Sario was trying as hard as he could to follow Reciou, but it was no use, she had vanished...And he was dissappointed...but also a sharp pain came to him as well, He thought to himself... Ino was hurt...So he quickly turned around, only to see hius dragon being driven into the forest at the bottom of the clift, by a massive white dragon, a Blue Eyes White Dragon. "NO!!!, INO!!!" he screamed, and he jumped off the cliff after her and landed on the great white beast. His dragon fighting back as hard as she could, but with every claw from the Blue Eyes came heavy damage, both to Ino and spiritually to Sario. As the Blue Eyes drove her into the ground, Sario was thrown off and his back hit a tree hard, he lay on the ground weak from fatique, he looked at his dragon stretching his hand out...The white dragon poised to deliver a final blow, Sario could do nothing to help her now, all the power had drained from him too quickly. His sight was getting blurry, his head was throbbing hard, he fainted. His last last what a flash of green light, and then darkness...

Xain looked down at his old village.

"Grrr....I can't even go to my own damn village without him destroying it!"

Xain traveled further and further until he found himself at the end of the Great Forest. He lit his blade on fire for a few seconds to get all of the dead insect parts off. He was surprised when he looked around.

"Why is it so dark here? This isn't very normal."

Check where the darkness is coming from, stupid. You're half-Spellcaster, remember?

"Since when do you start to help me?"

Anytime I want. I'm not one of those idiots who think they're super evil and that they're going to take over Idunia. No. I help whoever I want. I don't stick with one side and call myself evil or good. I'm neither.

"Whatever."

Xain began to track down the source of the darkness that was flooding Sogen. He grabbed his staff off of his back and teleported to whatever was causing it.

"Whoa, what is this place? I can't see a thing here!"

He journeyed into the shrine, using his staff as a cane to guide him through the darkness, similar to the way a blind person would use one. He saw something glowing in the distance, and slowly walked over to it.

"What the...is that the source of all this?"

The darkness that spread all over the village began taking over all of Sogen. Even the borders to the Great Forest and the Wasteland were being affected by its taint. As Xain entered the shrine, he was met by Rahz, who seemed mostly unaffected by the darkness. "Who are you?" he asked Xain curiously. "I don't recognize you from anywhere...ah, but I guess you're no harm. You came from outside, and the darkness came from in here..." Rahz pointed to the eerie light, showing Xain what he meant. "That light...I don't know what it is, but it suddenly appeared when Dex came back...Or, was it really Dex? I don't know....All I know is, strange things are startin' to happen..."

Leon Winchester was walking through the Forest. He had been in there for weeks, training, honing his skills. He stopped when he heard a thumping sound. He swung around brandishing his blade.

Out of the trees came a large red monkey, rampaging in a berserk frenzy. The beast stopped for a moment when it saw Leon, then charged. Leon attacked, his sword making contact with the beasts forearm. At the same time, the gorilla let loose a stream of fire. Leon was temporarily stunned by the burn on his side, and he dropped his sword. But the beast's wound was greater. Leon stared down the monster with fiery determination. Leon could see the fear enter the beast's eyes as it went on the defensive. As it did this, Leon knew his victory was ensured. The beast fell to its own doubt. "Never let your fear stop you.", he muttered, remembering one of his father’s sayings.

Leon picked his sword and wiped the blood from it. He looked back upon his region of Sogen. What he saw shocked him. The entire area was coated in blackness. "What the...?” was all he could say. Leon run back as fast as he could, with his injury, toward the only home he had ever known.

-voices rung through Sario's mind, his body ached. I'm alive...he thought to himself. He began to stir and grimace as his body was waking up, then he felt a warm and relaxing hand touch his forehead. So he opened his eyes...In his sight was a girl, about his age, robed and clothed in a purplish spellcaster outfit, behind her stood 2 more who were dressed in the same color. They both glanced at him, then walk on them walked over.

-"You took quite a beating there son." he spoke softly. "You were lucky one of our best was near, otherwise that dragon would have killed you."

