Armageddon gave humanity a warning. "O humanity. Break the gates of Iudicium Hortis and ye shall be condemened. The Hoursmen 4 shall ride and begin the final countdown. War will poison your mind. Famine will feed your hunger's agony. Pestilence will corrupt your bodies. And Death will take thy soul. To return all to the way it was, find the 5th of the 4 and fight them. When the Hoursmen 4 fall all shall be forgiven and forgotten." This prophecy was taken greatly in the heart of man, then lightly, and finally forgotten. That is, untill now. You and many other extremelly talented Duelists, from pros to rookies to every kind of person, have been taken to a mansion for a party before the GX Tournament, which will declare the greatest duelist. However someone has been researching the prophecy. Will you be able to stop him before all is too late? Bio: Lord Reginald has been known as a notorious gambler and a sick man (mentally) who enjoys pain. He is so strange that rumour is he killed an emo by exceedingly dangerous amounts of torture. He has a strange facination with blood and the colour of red. Also, he is rumoured to be an exceedingly great duelist and rarely loses. Despite being famous and yet infamous at the same time, he has been described as a unique person, fitting every sense of the word.
Personality: Despite having notorious rumour spread about him, he is an enchanting man who always pleases his guests. He has never been found as impolite and always has put on a good show. He is very flirtacious and enjoys the company of women greatly. He is argueably the most confusing character of the plot.
Attraction: Lord Shroudvenstein has an very flirtacious manner about him, and it doesn't go only to women. He has been keeping an eye out on everyone as he believes that everyone is 'delicious and exquisite in their own way'.

Bio: Jace has been on the pro circuit for a few years, though has never held the title of champion. Being trained under Seto Kiaba since an early age, Jace has become somewhat of a ruthless duelist. It wasn't until recently, Jace stole Kiaba's Blue-Eyes cards, making his own deck to show his superiority in wielding the powerful dragons. Now he sees this chance as his opportunity to outshine the once Heralded Kiaba, and assert his place as the top duelist of his generation. And he will stop at nothing to achieve his dream, and he MEANS nothing.
Personality: Jace is exactly like kiaba. Snobby, ego centric, and cunning. His personal view is everyone is out for themselves, and he is just a bit better at it than others. He views humanity as a failed experiment and sees winning duels as a form of eradicating those not worthy to even lick his boot, which he sees everyone as.

Bio: When Track was born his mother died, and his father had already died. All they left for him was a deck. Whilst growing up he had to fend for himself. He was always stealing food to keep himself alive. Everday he would duel people until one day he met an old man who took him under his wing. The old man trained him and put him through serious training. He would face duelist after duelist, until he would keep on winning. When that old man eventually died Track saw how other duelists were dueling only for fun. From that day on he decided to no longer fight because people wanted him too, or just to win, but to only duel for fun and because he wants to.

Personality: He is hyperactive, and very laid back. He is always in a good mood and doesnt take thing too seriously. He will hardly ever lose his cool, he will only get slightly annoyed. He mainly gets annoyed when someone makes fun of him about his height, as he is quite short. For example if someone where to call him shorty or short stuff, which they often do.

Attraction: Although he doesnt actually like any girls he still tries to flirt with them.

Appereance: He has got red hair almost covering one of his eyes. Wears a pair of goggles on his head, plus he also has red eyes. He wears a shirt with short sleeves and is mainly black with three red parts on it. Also he wears red with two big black stripes trouser. His shoes are red and long so only some of his legs show. His sleevless jacket is red with four pockets, two on each side. Lastly he wears a black wristband on each arm with a red stripe.

Bio: Kyle is from a small fishing family living in the coastal regions of Australia. However, he finds the actual fishing aspect boring, spending his time building and fixing fishing boats instead. He has also researched other types of boats, building motorboats and even designing a cruise ship (though never actually finishing the project). He recently built his own Duel Runner, and he's currently working on the design for the very first Duel Speeder (think card games on motorboats). He came to the GX Tournament in the hopes of earning enough money to fund this project, though he's beginning to regret it after seeing how many people also signed up.

Personality: Kyle... suffers from Bipolar Disorder. At his best, he's energetic, optimistic, and generally happy. At his worst, he's antisocial, depressed, and unable to do pretty much anything. However, no matter the situation, he's always willing to take part in his passions: dueling and boating. He's on prescription drugs to ease up the Bipolar.

