Whats with the RC?

Recommended Posts

Okay, so the past few days I've been seeing threads in RC that have totally came up with their own mechanics and stuff. They have stated it, they placed new card images, and they done everything to make it a new, realistic and balanced card. I agree that you can do that, but in the past you couldn't and people got harsh and crazy b/c of that. Now, my wonder is when I tried it before a lot of these others did I got my topic moved? But that's not the point I'm trying to make, the one I want to know, is it actually now allowed there?

Because I see many new things there, like these

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/250617-when-time-concentrates-together-a-new-monster-is-formed-bring-forth-tempus-summoning/

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/250537-space-comets-magic-the-new-type-of-monsters-sator-summon-3/

and

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/249941-a-whole-new-generation-of-monsters-trialities-4/

and so I am wondering, is it allowed? If so, then why did mine get moved? Also, where is it stated that we can so people stop saying it isn't allowed there. If not, then why haven't there's gotten moved? and Third, they don't have any comments saying it needs moved to AOC...

So, my main points are clarified and if this topic don't belong in this thread, please move it, even though I am just commenting on it....

Assuming its immediately expanded on, I have no problem with them.

Umm, I think I understand, but I did expand on mine, but I guess, I'll make 2 of mine and try again....

So, if Icy and You agree, shouldn't you make a rule now so that this doesn't happen in peoples thread's where you get spammed by people saying,

Move this, or Belongs in AOC, or something like that. I'd understand if its not expanded, b/c then your lost in that person's thread.........

I am Icy? And I dont add it as a rule, since I am aware of exceptions to it. But do not want to write out all exceptions and someone exploits a loophole. I'd rather keep it as "Doing this with new mechanics is good practice, but if I move it don't complain".