-"Yes, and also don't worry about the other dragon, the one you tried to help, it's perfectly fine." Explained the other one.

-The girl snickered..."That Blue Eyes should have killed you anyway, you are weak."

-"That's enough, Yuviou, this man's been through alot of stress." The first man barked in responce to the girl's sly and insulting remark.

-"Where....is Ino...?" Sario managed to get a few words out, he was still aching.

-"Ino? You mean your dragon? It's downstairs, resting, we treated all of her wounds. Don't worry. You should rest, sir, you need it."

-"No, I'm fine." Sario began to sit upright, his black long-jacket was hung up to his right, his under-armor was visable. "I wish to see her.."

-"Her? who are you talking about." The girl asked.

-"Ino, my dragon, it's a girl." Sario answered, standing up, and making sure his limbs were alright, and he put on his jacket. He headed down the stairs and found Ino, who came to him instantly and he petted her snout. "What is this place, and who are you people?"

-"I am sorry sir, but we must know who you are first, and where did you come from?" Answered the larger man.

-"My name is Sario Ojima, and I come from Lake Artarius."

-"Hmmm, my name is Mahaad. This is Yuviou." He said pointing at the girl. "And this is my brother Jihaad." He added now pointing to the other man. "We are a spellcaster order.."

-"Spellcasters? I just met another spellcaster, infact two of them. But one of them ran away from our group." Sario interrupted.

-"Could the one who ran away from you be Reciou?" Asked Yuviou.

-"I don't know, I never learned her name, we just met and we forgot the introductions."

-"Well, you should rest Mister Ojima, you have had a long day." Mahaad said, very kindly.

-"I am sorry, but I must go and find my group, Axel didn't seem like he was in a good condition." But at that, Mahaad, moving faster than Sario could believe, pinned Ino against the wall forcefully and painfully, Sario felt the effects as well. Mahaad knew of the connection.

-"No, you will stay here, we forgot to add that your our prisoner. Yuviou, take him to a holding cell." Mahaad barked, and Jihaad smacked Sario over the head with his sceptor, knocking him out cold.

"Good. You've made a wise decision Gromarg. Come, we are on our way to the Dark World Castle. Where the ruler of the Dark World is. That is of course you want to return to finish business there?", said ThyAdemine.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Xain! Long time, no see. How are you? It's okay Rahz, he is with us. He fought with us during the Dark War. He was a great help. I honor him & the unfathomed skills he posed.", said Gearfried.

"Buddy! Where have you been?", asked CytoGuanine as he slapped Xain on the back.

"It's good to see you again.", said AdeUracil. As she went towards Xain, sho almost lost her balance from a loose tile. She regained her balance but, as she did, she touched Xain in the arm. What she sensed from him was that there was another spirit tormenting. What did this mean?

Leon reached the edge of the Forest. The dark light had even begun reaching into its depths. He saw the source of the darkness coming from the shine. He walked slower now, more aware of his surroundings. There was a gathering in the shrine that was for sure. Leon spotted his house, look dank and dreary and unkept after weeks. Then Leon's eyes moved upward. Even there, the blackness was consuming the sky. Leon moved toward the shrine, holding his burn as it stung slightly. "Maybe battered, never broken." he muttered, as he reached the entrance.

When Sario regained consiousness, he found himself chained to a concrete wall by the arms. A pestilent little snicker came from infront of him, so he looked up to Yuviou staring at him, with a very deranged smile on her face...

-"Your cute when your sleeping..." she remarked as annoyingly as ever.

-"Why, you are spellcasters, I thought Artarius and Sogen had treaties with you people." Sario pleaded, looking for an explanation to why he is being held prisoner.

-"Well, for one thing. Our allegience lies with Litmus, and he's very interested in Sogen, and even Artarius. He wants to know where Artarius is, and your going to tell me." She said, as she opened the cell door and came to sit right infront of Sario.

-"I would never betray my homeland to traitors..." Sario said, confident that they wouldn't ever know Artarius's location.

