I think that they have fallen from grace in recent years(like a lot of square enix products), all they've been releasing are spinoffs, side stories, and prequels. I actually liked Birth By Sleep. But as for re:coded, and 358/2 days. They're not needed AT ALL. Especially days since we already knew what roxas went through, it just made it tens times more complicated. And as for Coded/Re:coded, they sucked ass AND weren't needed. I think they can redeem themselves by making 3D and 3 really good. Discuss KH! Anyway, I personally though Chain of Memories way the weakest game. Although it's kinda needed. The whole card system was just... Ugh. Days however, wasn't needed, but I quite liked it. Not as much as KH or KHII or even BBS. But still. A fairly decent game for me. Plus you got to play as Demyx and Axel in the Mission mode. <3 Birth By Sleep, is the only PSP game I play. And I have a lot of PSP games. It's a great game despite the easy difficulty. Even on Critical Mode, I've already beaten the game several times. KH 1 & 2: No need to say anything really. Best KH games ever... So far. RE:Coded, I haven't played myself. I need to borrow it off my cousin before I give my personal opinion on it. Dream Drop Distance looks to be really good, and is gonna be a main series game. Which means it's gonna at least be done decently... I hope anyway. And 3, well, there's not much information on that yet. But Let's hope it's out on the Home consoles, with HD Graphics, Beautiful Gameplay, sticking to the KH2 style. [/quote] *slaps* re:Coded explained some things that are to be explained in KH3. KH:REcoded talk about how people have connected to Sora's heart which is what the plot in KH3 is about. Days is needed for many reasons. 1. to explain why Roxas can wield two keyblades. 2. to show every member's relations to another. ex. Lea and Sai. 3. Spoon Posted May 30, 2011 Report Share Posted May 30, 2011 Kingdom Hearts had such an idiotic premise... and yet it worked out surprisingly well. Part 1, 2 and Birth by Sleep (the only ones I played myself) are really great games... at least gameplay-wise. It's not that I don't [i]like[/i] the story, no I really do, the whole universe they created behind the above mentioned premise is quite astonishing... but it's so confusing I lost track after part 2 (I watched a playthrough of Chain of Memories, so at least that blank spot is filled), I couldn't really grasp the dimensions BbS had, what is supposedly explained and what is not. I gave 358/2 Days a shot and found it horrible, the whole idea of making a mission based game out of Kingdom Hearts was just stupid and greedy. About Coded: No clue, never played it and I'm not going to. If part 3 ever appears, I'm definitely going to buy it, but every other game of the series has to get some good reviews before I buy it. The only thing that is and will always be good about the games, without a doubt, is the music. Aqua explains how Kairi came to Destiny Isles Ventus, If you pay attention, Sora's Keyblade appears to be a broken version of the Ultamite Keyblade they wanted to create. The hidden Chapter Shows How Ansem Came to be (The Dark). Wish it i could beat Vanitas's lingering spirit. Terra is my stongest but the bastard wont get hurt. Why does ventus look exactly like roxas. [/quote] Surprisingly enough my theory that I made in 2008 about Ventus/Roxas/Sora relation was correct but my fiance's crashing of the site deleted the thread. Did you notice Terra was in full control of everything Xemnas/XH did in KH1-KH2? After all, Xehanort had control until Aqua fought him and Terra took control stabbing himself and turning Xehanort into the annoying darkside guardian. Think about it. Terra loses control of his body. Keyblad ability transitions to the lingering sentiment. So Terranort only had Xehanort's ability to wield. Terranort stabs himself. Ability lost forever. JadenxAtemYAOI Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 I'd prefer that they remake Days honestly. It would be lovely to play as Roxas so you can kick Sora's ass. If Roxas wanted to, he could have destroyed the entire organization if he wanted. The one thing I'm glad to have noticed is that Lea is coming back<3 We killed enough fire bosses and fire heartless for one to be him<333 I really hope Kingdom Hearts three goes by the idea I formed. Team 1: Sora, Riku, Kairi. Team 2: Mickey, Donald, Goofy. Team 3(my fav) Roxas, Axel, Xion. Team 4: Terra, Ventus, Aqua. On a more separate note I would like for people to comment with thoughts on this *problem* Problem: Xemnas went to Hallow bastion to a room similar to the one Ventus is in. Xigbar said Xemnas talked to the armor and sometimes it talked back and called it friend.. What the problem is specifically: Xemnas supposedly forgot everything.Xemnas was talking to Aqua through the Armor. Roxas passes out and Xemnas says "so once again you sleep" Aqua TOLD HIM that she put Ventus in that room. That is why Xemnas stationed so many members in the castle and sent Axel there.
