I agree, proportions are really off here. Since you're drawing a girl, make the neck thinner, shorter, and smaller since only men have necks as big as that.
The span of the shoulders too should be decreased. Arms should be thinner as well as the stomach. Breasts look a bit too low and droopy so raise it up.

Thanks. I draw without references (free-hand, haven't used a tutorial yet :D proud of that), and now that I look at it I notice the flaws. I don't have a hand for detail, but I'll try harder in the next picture I draw.

I'm going to be honest here: As a beginner drawer, or a free-style one, it's not a bad attempt. But like the others said, the proportions are off. When I 1st saw the picture, it looked like a man with breasts, and I got scared for a second.

Don't fret, though. You know what they say, Practice makes perfect.