-"Oh come on..." she started, now touching Sario's face very softly. "Can't you give a girl a chance...all I want is to make you happy, we can give you sheltor once we destroy it..."

-"I....can't..." Sario managed to get out, she was trying to manipulate his senses, trying to get inside of his mind and at the same time tapping into his memory. He could feel it...

-"Shhhh...Don't worry, once we're done with it, I'll erase that part of your memory, so you don't have to bear the burden of betrayal..." She added calmly...

-"I..."but Sario could not finish his sentence, he had fainted once again...

Alan stoped at the border of the forest and looked around. "man, all this darkness is bumming me out. ah there we go!" inside the dark in the middle of a shrine was a single patch of light, not bright, but not invisible. it was surounded by a few people who Alan was unable to see clearly. "who are they? from here they don't look bad, but based on my luck, there probably the dark army. well, i'll never know unless i go" he surrounded himself in a light bubble to protect against the dark and spead through it, towards the light.

Sario woke again, feeling nausious. He had that feeling before, when he was very little. He managed to lift his head high enough to see Yuviou holding Ino and stroking her back like she was a dog. AS the spiritual connection is forced to do, Sario felt the nausia, and also utter pleasure from the fast that this girl was stroking and gently holding Ino in her arms.

-"Put.....Ino...down..."He worked out to say, his body feeling sick, it was law in his homeland to never touch another's spirit-companian. Or the correct term would be Daemon.

-"Oh good, your awake, don't worry about your home's laws. Master Litmus and Mahaad and Jihaad are out now, and now that your awake, I can reconstuct your memory." She said softly and slyly, walking over to him, and putting her hand to the side of his face.

-"No...I...can't let...you" But he could not finish this sentence either, he began to fade, but stopped in mid-consious, he could see everything, but he coul not move his body, his head was throbbing, and somewhere in the distance came Yuviou's voice...This won't take long. All your memory will be fixed upon my wishes now, and this, Cydonia, the love of your life, will now be replaced...

No doubt, it didn't take that long, she had stopped tapping into his mind, and she un-bound him from the chains, and he fell forward, finally asleep again. She caught him and half carried, half dragged his body to a proper bed. There, he sleeped piecefully.

Rahz nodded in agreement with Gearfried, also seeing that Xain was an ally. But their conversation was abruptly interrupted, as a loud clammer sounded from the dark light. Rahz drew his blade and crept forward, observing anything that he could lay his eyes on. "Wait here sir," he said to Gearfried, "...I'll find out what's going on..." He noticed some movement behind the light, and slowly moved closer. He was greeted, however, by an enormous sword in his chest. From what everyone could tell, the sword was the source of the light, and the cause of this evil outbreak. As Rahz was lifted into the air, a large muscular frame came into view, with a pair of ominous red eyes looking up at him. The man smiled evilly at Rahz, and said in a twisted, sadistic voice, "OFFER YOUR SOUL...TO THE UNENDING DARKNESS!!!" After that, Rahz's body was levitated into the air, and his soul was ejected from his body and into the man's sword, devouring it. Then, Rahz's body fell limp on the floor, cold and dead. The man then looked over at the other warriors, his ravenous hunger for souls sending chills into the hearts of these heroes.

-"Have you done your part, Yuviou?" Asked Mahaad, feeling anxious.

-"Of course I have, Sario has a completely different memory now. According to the book, all we need to do now is have his body engulfed in darkness.." Yuviou answered. She was holding a blackened book in one hand, and stroking Sario's hair, who was still asleep, with the other. "Once we do that, then our secret weapon will be complete. Because according to the 'Lore of Divinity'..."

-"I know what the Lore says, we will take his body to Sogen as soon as Litmus comes back. I have recieved word that he has finished with Artarius. And I must admit, without you, we never would have gotten the information from this guy. His integrity is like a rock. Can't be broken without your magic, but with it, it can be by-passed." Mahaad interrupted.

-"Thank you, anyway, but until he gets back, we should probably make sure Jihaad isn't screwing something up again." Yuviou stated.

-"I'll check on Jihaad, you just worry about your new pet." Mahaad turned and left the room.

