Somewhere in the world of Duels, there is a place where people used a special force called Psi. This allowed them to modify the outcomes of Duels to their liking. That place is Kiseki City. The town was built on a mysterious area which always radiated with a weird force. It started to affect people who were born there. Eventually, residents realized that they can use Psi to change the card they draw in a Duel to fit their liking. It was widely used, however, finally, they realized that force is damaging the city. Because of that, The Major prohibited any use of Psi. To keep the embargo in control, he created a special security squad known as Restrictors. Their only task was to find and eliminate any unauthorized uses of Psi. However, The Major decided to use the squad to take absolute control over the city. He granted the Restrictors devices, which strengthen their Psi. The enchanted force became known as Voyance. Not only did they have the ability to choose the outcome of draws, Restrictors could also use it to completely control their opponent's moves, and in addition, inflict real damage. Most people lost all their hope and and faith in Psi, so they started to lose the ability to use Psi. Because of that, almost no one was able to stand up to the the reign of The Major and The Restrictors. However, some residents were still fighting for the freedom of the city and created a rebel. They started to reside in abandoned metro stations, factories and such. Certain people wanted to use the chaos in the city for their own benefit, so they began to work as mercenaries for both Restrictors and Rebels. The fight was endless. Neither side was able to take control. But, one day, five people with unnatural powers were born. Their dueling abilites were outstanding, they easily defeated people with Psi or Voyance, even without using it for themselves. Three of them discovered the force in them sooner or later, but the remaining two weren't able to do that. Other Rebels started to call them the five Saviors, because with their appearance, they started to regain their hope that they will finally win against the Mayor's Reign. The city of chaos, three groups fighting with each other. Which will finally win and achieve their goal?...

She picked up dueling, and while she didn not have strong Psi, she even doubted she had any at all, she never lost hope in her draws and soon realized that hope was all she neededto win in her duels.

She doesn't agree with the Mayor's ways, and has thus joined the Rebellion and is one of the five Saviors.

He does not really care much for others, and so he has no friends as such. However, if he chooses to befriend someone on his own accord, he becomes rather close, and will stick to that person even if he has to put their lives over his own.
[b]Biography: [/b]Marco was born in the outskirts of Kiseki. He grew up normally, and playing around the scrapyards behind his house. During his first years, Marco befriended a rather friendly vagabond, living in the scrapyards, with a rather strong Psi. Fascinated by this, Marco came to visit him everyday, and so this one vagabond would teach him how to duel. Day after day, he became more aware that he himself possessed no Psi, and began to get depressed over it. The old man, not wanting to see this little friend sad, gave him a gift. Over the course of the next year, he searched the scrapyard for pieces of Scrap Metal that might still work. By the time he was done, he used his powerful Psi (Heh, I'm randomly adding a power to the Psi.) to turn the sculptures into 'Scrap' monsters. Marco was so happy with these cards, that he didn't even realize his aged friend had dropped to the floor.[/font]

[font="Arial"]Afterwards, his life went on like any other would, until the Mayor and his Restrictors began taking action around the city, for people using the Psi. Mainly for the fun of it, he began dueling first in the resistance, and then went on to challenging Restrictors. No matter how hard they tried, what card he drew, he'd still be able to use it and reverse situations completely. Doing this in a regular basis, he became cold and distant to everyone else in the resistance. He randomly left them at night to fight Restrictors, sometimes going into a killer spree by using their own 'real damage' against them/[/font]
