lugia61617
Damian smiled gently and walked to face Atsuko, who was a decent length away. He activated his green Duel Pad once more and shouted in a very lame fashion; "Duel Pad! SET!". As he did that he then raised his left hand to his glasses and re-activated his Gazer. He shouted once more, "D-Gazer, set on!" immediately, his left eye lense on his glasses became green. Damian then proceeded to make his pad shuffle his deck and then place his extra deck inside the pad. It wasn't until all of this had been done that he realised he didn't even know if Atsuko had a D-Gazer or pad. If that was the case, how would he be able to duel, since he'd never heard of duel disks of his time being backwards - or possibly forwards - compatible. Irregardless, he offered for Atsuko to begin. Premier Alexander Romanov
Atsuko pulled out a pair of blue visor-like sunglasses, and switched them to a specific setting before putting them on. Once she did, information popped up on her visor as a strange virtual D-Pad appeared on her arm. She looked at him and chuckled. "You won't need that D-Gazer, except for readouts." She then drew a card. "I draw, and I Normal Summon Wind-Up Horse in Attack Mode!" Wind-Up Horse EARTH/Beast/LV4/1500ATK/1300DEF Once, while this card is face-up on the field, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Wind-Up" monster monster from your Deck. Its effects are negated and it cannot be Tributed or used as a Synchro Material Monster. A mechanical brown horse with a white diamond-shaped mark, a black mane, and a black tail appeared, a golden key slowly turning on his back. However, if Damian took off his D-Gazer, he would see that the horse looked incredibly real. (1500 ATK, LV4) "Now, I will Special Summon Wind-Up Warrior in Attack Mode using Wind-Up Horse's effect!" The key on his back turned several times, then released, rotating rapidly in the opposite direction. The horse whinnied, and an orange robot with red claws for hands stomped onto the field, his key inert. (1200 ATK, LV4) "I bet you can guess what I plan on doing now."
lugia61617
Damian was quite excited when he looked at the readouts of the Monsters. "You're going to summon an Xyz Monster, aren't you? Oh, man! This is getting AWESOME!" He said, looking rather pleased. He only had a few Xyz Monsters, and he seldom used them because he prefers Synchro Summoning. Watching others play Xyz Monsters, however, lights up a fire in his heart which makes his dueling performance improve. He was now feeling a rush of adrenaline in his veins, and for some reason the same sort of energy was being emitted from his deck.