Yuviou put the book down and continued stroking Sario's limp unconsious form.

OOC: My apologies DMG. I just started in this rp so i wanted a good intro. I didnt realize it would cause trouble for you. All you need to know about my character is that he's Obnoxious Celtic Guard, and very determined. Hope you change your mind.

Leon looked on in horror as Rahz was rendered lifeless infront of them. He decided he should step in. "Who are you?" he asked the figure standing over Rahz's body, although he already had a feeling of familiarity. He held up his sword, ready to defend himself, along with the others.

*************************************************''

Sario was half-awake now, his body was being supported by 2 strong spellcasters, they were taking him somewhere.

-"Hey, he's finally coming around..." One of them noticed, and they set him down sitting against something hard. "Hmmm, he's still out of it alittle, but he'll live."

-"Oh, Sario, how are you feeling..." The girl asked, very softly. Everything was a blur in his eyes...who are these people, where are they taking me...were the thoughts in Sario's mind. "You'll be alright, we're almost to Sogen, don't worry." The girl said as she stroked his hair.

-"We're here, carry him into the abyss, don't worry, you won't be effected by it. Only he will be..." Said the man farthest away from him.

-"Yes, Master Litmus." Recalled one of the other spellcasters, and he supported Sario into something very dark, like a cloud, only very dense and it smelt of blood-shed. He was set down against something hard again. He began to breathe in and out, very slowly, and a soft hand began to stroke the right side of his face. A very gentile and warm feeling came over him, but then that feeling turned into agony, and horror. Every nerve in his body felt like dozens of needles being stabbed through each of them. He tried to let out a cry for help, but nothing came out of his mouth. Everything began to fuzz around him, his eyes were heavy, the agony was too great to bear, he started to faint, then collapsed entirely.

Now alan was throughly confused. Who was this dex, and why did the name sound familiar. Better yet, who was this armored knight? He felt a power eminating from him though, as if something was hidden beneath. But right know there was no time for questions. so instead he stood his ground and waited to see what would happen.

in the mountians: a ratty brown robed figure stood looking down on the chaos over sogen. his face was covered by his cloak so no features could be identified. as he stood there he shruged, "if only they knew". he turned nd beore he started down the mountian he said in a serious yet calm voice, "the worst is yet to come"

A soft voice rang through his head. But he could not make out what it was saying, all he could hear was his own thoughts...Where am I, What happened to me, What's going on...His mind was cluttered with confusement. He started to open his eyes, and the first thing he saw, when his vision cleared, was a girl, about his age. Staring at him, full of compassion. Her hand was stroking the right side of his face. He opened his eyes wider, to show his bloodshot yellow eyes. And tried to stand up. The girl noticed his movement and immediately helped support him as he stood and looked out into the now clear wasteland. The darkness had dissappeared, and they were standing near a great fountain, cracked down the middle, and half-way whithered to rubble.

-"Sario, how are you feeling?" Asked the girl supporting him.

-"Where am I?" His voice was deep and harsh, he put his hand to his now throbbing head.

-"Your safe, do you know who I am?" Asked the girl again, she seemed very quizatorial, and he was aggitated by this.

-"Sorry," He started, and like a flash, he unhooked his arm from her, pulled out a blackened dagger from it's shieth hung on his side, and thrusted it into his back. "I have no time for pitifull things like you, and I don't know who you are, I don't even know where am I am, and I don't know what my purpose is anymore. But what I do know, is that your the one who did this to me. Your memory reconstruction. Maybe you should look deeper into Shakari Magic." He finished, twisting his blade that was lidged into the girl's back, staring at her malevolently with his cold glare, his now blood-shot yellow eyes. As the girl coughed blood, he thrusted the dagger out of her back, and she fell through the floor, her face was imprinted with agony and surprise.

OOC: Sense no one else will post anything, I might as well keep it going. this will never die.

A tall man walked toward Sario now, but changed course to kneel beside the now life-less girl.

-"Why did you kill her, Yuviou tried to help you?" Asked the man.

