" Now nots let forget my caller mechabism. Seeing that you only have 1500 life points left, and my caller mechanism has the same your done for. Go now attack his life points directly caller mechanism, and finish adelwolf off.

Greed could only watch as his Exxod was destroyed, Sylvos having been knocked out earlier. As the Rhino thundered towards him, he smirked. 'You didn't attack my sylvos, you attacked my Grand Mole. Next I use my Face down Speed Spell - Rock Slide! This handy card can only be activated if one of my monsters is destroyed, which my Exxod was. I can now Special Summon 1 Rock-Type Monster to my side of the field, and we both take damage equal to half the summoned monster's ATK." Greed looked through his deck and pulled one card. "I special summon Hieracosphynx!" The lumbering falcon headed beast sprang up and landed, screeching loudly. "Now we each take 1200 points of Damage."

What do you want to do?' He looked around, and the place they had dueled was deserted. 'Hmm...well...want to go find someone?'

Darkness suddenly engulfed the area as set of spotlights surrounding the duelists lit up the darkened battlefield, revealing that they were now in a boxing ring. In one corner, Atsuko and Wind-Up Knight were waiting to fight, with Wind-Up Knight wearing boxing gloves and blue shorts, while in the other corner, Yoh, Wildheart, and Ocean were ready, with the latter wearing boxing gloves and golden shorts.

A bell rang and both combatants went out into the center. Knight swung fast and hard, but Ocean was light on his feet, and was able to get in several quick jabs at Knight's stomach, pushing him back, until Knight suddenly got in a powerful uppercut, followed by a sound pummeling. Knight then finished off Ocean by knocking him out of the arena, causing the bell to sound. (Yoh: 3700 LP) The lights then flared, blinding both players, revealing the original field, albeit with Atsuko's Magician and Snail face-down.

Track had won the duel. He began to jump around cheering for himself. He then walked over to Adelwolf. " Thanks for admiring my new deck. Your deck is pretty good as well. But it looks i won this time." Track then thought about what Adelwolf had said about going and find someone. The place where they had dueled was pretty much deserted. " Well if thats what you wann go do. Theres not much to do." Track then suddenly remembered something. " Oh yeah i totally forgot, Georgia and Greed are out Turbo dueling those team avenger guys. But not their leader though. Not to mention Georgia has moon, so dont worry." Track strtched and began to walk around. " So then lets get gong then. Im following you captain." Track waited for Adelwolf to lead the way.

'Yeah, I suppose your...wait what?' Adelwolf realised he didn't have Moon with him. 'MOON! I'M COMING!' Adelwolf ran straight back to the Team Silver HQ. 'I'm coming Moon! Track! Keep up! Come on!' He wouldn't stop running and he wouldn't slow down. He then saw a kid up ahead with a bike. 'Here, kid, take this!' Adelwolf took the bike and speeded off. The kid yelled 'Hey! That's my...YAHOO!' He looked into his hands, seeing $500. 'Alright, new Bike for me!'

Adelwolf began runnin towards the team silver hq. Track slapped his face and shook his head in disbelief, thinking of how Adelolf could possibly forget moon. Then Adelwolf started shouting at Track telling him to keep up. Track began to run trying to catch up with Adelwolf. " Wait up." All of a sudden Adelwolf had stolen a kids bicycle and had given the kid $500. Track looked at the huge amount of money. He started shouting at Adelwolf. " Hey what do you think your doing. First of all you cant steal some kids bike. Secondly you dont go round giving people huge wouds of cash. And more importantly. You forgot me." Track began to walk back to hq, hoping that he could somehow get a ride there.

And that trap simply making Swords null and void at that. You, Ms. Fudo are really giving me a run for my money."[/color] he said with a smile on his face. [color=#FF2400]"You can count on it, especially since I will blow you away with my next move!"[/color] She examined the field quickly before flipping up two of her cards to reveal Wind-Up Snail and Wind-Up Magician once more. (1800 DEF, LV4) (2000 DEF, LV2) [color=#FF2400]"Now, I will use Wind-Up Snail's effect to send your face-down card away, which activates Wind-Up Magician and Wind-Up Factory!"[/color] While Wind-Up Snail charged at the face-down, Wind-Up Magician summoned another Wind-Up Soldier and Wind-Up Factory produced a purple horse and its purple rider. [color=#FF2400]"Now, I activate [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Raigeki_Break"]Raigeki Break[/url], my other face-down! By discarding the Wind-Up Hunter I just got from my Factory, I can destroy your Swords!"[/color] A lightning bolt came down from the sky and destroyed the card on Yoh's side of the field, resulting in the yellow blades of energy going away. Since the fact that Atsuko came from another timeline, another universe...and yet Yoh never got that...no one ever heard about these Xyz Summons. "I never ever heard of a summon quite like that." He noticed now that Atsuko's two monsters never entered the graveyard, and this puzzled him greatly. "Hold the phone. Shouldn't those two monsters be going to your graveyard? I mean its like with every other summon technique that we do. So what's the deal??" he asked. This whole Xyz summon was giving him a major headache, well from what most people have said, time travel has a way of doing that.

