Exceed(J)/Xyz(US) summon

Recommended Posts

Exceed sounds cool unlike an x y z summoning, sounds more like kaiba's cards than a new summon. main point is that these cards are faster to summon than synchros yet i would like to discuss why we do not have a reason to create the new card in the ycm. do not bash me around for an opinion. thank you and help me any way you can.

They are pronounced "Ik-seez" not "X-Y-Z"

Exceed is not the Japanese version of it either, it is Ekushīzu. Exceed was a popular fan translation, but it is incorrect. Look at the Japanese word, is there a 'D' in there? No.

OT: They're not in TCG, and that would require YCMaker to do something.

Adding the feature now would probably bring a lot of haters since so many people don't know what these new types of cards are, how they work, or even how they measure up to other cards. It's better to just wait until it's in TCG (if it even makes it into TCG), before making the card type available in YCM. This will also allow for a better measuring of cards in comparison to official TCG standards since the show has twisted card effects, restrictions, and requirements several times.

I agree with the whole wait til its in the TCG thing, but what about those people who know of them and are eager to make them but can't.

P.S. they are coming into the TCG on August 12th. check yugioh.wikia.com they know.

Haters gonna hate.

The show's gotten a lot better at not screwing effects up.
