Crash Bandicoot: A Reborn Tale

This is my first fan fic so sorry for all the noobish stuff in it.

This story takes place 10 years after the last Crash game which I think it was CNK2. For all of those people who don't know who Crash is here is a description of him. He is a bandicoot who was taken by Dr. Neo Cortex (an evil scientist) and turned him into a mutantish bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot. Now Crash and Cortex are in an infinite feud. He was the ability to twist, triple jump and a whole bunch of moves. Now with the help of his sister Coco Bandicoot (A kind Genius), brother Crunch Bandicoot (Mr.T like character) and Aku Aku (a magical talking mask) he can always stop Dr. Neo Cortex and his team of villans (including Nina Cortex, Cortex's niece who is goth and Uka Uka an evil talking mask) from his evil plans.

[spoiler=Chapter 1: Wumpa in Space]“Why is everything so dark, wait if its dark the only logical explanation is that……I’M BLIND!” Cortex screamed. A spotlight flashed on Cortex. “Cortex you bumbling fool you’re not blind “said a mysterious voice, “Your just stupid”. “Who’s that, what’s going on” Cortex asked. “Don’t you remember?”The mysterious voice asked. “Remember what?” Cortex replied. Then a spotlight flashed on Nina. “I don’t want to go to Madam Aberlies School of pure evil” Nina said as she awoke. “Wait, what happened?” Cortex realized that Nina was there “Nina do you know what happened “Nina replied “Why did you think I asked, you bumbling fool”. “Why is everybody calling me that” “Because you are!” they replied. “Now that you’re both up, Goodbye”. Cortex and Nina’s seats moved and they both fell into a hole. “Make sure they remember everything” said the Mysterious voice to Uka Uka.

“WHOAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!” they both screamed as they fell to the bottom of the hole. They landed and got up. Cortex looked up, “Uka Uka!”
“It is I, the great mask Uka Uka, ruler of…..uh……Oh yes, that’s right you! Also you too Nina” Nina stared angrily at Uka Uka “If you say that you’re the ruler of me ever again I’ll break you into pieces and make a fire, you got that!” Uka Uka scared, mumbled out “y-y-yes Mam”. “Good” replied Nina. “Now….........where are we?!” “You’re in the Wumpa Drive Orbit Ship”. Cortex screamed “WUMPA!!” and fainted.

Cortex woke up. [i]Whoa that was a really stuffed up dream, I shouldn’t have had so many Wumpa Fruit……wait WUMPA FRUIT!!![/i] Cortex looked in a mirror, in the reflection he saw Crash. [i]AHHHHH I’m Crash! That furry flea ridden mutt![/i] Coco yelled “Crash are you up? I made Pancakes!” Cortex replied “Mmmm Pancakes!” in Crash’s voice. [i]AHHHHH now I sound like that mutt to! But I do like pancakes![/i] “Washa osha ga na wha a” What did I just say?[i] It seems I don’t have the ability to talk, oh well at least there are pancakes.[/i] Coco “Come ‘n’ get ‘em” Cortex ran in the hallway of Crash’s Hut to get the pancakes. Crunch came out of a room “Crash, don’t think you’re getting their first!” Crunch punched Cortex. Cortex fell to the ground.

“Cortex, Cortex, COOORTEEEEEEX! Get up” Uka Uka said while trying to wake him up. “Maybe I should punch him” said Nina. Cortex woke up after hearing Nina’s generous offer. “NO!!!! I’m awake! Please don’t hurt me!” “Fine, but next time I’m punching you straight away!” said Nina.

“Now we can continue” said Uka Uka “While you’re here you will need amour”. Nina replied “Armour for what?”. “For the training course of course!” Uka Uka answered. “What training course” asked Cortex “The training course in front of you!” Cortex looked. On the training course there were traps, spikes, henchmen, bombs, fire, lasers and robots. “Oh, that course” said Cortex. Uka Uka made armour using his dark magic and gave it to them “Now take your armour and get out there!!!” A hole appeared on the ground. “Not
again!” screamed Cortex as Nina and him fell. Cortex fell to the ground and Nina fell on him, knocking him out.

“Crash aren’t you coming for the pancakes!” Crunch said jokingly.[i] It seems I’m back in the furry mutt’s body again, oh yeah that’s right, Pancakes![/i] Cortex went in the kitchen to get pancakes. “Sorry Crash you’re too late, Crunch and I already ate them all” said Coco. “Bo Pancakes!!” Cortex screamed. “Sorry, No Pancakes” said Coco. A roar came from outside. “Crash, what was that?!” Coco yelled. [i]Why ask the only one that can’t talk when Crunch is right next to me.[/i] “Let’s go check it out” suggested Crunch.

They went outside to find Pura and Polar fighting with each other. “Raaaaaaar” screeched Pura as she attacked with her paw. “Rough Rough” barked Polar as he charged up for a head butt. “Crash, their fighting again, you better go stop them” said Coco.

Cortex walked into the middle of the fight.[i] Ahhh….let’s see now, how does he twist….uh…Twist Activate! ...no that’s not it, ahhh……….Square Button! ...nope, well I could just punch them.[/i] Cortex swinged for a punch but before he could Polar head butted him in the back causing him to black out.

Nina punched Cortex. “I told you I would do it” Nina said. “Owww!!!” said Cortex “Well at least I’m up again”. “Put your armour on Cortex!”demanded Nina. “Dr. Uncle Neo Cortex to you, Nina” said Cortex. “Put it on and SHUT UP!!!” screamed Nina. Cortex and Nina put there armour on.

Cortex’s armour was white with a red line to the side of his chest. The gloves were mad out of iron and one glove was equipped with a Laser Cannon.

Nina’s armour was dark blue with a skull on the middle of the armour. The boots had spikes all around it. One of the arm guards had skull bombs equipped to it.

“Are you ready Nina” Cortex asked. “I am, but you will never be” Nina replied. “Then……let’s do this thing, girlfriend!” Cortex said. [i]How is he even my Uncle?[/i] Nina wondered.