Attraction: None yet, and he's not too likely to find any.

Appearance: He wears a gray t-shirt underneath a sea-blue jacket. Below these are blue jeans and brown loafers. He has a well-toned (though underworked) 5'7'' tall body underneath this, and wears his chest-length deep blue hair in a bangless ponytail, underneath a brown fedora. He also has hazel eyes.

Bio: Sam was born in a family that, although not exceedingly rich, had a reasonably large family fortune, and thus was raised to be a polite young lady. Although she wasn't unhappy with her childhood, she didn't really feel it suited her. Duel monsters provided a way out. Her initial deck was intended to match the images of femininity her parents intended for her, however she soon obtained one more to her liking. She found she was good, and her parents were convinced to allow her to join duel academy, where she became more independent. Now, with her education coming to an end, she plans to take part in the GX tournament to see how she ranks against professional duelists.
Personality: In formal situations Sam can play the role of a polite, reserved, and cultured young lady. However, in her daily life, she's very much a tomboy, and actually rather hot-blooded and confident. Rather inquisitive, she tends to get herself involved in anything she sees as being interesting. She is rather friendly, and looks out for those weaker than her.

Appearance: Sam is tall, a little under six feet, and with a slim build. Her hair is a dark brown, almost black, and usually shoulder length - however when she wears female clothing she has extensions, making her hear almost waist-length. Her eyes are a deep green. Most of the time, she wears men's clothes, and due to her body shape she looks convincingly like a male, an appearance which is supported by how she acts.

Bio : Mal was sent to a military school when he was seven. In the military school, he started playing poker with other students. They gambled money like there was no tomorrow and Mal frequently won. The instructor of the academy, a recently promoted Lt., had heard of this and confiscated the money Mal won. In protest, Mal challenged the instructor to a round of "Yubel", or five card draw with Black Kings and Red Queens wild. It was an odd rule, but the man accepted. Once Mal won, the man gave Mal the money back. Mal wasn't satisfied, though. He said he'd report the man for theft, as gambling wasn't illegal as long as the students were training. It was then that Mal gained the "Yubel" trio from the Lt., but the Lt. was furious. Mal was expelled from that academy, so his parents sent him to duel academy when he was 12. Now he's a Junior in the Ra Yellow dorm and some of the Obelisk Blue students are practically begging him to join their dorm.
Personality: Mal isn't what you would expect from a Yubel user. He's not evil. He feels a bond with the card Yubel, but he can't quite explain it.He's known by many students as the best of Ra, and he refuses to join Obelisk Blue. The people at Obelisk Blue make him a bit angry, because they act so spoiled. A few sponsors have given him money to upgrade his deck for this tournament, meaning that there are some people betting on Mal to win. Still, Mal doubts his abilities as a duelist and doesn't really think he has what it takes to win. He just tries to have fun. He loves taking risks, and the only card he won't bet is one of the Yubel varients.

Bio: Kong Long Hou is a timeborg, like Bruno and Misaki. He originated in this universe, but has known that he is not from here, but part of a large family of defenders of universes. However, he is dead-set on protecting this dimension from destruction, which includes the maniac who wishes to enact Armageddon. He has entered the tournament to try and find the one who wishes to create the end of the world, but his own enigmatic nature is creating problems.
Personality: Kong is calm, cool, and collected, rarely showing emotion and keeping to himself. However, he might occasionally let his emotions slip out.

Appearance: Kong looks similar to Bruno and Misaki in their timeborg appearance, but his blue hair is long and flowing. He usually ties it up to put on his helmet. Where Bruno's colors are blue and purple, and Misaki has pink and red, Kong Long wears orange and gold with blue circuitry and a green visor and chest orbs.

