Death Knight Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 I like the time line and plot of defeating time crackers, though the name kinda bland a bit, i would call them "Time Breaker"(joke, copied from Bladebreaker lol). From the timeline it show representation of how far evolution proceeding each times thus each age of evolution in the times granted new development of summoning mechanic too bad the latest ones in 3103 and 3524(i know i got it wrong) won't as a representative mechanic of this RP :/ I think i will reserve a guardian of time if you will. You remove from play a 'timer' monster for let's say 5 turns. The Timer is level 2 so (5+2=7) a level 7 tempus monster can be summoned...... lol, bad idea? [/quote] i see a mechanic that work on turn count or so, well speak of the devil, i basically made theme cards of turn counts and such for the WTGP as well more like you remove it then wait for like 5 turn later? then summon a tempus monster 5 turn later? well it would have to be powerful if you can last 5 turn later you know lol. my mechanic is something of similarity to "evolving" although it a tad slower than synchro and exceed but faster than Tempus Summon although it would make sense of time relavent. Well my mechanic is is a representive of "evolution" term but the way of summoning can something be like your actually, you want to remove a monster like it warp into the future right? then certain amount of time arrive it come back stronger. you just inspired me to put puzzles of your summoning and the "evolution" part of my mechanic lol EDIT: For Tempus monster its Summoning require will be something like this (Example) |Starstrike Warrior| Light/7/Warrior/Tempus/Effect/ 1 Warrior Timer + 5 Turn Counts. When this is Tempus Summoned, (then make up the effects yata yata yata)/ and to be fair, it can be Special Summon on either turn's player when the turn counts is up. let say at the Standby Phase, what could be a perfect timing than that? then again it would get destroyed xD but wait have the timer monster underlaid for 1 time protection or so. However, she is from an alternate universe where such a thing happened, and their daughter, Itsu, became the protector of the Duel Monsters multiverse. Itsu and Damian Atlas, her universe's son of Jack and Carly Atlas, had Atsuko upon Itsu quitting her "job", and the girl has grown up. Atsuko has now stolen her mother's Emerald Eclipse Amulet, which gives her the ability to travel through space and time. She is now stuck in this universe just as she gains this mysterious mark. Personality: Rambunctious and hot-headed, Atsuko is rather impulsive and unruly, being a bit of a delinquent. Fortunately, she has a great set of morals, though she isn't the best one to follow those morals. Barian Warlord Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 I've thought of something similar but how it works is once it is removed from play that counts as turn 0, then during each persons end phase the level the monster can be goes up but the big thing is you can summon during either players turn, so if you really have to then you can summon a Tempus (I didn't have a name for it so thanks) monster other then the one you originally wanted, that makes the mechanic a lot more flexible. Uses Tempus Caller (LV 3), next turn opponent summons Super Evil Dragon and you decide you need to strengthen your defense instead of of waiting for an attacking monster so you summon Tempus Guardian (RK 1) instead. I just thought of using rank for them in this case their rank is equal to the number of stand-by phases since the Tempus Material Monster was removed!!!!! This speed allows the orb it creates to hover and the rider to be held up by a psychic force. Duel Gazer: A golden, pyramid shaped duel gazer. It fits onto his glasses when he uses it. Barian Warlord Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 I think we should stick to rank seeing as tempo would just be the same thing, besides the left and right are already takes so you'd have to put it in the middle for it to be different and that wouldn't look good. besides so far only Exceeds have Rank where both fusion and synchro monsters have level so it would look nice. Also temple means speed so the speed/time the timer is removed. Look in realistic cards.
