I would first broadcast a death through news network like in the show and every week or so I would make a choice apparent. Like 100 Inmates or 3 Senators within the next 72 hours or I will kill both groups. Then as, I will kill 1 member of the UN at random every hour for until this list of 5 wanted on the run suspects are found and executed. Diminish the world not by fire but by humiliation, have the world dance in my palm and once I get pressure but on myself I would send a final message of stating nothing more than a date and I would assign hundreds of deaths to that single date in the future consisting of corrupt politicians, murderers, gang leaders but not at least moderatly fair world leaders and on that date would be a massive massacre in those who are unfit to serve as an example and then I would hand up my hat and walk away burying my notebook deep in the wilderness until I need it again. ... I think Light failed in changing the world because he wanted a long-term god, which is impossible. You can't keep Big Brother watching and expect for when your gone that theys why my ide continue to act the same as before. Thats why my idea is to quickly alter the world so that when it snaps back it is reformed, not force it to but make it so it unconsciously does. If you make yourself the worst bad guy people forget the others and unify in rebellion. By making your self public enemy as opposed to savior you find a lot less resistance and its much less difficult to manipulate the public.