Bio: Mia has always loved card games and has always loved dueling, she used to watch her father duel for hours one end and loved every moment of it. She went to a regular school however, not the duel academy she wanted but she kept her dueling passion strong and kept dueling till she couldn't keep her eyes open at night. Mia eventually went to a two year college to get a degree in Science and yet kept her urge for dueling strong. When she returned home from college her dad was found deceased and the police had told her that someone broke in and raided the house for money and valuables; when her father was seen they merely shot him. This is where Mia had developed her hatred for the world and humanity, now she'll enter this tournament-not to help save the world, no, but to secretly help plummet it into chaos. She believes everything must be wiped clean in this world.
Personality: Mia used to be a happy and loving individual who had many friends and a father who loved her. One of her main loves was school and dueling but make no mistake, she always put her dueling ahead of her studies which somehow actually worked out in her favor. Her personality became darker and more sinister after her fathers death, however. All the friends she had she cast aside and never let's anyone in; she is a sealed book that's stored at the bottom of a cluttered box and that box has been thrown into a see of darkness.
Attraction: She cares for no one, but as the tournament contestants roll in she thought to herself that had this been in better circumstances she could see herself falling in love with Ghostsmyth/Mal.
Apperance: Mia has medium length black hair that she wears in a pony tail. She has dark green eyes and a light brown skin complexion and always carries an emotionless frown about her. Mia wears a white long sleeve shirt with a black short sleeve button down shirt over top of it and on the back of the black shirt it has the words "Duel or Die" on the back in the graphics make it look like it was written in blood. Mia wears blue jeans held onto her waster by a black belt with a gold buckle and on her feet she wears black combat boots but the jeans go over any higher parts of the boot that would normally show.
Career: She was a Scientist fresh out of college but has abandoned it to become a Duelist and bone up her skills; she has one a few contests so far and plans to win this one.

Bio: Miqea never really did have the best eyesight. Her long range vision was fine, but whenever she got up close to something, especially when trying to read something, her vision would always fail her. Her parents wanted to get some glasses for her, but Miqea insisted on getting a monocle instead. At least this way, she apparently wouldn't look so much like a dork. Miqea always keeps her monocle with her deck, which is placed in her pocket. That way, it's always there when she needs it. Then again, the only reason why she doesn't wear it all the time is because it starts to tire her after a while. Then again, so does trying to read something without it.
Personality: Miqea's a shy girl, who'll hardly talk with people that she doesn't know... well. However, she'll start to open up more as conversation with her continues on its course. Miqea has a reasonably extensive dueling intellect that's been acquired through tons of practice, so it would be wise to refrain from underestimating her.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position Monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. In addition, if this card attacks your opponent directly or destroys a Level 5 or lower monster by battle, any Battle Damaged inflicted is doubled. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a Level 10 or lower monster. In addition, if this card battles a Level 5 or lower monster, this card's controller takes no Battle Damage. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. During each player's End Phase, this card gains 3000 ATK. Bio: Albel was born into a family of Turbo Duelists who were said to have never have lost a duel in disgrace, only honor. When Albel was only 6, tragedy struck as both his parents were killed in an accident during a Turbo Duel. Albel, now orphaned, was thrown into an orphanage where the other orphans taught him how to duel. At first, he was shaky, hardly being anything that could be seen as winning material. But over time, his mind matured, and he had memorized nearly every combo his deck could produce and strategies to counter his opponents. As such, by age 18 he had graduated college with a degree in programing, which he used to hone his mind to help him duel better. However, fate had a cruel way of working with Albel, as during a local street duel a fire broke out, burning Albel's left arm severly and plunged him into a coma for 6 months. Upon awaking to find himself in the hospital, he found himself roomed with a frail old man who was dying before his eyes. The old man asked Albel if he could help him with one final task before he left this world, and Albel accepted. Working day and night he helped the man write out his will, as none of his family had dared to come see him in his condition. Upon completing the old man's dying request, the old man handed Albel his deck saying, "You've shown me there are others who are worthy of eternal life, hold onto these, as they contain the dreams and memories of many before me." Bio: Dex always looked up to his older brother Luke, always promising to follow in his foot-steps as a rising star, a duelist with potential. Dex had been looked after by Luke for his entire life, his parents too busy with work to be able to care for him properly, and so it was up to Luke to make sure Dex was looked after Dex. This was the case for the first 15 years of his life, his parents scarcely seen while he followed Luke around, always on the sidelines as Luke tried to make a name for himself as a professional duelist. This changed however after Luke hit the big time, he became famous and had little time for Dex, who found himself now isolated having relied on his brother to look out for him in the last few years of his life. And so now Dex tries to prove himself. So far, Dex has proved a capable duelist rising through the minor leagues, leading to an invitation to the manor, where Dex hopes he can finally make it to where his brother is, ending his isolation.
Personality: At times, Dex can seem like he’s in control, keeping his cool when things go his way. However, this can drastically change as he becomes desperate when things swing the other way. He often feels he’s extremely isolated, and this can even lead to him not trusting other people. However, when he allows people to get to know him, he can be friendly and trusting.
Appearance: Dex is often seen wearing a casual suit, smart trousers and a shirt with a dark green tie and a black waistcoat on as well. Dex has green eyes and long hair, which nearly droops over his eyes.