Atsuko grinned as the giant robot started to turn to show Yoh something. [color=#FF2400]"I'm glad you asked!"[/color] Zenmaister now had its back facing Yoh, and two wispy orbs of light with trailing beams of light were circling the giant wind-up key on its back, creating a ring of light around the key, around which the motes were turning. [color=#FF2400]"Xyz Monsters require a certain number of monsters of the same Level to be summoned, but the Xyz Materials become a part of the monster instead of going to the Graveyard. Xyz Monsters uses these materials to activate different effects, such as my Zenmaister, who gains 300 ATK for each Xyz Material he possesses, and since he has 2, he gains 600 ATK!"[/color] (1900 ATK -> 2500 ATK)

Yoh blinked a couple times and stayed quiet. These cards of Atsuko's were far beyond something of thwhat everyone else had. He quickly shook off this feeling and then nodded slightly. "Um, OK..." he said a little nervous at this. "So this deck has more than one way of confusing the heck outta me. So, with Zenmaister at 2500 attack now I'm gonna assume your gonna attack with that monster of yours...correct?" Yoh asked as he eyed Zenmaister. This monster's summon broke the barrier between even those of Synchro and Fusions...one thing that went through his mind was this: Who was this girl and where the hell did she come from??

Greed drew his card and shook his head. "Now the real down side of my card." Greed spoke as Hieracosphynx was destroyed. "Sadly, I fear this duel has come to an end partner. The card I drew cannot help me right now, had it been earlier it would have." He closed his eyes as he placed his hand on the top of his deck and brought his runner to a halt, side swiping the road a bit and looked to Astro. "You put up one hell of a duel, it was an honor to battle you, and this will be a victory in your books, I just couldn't pull off what I thought I could."

Astro came to a halt next to Greed. Instead of doing what many duelists would do, laugh in their opponents faces, he held out his hand.
"Thanks for an amazing duel my friend! I hope one day we can duel again and this time show me the combo you had planned! Next time may be different, I can't tell. Anyway, it has been an honour. Well done and great duel! Care to join me back to my HQ?"
Astro got back on his duel runner, turning 180 degrees. But in the shadows a man stood, watching the two duelists. He took out a gun and aimed it at Astro's head. He fired with an audible BANG...

Atsuko grinned as Knight and a powered-up Soldier popped out from behind Zenmaister. (1800 ATK -> 2200 ATK) (LV4 -> LV5) [color=#FF2400]"Monster[u]s[/u], Yoh. Now, your field is completely clear. I know the contents of a good portion of your hand. I honestly doubt you can do much to stop me from ending this, which I will. Zenmaister, Whirling Smasher! Soldier, Corkscrew Punch!"[/color] The green soldier started rapidly rotating his arm once more, but the giant green, gold, and blue mech turned its top half to face Yoh as its bottom half also started spinning wildly, like a top. Both attacks prepared to pound Yoh into submission, Zenmaister going first.

REVEAL FACE DOWN TRAP CARD!"[/color] The face down rose up and had a picture of a somewhat galaxy like appearance on the picture. [color="#8B0000"]"Negate Attack! And with this, your Battle Phase automatically ends...so your attacking will cease there."[/color] Yoh said smirking a little. He ran his fingers through his hair and then looked back at Atsuko. [i][color="#8B0000"]So what's your plan now??[/color][/i] he thought as he looked at Atsuko and then her field. Atsuko was rather surprised at the turn of events, and was about to go to end her turn when she saw that Wind-Up Soldier had wound down, his key stopping and his movements slowing like all Wind-Up monsters did when they activated their one-time effects. (2200 ATK -> 1800 ATK) (LV5 -> LV4) [color=#FF2400]"I activate the effect of my Wind-Up Zenmaister! By removing an Xyz Material from him, I can reset Wind-Up Soldier!"[/color] One of the orbs circling Zenmaister's key suddenly went inside of the machine, and it revved up before sending a beam of light at Wind-Up Soldier, flipping him face-down. (2500 ATK -> 2200 ATK) [color=#FF2400]"Soldier will be flipped back face-up at the end of the turn, so I set a face-down card and end my turn."[/color] As she did, Soldier flipped back up, his key now slowly turning again.

