Simping For Hina
I do have a crush, but I know that she doesn't share the same thing. I really want to ask her out to a dance, but I feel that I like her too much, and if she says no it could mess many things up.
Squirrel Girl
Why not just ask her to a dance. It's really no big deal. I did that once, but it was a big failure. I ditched school for 2 weeks after that.
Jake the Sage
I do have a crush, but I know that she doesn't share the same thing. I really want to ask her out to a dance, but I feel that I like her too much, and if she says no it could mess many things up.
Daemon advice from someone who has BEEN in that exact position . . . ask her. If she denys you going to the dance as your date then you know that the feelings are not the same both ways. So, after feeling like your heart has been smashed to bits, get back up and agree to still be friends. If she agrees to go to the dance with you as your date then the chances are the feelings you have for her are the same she holds for you. Use the dance, preferably a slow one, to tell her how she looks and how much fun you've had. At the moment you're comfertable ask if she loves you or, if you are bold enough, state that you like/love/adore/etc her. Look at me . . . being all Doctor Phil here X3 That'll be $300 [holds out hand]

That is what I am worried about, I like her too much to even try that.
Jake the Sage
Daemon I dated a girl, who was one of my best friends, and she broke up with me via txt. After feeling betrayed and heartbroken for a couple of weeks I resumed my life. I remember the good times and, after seeing her again, figured that despite us not being in love anymore that doesn't change the fact I still love HER. Weither that love be as a man to woman or best friend to best friend doesn't matter. We laugh and get along just as we did before, during and now currently after our break up. Dating honestly just means you are more "lovey-dovey" and "physical" in a relationship. If you cannot be around them and have fun normally then best not even attempt to date them. Breaking up does hurt, but it will never be bad enough to truly make you not want to be around them. Unless they cheated on you or some other douche move like that just saying . . . Gospel.
Yes, and I actually asked her out during that long hiatus...(a month? Two? Eh I can't remember) I took just before school ended. We actually went to a Faceless show, and I swear she was thrashin' harder than anyone else there. Also took her to the AAC (American Airlines Center) to watch game 4 of the West Finals. I. Love. This. Girl.
