You should probably just post thes in RC and let them fix it for you, two birds with one stone and all that, but here are things to keep in ming.

Types should be capitalized. ex: Psychic-Type
Attributes should be all caps. ex: LIGHT
Attack and defense use their abbreviations when used to talk about the actual stat. ex: ATK, DEF
If talking about battle position, don't use abbreviations and capitalize the words. ex: Attack Position
Phases are capitalized. ex: Battle Phase, End Phase
Deck, and Graveyard are capitalized, but hand and field are not.
Beast-Warrior is the only type that has a hyphen in it. Winged Beast does not.
Card names in the effect should be exactly as the name on the card is show, and should be in quotes. ex: "Red-Eyes B. Dragon"
For the above, if you put "Red Eyes B. Dragon", it would be wrong only because of the missing hyphen. Yes it seems retarded, but that's how it is.
The names of tokens are capitalized and in quotes. ex: "Grinder Token(s)"
Tokens also need there types and stats in parynthasis. ex: (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0)
Counter only need to be capitalized. ex: Spell Counter

That's all I can think of for now.

reaper of the moon #3 cannot be summoned, a synchro monster needs one tuner and one non-tuner and neither number 1 nor 2 are tuners.
Also, if you post this in RC you might want to say that you don't want comments on the fact that you used Reaper as type, since it isn't a real type in the TCG or OCG.
And like in my sig, you can roam around yugioh.wikia.com to search cards with similar effects to use their OCG.

That is what i do with most of my cards. I just have a hard time remembering ALL the rules for OCG

and Reaper of the Moon #2 is a tuner

darn, read over it again, I'm having that a lot recently.
But still a thing about number #2, it shouldn't be both tuner and effect (just take a look at [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Junk_Synchron]junk synchron[/url])