Bio: Jace has been on the pro circuit for a few years, though has never held the title of champion. Being trained under Seto Kiaba since an early age, Jace has become somewhat of a ruthless duelist. It wasn't until recently, Jace stole Kiaba's Blue-Eyes cards, making his own deck to show his superiority in wielding the powerful dragons. Now he sees this chance as his opportunity to outshine the once Heralded Kiaba, and assert his place as the top duelist of his generation. And he will stop at nothing to achieve his dream, and he MEANS nothing.
Personality: Jace is exactly like kiaba. Snobby, ego centric, and cunning. His personal view is everyone is out for themselves, and he is just a bit better at it than others. He views humanity as a failed experiment and sees winning duels as a form of eradicating those not worthy to even lick his boot, which he sees everyone as.

Bio: When Track was born his mother died, and his father had already died. All they left for him was a deck. Whilst growing up he had to fend for himself. He was always stealing food to keep himself alive. Everday he would duel people until one day he met an old man who took him under his wing. The old man trained him and put him through serious training. He would face duelist after duelist, until he would keep on winning. When that old man eventually died Track saw how other duelists were dueling only for fun. From that day on he decided to no longer fight because people wanted him too, or just to win, but to only duel for fun and because he wants to.

Personality: He is hyperactive, and very laid back. He is always in a good mood and doesnt take thing too seriously. He will hardly ever lose his cool, he will only get slightly annoyed. He mainly gets annoyed when someone makes fun of him about his height, as he is quite short. For example if someone where to call him shorty or short stuff, which they often do.

Attraction: Although he doesnt actually like any girls he still tries to flirt with them.

Appereance: He has got red hair almost covering one of his eyes. Wears a pair of goggles on his head, plus he also has red eyes. He wears a shirt with short sleeves and is mainly black with three red parts on it. Also he wears red with two big black stripes trouser. His shoes are red and long so only some of his legs show. His sleevless jacket is red with four pockets, two on each side. Lastly he wears a black wristband on each arm with a red stripe.

Bio: Kyle is from a small fishing family living in the coastal regions of Australia. However, he finds the actual fishing aspect boring, spending his time building and fixing fishing boats instead. He has also researched other types of boats, building motorboats and even designing a cruise ship (though never actually finishing the project). He recently built his own Duel Runner, and he's currently working on the design for the very first Duel Speeder (think card games on motorboats). He came to the GX Tournament in the hopes of earning enough money to fund this project, though he's beginning to regret it after seeing how many people also signed up.

Personality: Kyle... suffers from Bipolar Disorder. At his best, he's energetic, optimistic, and generally happy. At his worst, he's antisocial, depressed, and unable to do pretty much anything. However, no matter the situation, he's always willing to take part in his passions: dueling and boating. He's on prescription drugs to ease up the Bipolar.

Attraction: None yet, and he's not too likely to find any.

Appearance: He wears a gray t-shirt underneath a sea-blue jacket. Below these are blue jeans and brown loafers. Bio: Sam was born in a family that, although not exceedingly rich, had a reasonably large family fortune, and thus was raised to be a polite young lady. Although she wasn't unhappy with her childhood, she didn't really feel it suited her. Duel monsters provided a way out. Her initial deck was intended to match the images of femininity her parents intended for her, however she soon obtained one more to her liking. She found she was good, and her parents were convinced to allow her to join duel academy, where she became more independent. Now, with her education coming to an end, she plans to take part in the GX tournament to see how she ranks against professional duelists.
Personality: In formal situations Sam can play the role of a polite, reserved, and cultured young lady. However, in her daily life, she's very much a tomboy, and actually rather hot-blooded and confident. Rather inquisitive, she tends to get herself involved in anything she sees as being interesting. She is rather friendly, and looks out for those weaker than her.
Attraction: None.
Appearance: Sam is tall, a little under six feet, and with a slim build. Her hair is a dark brown, almost black, and usually shoulder length - however when she wears female clothing she has extensions, making her hear almost waist-length. Her eyes are a deep green. Most of the time, she wears men's clothes, and due to her body shape she looks convincingly like a male, an appearance which is supported by how she acts.

