A Tour from the Underworld

Exactly.

Point of the deck is to quickly get Tour Guide from the Underworld to your hand, then instant Exceed, or special Summon weak monsters to your opponent's side of the field. Also Sangan works with it so :D.

 

Archtype is based off of

 

 

Tour Guide from the Underworld

Level 3 Fiend DARK

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 Fiend-Type monster from your hand or Deck. Its effects are negated, and it cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.

Tour Bus from the Underworld

Level 3 Fiend DARK

1000 ATK 600 DEF

When this card is Special Summoned, it's effect cannot be negated. When this card is summoned, add one Level 3 Fiend Monster from your deck to your hand, except for "Tour Bus from the Underworld". If this card is in your hand, you may return it to your deck to add one "Tour Guide from the Underworld" to your hand. When this card is destroyed in battle, return it to your deck, and add one "Tour Guide from the Underworld" to your hand.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon one "Tourist from the Underworld" to your opponent's side of the field.

 

Tour Souvenir Shop Owner from the Underworld

1000 ATK 600 DEF

When this card is destroyed, add one card with 600 or less DEF to your hand.

 

Fill-in Tour Guide from the Underworld

1000 ATK 600 DEF Fiend DARK

When this card is Special Summoned, Special Summon one "Tour ... From the Underworld" card from the deck to either player's side of the field. That summon is treated as a Normal Summon. When this card is destroyed in battle, Special Summon one Level 3 Fiend Monster from your deck to the field.

 

Tour CEO from the Underworld

3000 ATK 1800 DEF Fiend DARK

3 Level 3 Monsters

During either player's turn, you can remove one Exceed Material Monster from this card to activate one of the following effects:

Special Summon one "Tour Token" (Level 1 0 ATK 0 DEF DARK Fiend) to your opponent's side of the field.

Negate the effect of a Monster, Spell, or Trap card and remove it from play.

Send 2 cards on the field (One on each player's side of the field}. This effect cannot be negated.

 

Tour Advertiser from the Underworld

1000 ATK 600 DEF Fiend DARK

When this card is Summoned, remove from play one card in your opponent's hand. When this card is destroyed by battle, gain 1000 life points, and your opponent loses 600 life points.

 

Tour-ents Guy from the Underworld

1000 ATK 600 DEF

When this card is Summoned, add one card from your graveyard to your deck. When this card is destroyed, draw one card.

To make a bunch of your card names less clunky, drop the "Tour" stuff from the archetype designations and the monster's names. Use "from the Underworld" or just "Underworld" instead, and you have a lot more freedom to name your cards, and you can give them more interesting names.

 

For example,

 

Tour Souvenir Shop Owner from the Underworld

 

could become

 

Underworld Souvenir Salesman

 

or something like that.

If you're set on the tour bit, you could make it "Underworld Tour (insert name here)".

 

CEO's last effect should be:

Once per turn, you can select 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls. Send them to the graveyard. This effect cannot be negated.
