Don't we all just hate it when both players are at a stalemate? When all card zones are full and neither player can do anything and you both are just waiting to see who runs out of cards first?
Here's my solution.

Normal Spell - [i]Field Collapse[/i]
Reveal this card in your hand and remove it from play when a field card is active and all card zones on both sides of the field are full. Destroy all cards on the field. This card's effect can only be activated during the end phase.
