Tentacruel
Is it just me or does this song sound a lot like 3 Days Grace? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mjlM_RnsVE
Chibi Metiyu~
I absolutely agree, actually. The patterns are all identical, and the lyric style is pretty much a paraphrase.
Sprite3G
Love their songs! Awesome band. =D
AsterikcAde
"Animal I Have Become" and "Monster" do sound very similar....maybe the members of Skillet are friends with the members of Three Days Grace and probably did the song "Monster" inspired by the song "Animal I Have Become". Sar19
LOVE Skillet! Anyways, Skillet toured with Three Days Grace once.
~NOiSE~
I think Skillet are trying to sound more mainstream. I actually like them less with every album, my favorite being Alien Youth. I personally don't think they're as good as they used to be.
valliant12
I quite like Skillet, except this album. I felt the only good song was Lucy.
Inexplicable Madness
Now that I think of it, monster does sound very much like animal i have become. I love both songs and i just now realized that... go me =.=

Sar19
They've got a remix of Monster called "Monster (Unleash The Beast Remix)" for anyone who wants to here it and compare it with the original. Inexplicable Madness
That remix is terrible compared to the original I couldn't even listen to the entire thing -.-
Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
its a "tencho" version of the song
Brendano Harns
I like both the original and the remix, though the song is very unoriginal in itself. Not only does the hook sound like "Animal I Have Become," but it follows the same theme and idea as well. I love Skillet, but those are just a few too many coincidences for my liking... Big Lez
only knew this song from SvR 2010 But hey, why not..this song sure is rockin
John A. Zoidberg
It's kinda difficult to be original in the hard rock genre. I dislike both bands. I could care less if a song was stolen, but my two cents is that it could easily be a coincidence. It happens really often, to be completely honest.
