroundings.
[b]TARDIS INTERIOR[/b]: Wandering has settled for a much more radical version of the coral theme. The walls are glass, showing though to an alien, endless coral reef that is filled with a variety of fish and coral life. The Glass is supported by organic, coral pillars that twist throughout the control room's roof. The central console is placed on a central platform, which is connected to the remainder of the control room by a single walkway, forming an outer walkway after words. There is two staircases besides the walkway that leads to the remainder of Wandering's TARDIS. The central console is a six-sided design with circular edges. The controls are in good condition, but wandering has have to begin doing make shift repairs. The time rotor is filled with bubbling coolent, which bubbles more violently when active by the heart of the TARDIS that is contained in it's center. The heart of the TARDIS is secured in the rotor by streams of energy that is emitted from coils from the bottom and top of the rotor. The top of the rotor is connected to the roof by a collection of organic, coral like pillars and pipes that are twisted and condensed so much that they look like blood vessels. The bottom of the console is connected to the platform by six pipes in a glass circular chamber, filled with more bubbling coolant. Other rooms in the TARDIS have more similarities then the original Coral design then the control room.

I like this idea, so reserve me.
Couple of questions though:
What is the main plot around the arc of this 'series' otherwise it'll be a little too Random for anyone's liking.
The whole 'episode' thing won't work or probably won't work. It should be everyone is in every episode because otherwise it'll be too confusing with so many different episodes going on. So could we do it one episode at a time with everyone included?

The central plot will be hinted out thoughout, elemental. Let's just say it was inspired by "The Doctors Wife". As for episodes, everyone will be in the same episode. The plots for the episodes will be done by a diffrent person each time desided by a vote in this OOC thread. I have created the first plot, which is entitled "Sword and the Stone".

Name: The Philosopher (Though sometimes, when disguising his name, says that it is [b] Phil Sopher [/b])
Age: 189 (as second regeneration. 301 in total)
Gender: Male
Species: Time Lord
Appearance: The philosopher is quite a handsome young man and appears to be about 21. He has longish golden hair which curls most at the back. It is usually messy, but sometimes he can sometimes make it look a lot smarter (strangely it is the same hair style as his past regeneration). He's 6'1 and is quite skinny, but much stronger than he looks. He has a mark on his right shoulder, a decorated ring with a cluster of stars inside it. He had this in his past regeneration also. The Philosopher has purple eyes which really stand out from his pale skin. He wears blue jeans, a black shirt and a trench coat reaching his knees.
Personality: The Philosopher is wise and clever, one of the smartest Time Lords. He's a perfect ally but an extraordinarily dangerous enemy. He keeps his cool, even in pressured situations but when he is made angry, he is a force to be reckoned with! Philosopher is friendly and kind, making friends easily, but only with those he knows that he can trust. He will do anything for his friends and will do anything for them. However, he is still mysterious and keeps many secrets. But he covers all these secrets with his strong sense of adventure, courage and a hint of madness.
Bio: The Philosopher was one of the few Time Lords escaping the moment. He had already been on many adventures across time and space, saving worlds and times. While in Egypt, he was given the name Ra and considered a God. He stayed long enough to help Egypt develop, then 'retired to the heavens.' While in Egypt, he fought a large serpentine alien and fought it from inside his TARDIS (The sun chariot). After Egypt, when he returned to Gallifrey, the head president had become corrupted and the moment was almost nigh. When the moment was activated, the force of it blaster the Philosopher was blasted out the universe. He had an annoying encounter with 'House' but did escape before his TARDIS was consumed. This however cost his life, as he fused his regeneration with the TARDIS matrix, thus causing 'House' to become dormant for a few centuries. He continued his adventures outside the universe, gaining knowledge and saving worlds. Finally, he decided to return home, or rather back to his universe. Again he travelled until he received signals of other TARDIS's and he went off to find the other Time Lord survivors.
Utility: Psychic Paper, Inter-Galactic Mobile Phone (looks like a HTC wildfire but modified to his standards), robotic cat (K.A.T), a watch which communicates with the TARDIS computer and matrix but also detects alien signals.
TARDIS Exterior: The Tardis exterior is a deep crimson colour with a blue stripe near the top. It has 3 windows above a double red door. These windows are simply disguise, and if someone would happen to look through them, they'd only see a telephone in a telephone box. There are two stripes next to the door which acts as an invisibility cloaking device and also shield generator. The cloaking doesn't literally make the TARDIS invisible, but changes its appearance to make it so that anyone looking at the TARDIS would appear to be something completely ordinary for the time period/world. It also creates a shield, so that anyone who isn't a time lord or someone with Time Lord connection cannot enter. This is simply a precaution, and not extremely powerful so it won't cause much damage, but will sting the person attempting to enter. These also act as a celestial magnetism device, which means that if it would be lost in space, it would instantly lock-on to any planet nearby (much like the original TARDIS).

