- No one is immortal. Time Lords will change their appearance and personality when they are regenerating. If their regeneration is interrupted by a gun shot, laser whatever, they must be transported away.... fast...... or they die (Lets not have that)
- No saying "And the Dalek ship blew up and everyone died" There is a high chance a dalek or two escaped. THIS IS DOCTOR WHO!
- No God-Mods, Meta Gamers or spammers.

[spoiler= Plot and Story]
[color="#0000FF"]Gallifrey, The Shining Planet, also known as the lost planet of the time lords, trapped in a time loop after the Great Time War. Twice as large as Earth and located in the Mutters Spiral Galaxy, it was a beautiful planet, with the never ending mountains of Solace and Solitude, the Cadonflood River and the lake of Abydos and of course, the largest and grandest city of all time. The Capitol, or citadel of the Time Lords which contained homes and buildings and also the Time Lord Academy. How could such a world come to such an end?
War is the answer. War against the most feared race in the universe. The Daleks. Mutated creatures incased by metal shells. They need no food or water, they posess no emotions and they exterminate anything and everything. The ultimate species in their own opinion and they began a war against the Time Lords, a battle for superiority. A battle for power and also the universe. Batallions of TARDIS's and Dalek Saucers battled day and night, hour after hour, day after day, year after year. Both Gallifrey and Skaro were being reduced to shadows of their former selves. So many deaths, so much pain for the Time Lords. Sontarins, Slitheen and every other alien imaginable were kept out of the fight, for it would cause more damage to the Universe. Cracks were forming in Time and Space, but the Time Lords had no chance to fix them. They would be killed if they tried. Then, the Time Lords changed. Not as in regeneration, even though many did, but as in their personalities began to change. They became corrupted, darker forms of their former self. Some didn't and stayed true to the Time Lords way, but the High President was one of many who changed. The dark times Gallifrey was in became so much darker.
So I stepped in. I am the Doctor, the last living Time Lord, or so I thought. I decided this would have to stop, and I would have to end it. I made a decision, one I regret so much some times, but I had no choice whatsoever. It had to be done.
I constructed a device, made from an old De-mat gun. It was named THE MOMENT. My fingers trembled as I used it, but it happened. Gallifrey, Skaros, the Daleks and my people disappeared. Burnt in a single second. I thought they were dead, lost forever, but in fact, they were trapped in a time loop, never to return. They tried once, in the time of the Master, but I stopped it, however I regenerated soon after. The point is, I removed Gallifrey from existence. But I missed one fatal mistake.
When Gallifrey nearly came to Earth, it began ripping away at the Time Loop. When it returned to where it was, I didn't realise that the rip was still there, and 1 massive moment in time could tear it more and destroy the loop altogether. It happened.
The Silence showed their faces. And I stopped them. I stopped them by placing a video in the most historic even in Earth's history. The moon landing. But, what I forgot was the power of the human mind. Once, when I faced the Master another time, before his plan to return Gallifrey, I was aged to my full capacity. My incredible companion Martha Jones spread my name far and wide, and their thoughts transmitted into the Archangel project and returned me to my proper age. But as soon as every human heard the message about the Silence, the thoughts of anger and fear surged everywhere. That ripped apart the final bit of the Time Loop. Daleks surged out, as did the Time Lords, or a few of them. ny others were dead.
This time, the Daleks wish to continue their war and my people, my own people are angry at me. So angry. I fear I am locked in another war, one I cannot use the moment in. A three way war. Time Lords vs Daleks vs Time Lord. As much as I wish this is a nightmare, it is not. Another Time War has begun, and this one is more catastrophic than the last. But then, worse happened. Every single one, or most, of my enemies have begun to use this opportunity to crush me. Countless aliens from far and wide, destroying each other and wishing to destroy me. I have commited genocide before, but to kill every last race of my enemies?! I have few allies. River Song; the woman who knows my name, Rose Tyler and Donna Noble; the half Time Lords, my daughter Jenny, who survived her death on a war filled planet and the other children of time. A few Time Lords have sided with me also. But will this be enough? Can we survive and stop a war which has no peaceful solution?!
The war has begun. I fear this war will be long and hard. And I am the doctor, I fear nothing[/color].[/spoiler]
