I'm in the middle of my "Digihuman" Archetype, and am making two monsters I call "Manipulators" - monsters which increase and decrease (manipulate) the levels and ranks of monsters on the field. The only thing is, i'm not sure how to phrase their effect...
My basic attempt would be:
"Once during either player's Standby Phase, you can decrease the level of any Monsters by any amount (with 1 being the lowest possible level). Then, increase the level(s) of any Monsters on the field until the total level increase is equal to the amount you decreased your Monster's levels by with this card's effect. Level changes by this card's effect are effective until the End Phase."
It sounds confusing...do you think there's an easier way? I want it to be the ultimate level manipulation Monster, and its Rank-based counterpart for manipulating Xyz Monsters (thus letting you utilize and control cards such as "Gravity Bind" or "Level Limit - Area B").
any help would be appreciated. On another note, how many cards have "manipulation" effects like this?