TARDIS Interior: The first room in the TARDIS is the main control room. He changes the appearance of it every so often, but prefers the more modern one. The walls are all pure white and the roof has a simple and circular glass pane which looks out into space. It also allows sunlight to enter the TARDIS matrix in case, for some reason, the TARDIS would have trouble flying, so it can rely on enhanced solar power as well. Little coloured lights move across the walls, pulsing with energy. These lights emit from the TARDIS control panel, more exactly the Matrix. These lights store information from time periods/worlds that the Philosophers TARDIS travels to and can also can store The Philosophers memories and copy them. By touching these lights, the information will transfer to the
touchers mind in a couple of seconds. However, too much information could overload an average humans mind so The Philosopher tends to restrict which lights his companions may touch. However, it is fine for a Time Lord to 'read' so he does so often, either for his own purposes (like reading a book) or learning about the Time Period/world he is in. The control panel is gold and the glass that reaches towards the roof is tinted red. The controls are all modern and work perfectly. The TARDIS also has thousands of other rooms like the tennis courts, libraries, pools, bedrooms, squash courts, football stadium (don't ask) and so much more!
Inside the TARDIS, he has a Zylon super computer (like Mr Smith) which helps when needed. It is called Gallifrey, after the philosophers homeworld.

Name: Prince

Age: 213

Gender: Male

Species: Time Lord

Appearance: Prince has blonde hair and olive green eyes, he has a concave nose and pale lips. Prince wears a peach suit and a white shirt underneath, he also wears a red tie with a golden 'P' written on the end of it; to go along with his [s]super manly get up[/s], Prince wears peach trousers, though he also wears a clashing pair of american, red velcro sneakers.

Personality: Prince is always willing to try absolutely anything and everything, completely unconcerned about his own safety. This Time Lord is very immature, though he values friends and always loves sharing his stories and adventures with others.

Bio: Prince grew up on Gallifrey living by one simple rule: to try absolutely everything before he dies (thirteen times, of course); it was pure accident he became a part of Jenis, accidentally stumbling on one of their meetings, though he wanted to join almost immediately. When the fateful moment came when the escape route was clear, Prince flew off in his TARDIS into the farthest parts of the universe, unshaken by the genocide that destroyed his people.

He spent the next few decades having ridiculous and absurd adventures with dozens of aliens and other strange creatures (like the Homo sapiens), just so he knew what it was like. Though his adventures were supposed to be exclusively about learning what the universe is like, he has often saved the day (or month, or year, depending on the timeframe) and made even more friends and enemies than he originally planned to make.

But now, a new adventure is about to begin, perhaps greater than any other of his adventures to date!

Utility: A Spanner, nothing particularly special about it, but it can make an excellent ‘ding’ noise when tapped on a triangle (the instrument, not the shape) and a rather horrid ‘thud’ noise when struck against someone’s head.

TARDIS Exterior: The Chameleon Circuit is broken (Intentionally, as Prince got fed up of trying to open a Cactus) and has the constant shape of a dark grey sphere, that can only be entered through a hidden staircase, that only reveals itself when Prince inserts his key into the TARDIS's lock. Prince likes rolling his TARDIS about, and due to it's spherical shape, this is an easy task.

TARDIS Interior: The control room itself is spherical in shape, and the walls and floor are a light grey; the central collum of the console itself glows blue while travelling from point A to point B. There are four tables inside the control room, each has two chairs besides it, and each one has a vase decorated with blue flowers from different worlds. Though the interior of Prince's TARDIS seems tidy enough, the panels on the walls and ceiling fall off constantly (everytime the TARDIS dematerializes and rematerializes to be precise!) and wiring hangs from where the missing panels were.