Bio [At least four FULL lines]: Mal was sent to a military school when he was seven. In the military school, he started playing poker with other students. They gambled money like there was no tomorrow and Mal frequently won. The instructor of the academy, a recently promoted Lt., had heard of this and confiscated the money Mal won. In protest, Mal challenged the instructor to a round of "Yubel", or five card draw with Black Kings and Red Queens wild. It was an odd rule, but the man accepted. Once Mal won, the man gave Mal the money back. Mal wasn't satisfied, though. He said he'd report the man for theft, as gambling wasn't illegal as long as the students were training. It was then that Mal gained the "Yubel" trio from the Lt., but the Lt. was furious. Mal was expelled from that academy, so his parents sent him to duel academy when he was 12. Now he's a Junior in the Ra Yellow dorm and some of the Obelisk Blue students are practically begging him to join their dorm.
Personality [Cannot be repeated from Bio, must be at least 2 FULL lines: Mal isn't what you would expect from a Yubel user. He's not evil. He feels a bond with the card Yubel, but he can't quite explain it.He's known by many students as the best of Ra, and he refuses to join Obelisk Blue. The people at Obelisk Blue make him a bit angry, because they act so spoiled. A few sponsors have given him money to upgrade his deck for this tournament, meaning that there are some people betting on Mal to win. Still, Mal doubts his abilities as a duelist and doesn't really think he has what it takes to win. He just tries to have fun. He loves taking risks, and the only card he won't bet is one of the Yubel varients.
Attraction: He's heterosexual but isn't attracted to anyone atm

Bio: Mia has always loved card games and has always loved dueling, she used to watch her father duel for hours one end and loved every moment of it. She went to a regular school however, not the duel academy she wanted but she kept her dueling passion strong and kept dueling till she couldn't keep her eyes open at night. Mia eventually went to a two year college to get a degree in Science and yet kept her urge for dueling strong. When she returned home from college her dad was found deceased and the police had told her that someone broke in and raided the house for money and valuables; when her father was seen they merely shot him. This is where Mia had developed her hatred for the world and humanity, now she'll enter this tournament-not to help save the world, no, but to secretly help plummet it into chaos. She believes everything must be wiped clean in this world.
Personality: Mia used to be a happy and loving individual who had many friends and a father who loved her. One of her main loves was school and dueling but make no mistake, she always put her dueling ahead of her studies which somehow actually worked out in her favor. Her personality became darker and more sinister after her fathers death, however. All the friends she had she cast aside and never let's anyone in; she is a sealed book that's stored at the bottom of a cluttered box and that box has been thrown into a see of darkness.
Attraction: She cares for no one, but as the tournament contestants roll in she thought to herself that had this been in better circumstances she could see herself falling in love with Ghostsmyth/Mal.
Apperance: Mia has medium length black hair that she wears in a pony tail. She has dark green eyes and a light brown skin complexion and always carries an emotionless frown about her. Mia wears a white long sleeve shirt with a black short sleeve button down shirt over top of it and on the back of the black shirt it has the words "Duel or Die" on the back in the graphics make it look like it was written in blood. Mia wears blue jeans held onto her waster by a black belt with a gold buckle and on her feet she wears black combat boots but the jeans go over any higher parts of the boot that would normally show.
Career: She was a Scientist fresh out of college but has abandoned it to become a Duelist and bone up her skills; she has one a few contests so far and plans to win this one.

Bio: Kong Long Hou is a timeborg, like Bruno and Misaki. He originated in this universe, but has known that he is not from here, but part of a large family of defenders of universes. However, he is dead-set on protecting this dimension from destruction, which includes the maniac who wishes to enact Armageddon. He has entered the tournament to try and find the one who wishes to create the end of the world, but his own enigmatic nature is creating problems.
Personality: Kong is calm, cool, and collected, rarely showing emotion and keeping to himself. However, he might occasionally let his emotions slip out.

Appearance: Kong looks similar to Bruno and Misaki in their timeborg appearance, but his blue hair is long and flowing. He usually ties it up to put on his helmet.
