A.Prime
Well, still, I'm going to use the old OCG. Banish seams to be come from a duel in Yugioh Series!

J-Max
I'm sorry but would it be all right if I stick with the old OCG Rulings? I understand Magic to Spell but this is all too much....

Nathanael D. Striker
I think that some people will take this opportunity to bash people's OCG during this transition. May I suggest making a rule so that the people who prefer the old OCG don't have to suffer that?

Chaos Number: Card Master
This isn't much of a change I like how the Removed word isn't being used so much That always got confusing Now i will edit my RP cards
Ieyasu Tokugawa
I'm not sure if I'm going to change OCG style myself for a while, but either way I'll fix OCG of other cards based on which one their using. I just hope others are going to do the same.

Dabir
No gameplay changes until the new Hero archetypes turn up and start making Stratos even better, and everything gets that much clearer? Love it. Banish makes RFP so much easier to deal with, that's perfect. Piercing is a great intuitive word for what it does, I don't think anyone misunderstood it when it was used on that one Cyberdark. 'Leaves the field' isn't unprofessional at all, and the extra clarity and text box space will be a great improvement. The only one I'm not sure about is 'targeted for an attack', cause it could confuse people with effects that check for targeting in the same way that 'removed from the field' confused people with 'removed from play'. A.Prime
Sorry... When 1 card was removed from play (with old OCG) you know were to find it!! (In a poket or something) Now, when the card is banishing or banished, you must call the Sherlock Holmes to find it!! What I mean is that those 2 phrases have different meaning!!! I think that the old OCG is better, cooler and easier to use. The new OCG sounds ridiculous! What are we? Stupid Yugioh 4KIDS series characters with idiotic translations? I guess in a way Konami is starting to adapt a "MTG" form of wording, except it's Piercing instead of "Trample" and such. I wonder if MTG will sue Konami for copyright! XD
Can't unless they're actually using "Trample". And Piercing is just so you don't have to see a long line of text and save a bit of room. It's also been used on Cyberdark Horn, so it has technically been official OCG for a long time now.
wtf why doesn't anyone use contractions except sexy people like me Long effects are often interesting by themselves in the tcg, but some short effects can be equally or even more interesting because of the multiple interactions they have with other cards. Overall, it seems that short effects and long effects have their uses in Yugioh. WOW I LEARNED SOMETHING TODAY.
