Elf is a good Decktype in MTG

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● All other "Elf" and "Celtic Guardian" monsters you control gain 400 ATK.

EARTH/Level 3/Spellcaster-Gemini
ATK:1500/DEF:1200[/b]
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● Once per turn you can remove 1 Normal Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard to select 1 card your opponent controls and flip it face-down.

When this card you control or when this card being treated as a Exceed Material is sent to the Graveyard, add 1 Normal "Elf" or "Celtic Guardian" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

While you control an "Elf" monster other than this card, this card's Level becomes 2. If this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon up to 2 "Child Elf"(s) from your Deck.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn you can send 1 Exceed material monster from this card to select 1 "Elf" or "Celtic Guardian" monster you control. Your opponent monsters loses ATK equal to that monster's ATK.[/color]

Once per turn, when 1 "Elf" or "Celtic Guardian" monster is Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of the following:
- Select 1 face-up Gemini monster you control and Normal Summon it. If you do that monster gains 600 ATK until the End Phase.
- Select 1 "Elf" or "Celtic Guardian" monster you control and send it to the Graveyard. Then Special Summon 1 "Elf" or "Celtic Guardian" from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to that sent monster's level. If you do 1 monster your opponent controls loses 600 ATK Until the End Phase.[/color]

[b]Elvish Shamanism

The Exceed Seems Rather complicated... But I very Much like the cards
and how they were inspired by my idea, lol
I wish Obnoxious Celtic Guardian Could fit into the archtype, but these would be very awesome if they were ever made... Gemini Spark Would go up in price in the blink of an Eye...

Both Celtic Guardians are supported by this card...but I undestand what you mean.
While make a couple more cards ans Spell/Traps Later

Hmm... Yeah, I guess they are
They need a greater Swarm Mechanic to be Pro... just to Special Summon Normal Monsters... especially to allow White Elephant's Gift to get in some good +s
And Wonder Wand is Pro here... as it is everywhere[color="#FFFFFF"]... if they had a recruiter they'd be even more awesome[/color]

But Spells and Traps for sure

I see this as an ace. Simply Summon this and equip with Wonder Wand. Send Wand and this to grave to draw 2 cards. This will activate, Special Summoning 2 Elf Child. Their levels become 2. Exceed Summon for Rogue Elf.

If you wanted it to activate, you'll have to remove "can" or change the "When" to "If". Otherwise, it will miss the timing for using it with Wonder Wand.

I swapped the name to match the trend of "Something" Elf

Otherwise it shall be callled Elvish Child...for the Grammars