Name: The Engineer
Age: 265
Gender: Male
Species: Time Lord
Appearance: The Engineer, in this incarnation, is a rather tall, standing more than 6' 2", with a stocky build. He has short dirty-blond hair, with a rather ragged matching beard. He has small eyes that seem to be embedded deep in his face, a rounded nose and thin lips which are dominated by his facial hair. He has a moderately tanned complexion. His limbs are smoothed with fat, but thick with powerful muscles, and he has short, stocky fingers. He usually wears a tight-fitting shirt under a sleeveless jacket which is a little too small to go around his chest, along with dark jeans and hiking boots. To top it off he has a Stetson.
Personality: Despite his rugged appearance, The Engineer is at heart a kindly soul, generally enjoying meeting new people, and caring for them. He's also very intelligent, as are most Time Lords, and is able to match most of the better humans in that regard. He is, however, best at engineering and mechanics, hence his name. In particular, he's an expert at the repair and maintenance of TARDISes, and could have been amongst the greats in that field if not for the time war. He doesn't like to stay in one place too long, preferring to be on the move rather than stuck in a single place.
Bio: The Engineer was one of the earlier members of Jenis, and was the mechanic for the group, keeping their sole TARDIS operating despite limited parts as they were directed towards the war. He was also instrumental in the theft of the later six, being the one able to gain entry to more than one of them. However, upon Jenis's escape from the time war, he was piloting the last TARDIS to push through the schism. Whilst he made it, the storm behind him damaged the engines on the TARDIS and caused it to crash into the nearest planet. The damage to the interior was severe, and almost cut him in two. Fortunately he was able to regenerate into his current form, and spent many years slowly regrowing and repairing the damaged TARDIS until it was able to fly again. Since then he hasn't stopped. Always on the move, wherever he visits it seems as if he's only dropping past to say hello before he carries on to where he's going. But so far he hasn't been going anywhere.
Utility: 'Psychic Phone', what seems to resemble a touchscreen phone, but with limited psychic properties, as well as diagnostic equipment. A 'Swiss Army Laser', with the equivalent functionality of a good Swiss Army Knife, working on the principle of a variable Laser. He does express regret that he hasn't been able to get the sonic one working, since it has much greater functionality, but it needs parts he doesn't have.

TARDIS Exterior: The Chameleon Circuit never recovered from the crash, and his TARDIS now remains in the form of the body of a [url="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2763/4443352431_14a0f4b89a.jpg"]British railway goods van,[/url] although it's apparent size can vary significantly, allowing it to land in spaces where the real thing wouldn't fit.
TARDIS Interior: The interior, by contrast, could be repaired quite easily. The 'Desktop theme' matched what would be considered normal in a traditional English cottage, with a sofa and a pair of armchairs around the central console, which in many ways resembles a desk, complete with wood panelling to seal in the console. The walls have a discreet floral print to them, and the floor is mostly wood. Thus, repairing the main control room at least was fairly easy. Since different areas have different themes, some of the less important areas are still damaged from the crash. There are all sorts of rooms, and not even the Engineer knows of all of them.

Appearance: Short and skinny, with blonde hair, blue eyes and extremely white skin. He has a large cranium, and bad teeth. He has many moles on his limbs. He wears a Fez, and a hawaiian shirt with cargo pants.
Personality: He is quirky an eccentric, but is in general a cheerful and considerate person. He has poor social skills He is very intelligent, and has a vast memory. He is good with language and math, and is skilled at debate. He has a large Egotistical streak. He has difficulty respecting unintelligent people. He always expects people to keep their word. He considers himself very virtuous, and never swears.
Bio:He was diagnosed with a condition similar to the human conditions aspergers systems, a mild form of autism. He had a fairly average childhood. His sister cruelly tormented him. His grades were always good, and he was accepted into the Time Lord Academy, where he intended to become a physicist, helping to design new tardis models. He was admitted into the Jenis group for his advanced knowledge of Tardis mechanics.
Utility: Telekinesis Helmet plus a kind of Scanner that can collect info on things then put it on a HUD in front of his eyes. some thing like The Masked Man's helmet from Mother 3:

If there aren't any Tardises left, i'd be willing to share with another time lord. Also the telekinesis helmet allows The Physicist to move things with his mind. And, because the chameleon circuit functions, its appearance changes with surroundings.

I've never heard of such a helmet. I've only watched a few old episodes, they're hard to find at libraries. So, no.