You never have failed me before and I know you won't fail me this time."[/color] Yoh opened his eyes and for a quick second his eyes turned a feral yellow color then returned to normal. He drew his next card and looked at his hand, smirking. [color="#8B0000"]"I summon from my hand to the field, Elemental Hero Neos Alius!!"[/color] From the field a new monster appeared, a miniature Neos, this was Alius. [color="#8B0000"]"Alright now I activate Double Summon, so I can summon up Elemental Hero Mini Shogun as well!"[/color] Now a second monster appeared next to Alius, this one much smaller. [color="#8B0000"]"Now witness my Synchro action. I tune Mini Shogun and Alius toget to summon my monster, E-HERO MECHA MASTER!!"[/color] Now before Atsuko was a new hero, a Synchro monster known as Mecha Master.

Atsuko watched the Synchro Summon, and knew that this was her end. She had had plenty of experience with Synchro Monsters from her own time, and had never won against them. Of course, only professionals used them, but she was still intimidated by them, since almost everyone she knew utilized them, including her mother and her father. She pulled the top card off of her deck and held it up to Yoh, showing him the back of it, as she hung her head in shame. [color=#FF2400]"I surrender."[/color] She declared. [color=#FF2400]"You win."[/color] She tried not to show her fear of Synchro Monsters, but a trained eye could probably see the tears streaming down her face as she revealed the fact that she had never won against someone who used Synchro Monsters.

Yoh saw Atsuko do this and he put his hand back on his deck and said,[color="#8B0000"]"Your giving up...not something I thought you'd do."[/color] He put his cards back in his deck and then placed them all neatly in his deck box. Yoh turned to walk away and then turned his head back towards Atsuko and said,[color="#8B0000"]"Anyway, Ms. Fudo, I hope you enjoy your stay as one of the members of Team Avengers."[/color] He then walked up the stairs, leading to his office and began to look on the map again.

Atsuko didn't follow him. She didn't need to. She had seen enough. She had honestly thought that, just maybe, in this age of Synchro Summoning, she would've won against the Elemental HERO duelist, who should've had just Fusion Monsters in his Extra Deck. But instead, she had to face her fears, and lose because of it.
As she wiped the tears from her eyes, she silently and quietly packed up her things, powered up her Duel Board, and rode off into the streets of Satellite. She didn't deserve to be a part of his team with her condition. Besides, he hadn't even seen her cry, and he had even mocked her by telling her that she could join his team, even after she surrendered! She just needed to find a way home.

Yoh looked at the map and then banged his fist on the table. [color="#8B0000"]"GAH! If only I could just figure out what and where we're supposed to takeover territory first...and besides, Atsuko's deck may prove a secret weapon for us."[/color] he said, to himself aloud. Just then he looked and saw appear from his deck box, Winged Kuriboh. He seemed a little upset or sad. [color="#8B0000"]"Oh hey Kuriboh. What's wrong buddy??"[/color] Yoh asked, being concerned for his Duel Spirit.

[color="#A0522D"][i]Kuri, Kuri![/i][/color] The spirit said, distraught.

Yoh was about to ask what was wrong, but he heard the Duel Board rev up and then ran to the window to watch Atsuko leave. [color="#8B0000"]"Where's she going?!"[/color] he asked as he quickly ran down the stairs and hopped over on his Duel Runner. He revved up the engine and then hightailed it out of the factory, following Atsuko.

Eventually, Atsuko stopped on the seaward coast of Satellite, deep in the B.A.D. area. She was simply sitting on the edge of a cliff, watching the waves hit the coast. As he pulled up, she told him. [color=#FF2400]"I actually am not from this world. Earth has no real meaning for me. My parents managed to escape to Mars, which was terraformed several years from now in my timeline. I am still a bit weaker than most humans due to living on a world with a third of Earth's gravity. But that's it. I'm weak, and not just physically. I...I..."[/color] She started crying again. [color=#FF2400]"This is probably going to sound very stupid, but I hate a fear of Synchro Monsters."[/color]

And I thought you were just saying that as a joke...boy am I wrong."[/color] he said scratching the back of his head. Yoh looked up and said,[color="#8B0000"]Atsuko, there isn't anything to be afraid of with Synchro monsters. They're just the same as Fusions and the rest of the monsters...but your fear for them runs way more deep, I can tell. So what happened?"[/color]
