FF Fan
Tonight I tested my custom zombie set with Sheodon. None of the variations could stand up to any of his decks, probably due to bad deck building from me. Same goes for my custom token deck. I dueled my Martial Arts Masters against his Penguin deck and it looks like Vargas is op. With a Fabul Temple on the field that has at least 1 counter on it, he can return up to 2 cards to my opponent's hand each turn.Sheodon's Blizzard Penguin was found to be op when coupled with Great Emperor Penguin. These are the modified cards below. |Martial Arts Master Vargas|41|FFVI|Warrior/Effect|Wind|4||1600|1600|When this card is Summoned you can Special Summon 1 "Martial Arts Master Duncan" from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned you can place 1 Fist Counter on this card (max 2). You can remove 1 Fist Counter from this card to return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand (a Field Spell Card cannot be returned by this effect).| Ursula is being changed to this to fit better with other MAMs. |Martial Arts Master Ursula|231|FFDC|Warrior/Effect|Light|4||1700|1600|You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) if you control a "Martial Arts Master Yang". When a card your opponent controls is destroyed place 1 Fist Counter on this card (max 4). You can remove Fist Counters from this card for the following effects: * 1 Toss a coin: * Heads: This card gains 400 ATK during the Damage Step only. * Tails: When this card attacks a monster it is destroyed at the start of the Damage Step without damage calculation. * 3: This turn this card can attack each monster your opponent controls.| |Blizzard Penguin|011|FRFP|Aqua/Effect|WATER|8||3000|2700|Cannot be Special Summoned. You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Aqua-Type monster. Each time a "Penguin" monster is flipped face-up: return 1 card on your opponent's side of the field to its owner's hand. When this card leaves the field: Special Summon up to 2 "Penguin" monster from your Graveyard in face-down Defense Position.| Link to comment

Nu-Mou Knight
Alright, for those of you who haven't seen, we've set up a deal with Seattleite's DP. A slightly modified set file (fewer TCG cards) is over there as well under Optional Set Files. Your opponent does NOT need the file, but you both will have to have Version 14 of DP, which is linked from that topic. FF Fan, I'm curious how we're going to take our cards from here to the DP topic's set file. Will we test here and send the new file over when it's all squared away, or just send them over and let artificial selection take care of it? Link to comment
FF Fan
You're talking about with future sets? We can test either on our YVD or JD or use the DP. I'm not sure how it's going to go on in the future. I just wanted us to branch out as much as we can so we can get regular opponents at least every week. Link to comment

I'm just thinking we'll need a definite process for giving a new set to DP. Personally, I'd prefer to test them privately, between other NCCG members and decks. We might also want to invite DP players to give their opinions on our cards as a way to improve. Link to comment

Nu-Mou Knight
I have a couple of cards to submit if you don't mind. It's mostly to help out Anons and Bass.EXE so I'm not relying on DWs. Link to comment
Nu-Mou Knight
FF and I dueled a bit today, and I pulled out the Anons since I haven't been using them much lately. I've noticed, more prominently than before, that the various LP costs of some cards are waay too much to be effective. Also, I have a few effects to add, if you'd approve them. I'm also removing the past ruling that Raidfag Tokens don't count as "Anons" for Anonymous Raid. Since it's only 200 more damage, it's sort of a silly ruling to keep. LP fixes: USI only takes 500 in the initial effect, and adds "the Collective" immediately upon activation. It also loses the effect where it takes 300 LP if I have "the Collective" and fewer than 5 Anons. "The Collective" only takes 50 per Anon at the End Phase. Spoiler Alert has no cost. Its effect is already sketchy at best. Series of Tubes deals 250 per Level and Rank. (Since I'm changing Legion to an Xyz.) Effect Changes: I'd like to make Longcat immune to removal if I Tribute 5 Anons for his Summon. I'd like to add the following line to each Anon's effect: During your Main Phase, you can discard this card to add 1 "Anonymous, the Autonomous Internet Collective" or 1 "Internet Memetic - A Series of Tubes" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. I'd like to change Legion to an Xyz. This is its code: |Anonymous, We Are Legion|015|ANON|Warrior/Xyz/Fusion/Effect|DARK|5||?|0|2 or more Level 1 "Anon" monsters; This card's ATK is equal to that of the Overlaid monster with the highest ATK. When this card would be removed from the field, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and it loses 500 ATK instead. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to shuffle 1 "Anon" monster from your Graveyard or Banished Zone into your Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects while you control another "Anon" monster. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can add 2 "Anon" monsters from your Graveyard to your hand.| Link to comment

Nu-Mou Knight
If you only want to download one, get JustDuel. As for nothing happening, I'm not sure what to do about that. This is the fix FF Fan posted on the DN topic from someone running Vista: "Yeah you might need to create a profile that can allow you to run as an administrator, or your computer might have a problem with the MSI installer. In the latter case, run the Microsoft Fix It that's on this page, uninstall the program, restart your computer, and re-install." Since he just has the program on the front page, this is the JustDuel installer: http://www.mediafire...jyobj0qf83j400g Then you need to get the set, put it in the same folder as JD (yes, that means replacing the file that comes with it), and that's all that's necessary. If none of that helps, I don't know what to tell you. Nothing's perfect. Link to comment

FF Fan
I don't really see anything that looks like it might be too op except for Anon Haxxor and maybe Jesus. With both him and G on the field it can create a def that's quite scary and Haxxor is level 1 too so he's really easy to get out. |Raptor Jesus - Messiah of Anonymous|033|ANON|Reptile/Effect|DIVINE|10||?|?|This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. His eff seems to have a lot of pluses it can't be sent to the grave or returned to the hand by card effs and if it leaves the field another way you get 3 of your monsters back. You do however destroy any spells and traps you had at the time of its summon, which if you're playing well would probably only be a field spell and the internet collective. Link to comment