-"Help me? Right, only death can help me now, I couldn't care less about her." But as he said that he felt alot of nausia, but he didn't express it, another man walked forward into the shrouded dome around him, holding a small dragon.

-"I wouldn't threaten like that, or your dragon can be killed." Said the man holding the dragon.

All Sario did was stare at the man with an even colder stare then he gave the girl. His blood-shot yellow eyes were fixed upon the man holding the dragon in his arms, and the nausia increased as he drew nearer.

-"Ahhh, you can't talk right now, because I am touching your dragon, and the spiritual connection is making you very uncomfortable. I am sorry, here..." He put the dragon onto the hard ground, it was sleeping very soundly. But Sario still glared at the man with a menacing thought of ripping his spine out and using it to stab the other man right through the chest.

-"Before you try to kill us, I have a propissition for you. I need information, like how you resisted the Mind Reconstruction, and I'll give you what you want most." The man continued.

-"It is stated in the Shakari Laws that a Shakari's mind cannot be replced with a new one, when you try to reconstruct a shakari's memory, your giving it a new mind. When a law is written like this, if effects all Shakari's until death." Sario answered.

-"Ahh, interesting, well now that I understand that, I guess I can help you get what ever you want."

-"How about the memory you stole from me."

-"I'm sorry, but I cannot help you with that. I do not posess such magic, and you killed the only one left who did."

Sario looked at the dead girl, and then turned around and started walking away.

-"Wait, where are you going?"

-"To find a purpose now, leave me alone. Or you will see her along with other's again."

Sario walked away from the two men, and wandered into the darkness.

Sario wandered around the abyss for some time, until he came across a large shrine. He was staring at the entrance to the shrine when he heard movement behind him, he turned quickly to see the dragon that he saw earlier, he looked at it, but not menacingly.

-"Forgive me for asking, I might have some past with you, but who are you?" He asked it.

-"I am Ino, and we have a huge history together, I'v been with you your whole life, and I can help you get your real memory back, because me and you have a spiritual connection together." The dragon broke off, he began to notice the puzzled face upon Sario.

-"I, don't understand, Are you my Daemon or something?"

-"Yes, I am, and you are still well established with the Shakari laws, that I am very glad for, otherwise this would be very hard to explain. Even harder it would be to get your memory back."

-"Well, if you are my Daemon, then obviously your on my side. I found this shrine, and I believe that something interesting is inside of it. I'm going to check it out, do you see any reason for me to not to?" He had to ask, this dragon named Ino seemed the only guide he had, and maybe even a friend.

-"I do not see any reason to look beyond it, I'm kind of curious about it too. But I should hide within your spirit, it helps your area of sense. So your more aware of your surroundings." The dragon explained.

-"Right, thanks for the tip." The dragon flew over to Sario and faded nto his chest. He walked into the shrine, wandered around alittle bit, but no sooner did he find an area where he sensed life forms, a battle, and a very evil presense.

OOC: Sorry for not being able to post before, just got wrapped up in other things. Element, I appreciate your enthusiasm and your wanting to keep the RP going...but I really wish you didn't do that, taking control of not just my own, but others' characters as well. It limits options for others to take when you control them. Again, I like your enthusiasm, but please edit or delete your post, and don't take control of other characters unless you have their absolute permission. After its edited or deleted, I'll post a response. Thank you for understanding. Also, Since it seems that Umbra's vanished, I'll just continue with Axel (who was left alone dying in the forest).

Axel slowly opened his eyes, which had been shut tightly for several hours due to immense pain and caused them to hurt from the light in his face. He groggily looked around, seeing if Sario or Talon was still around. Instead, he found himself alone, in what appeared to be a hut of some sort. He sat up on the mat he was laying on, and noticed his robes and armor across the room. Quizzingly, he looked under the blanket that covered him, and saw that he had nothing on except several bandages covering his wounds. "I'm bare?" he said, dropping the blanket back over him as he continued surverying his enclosure. "Where am I? How did I get here?" Then, he remembered the battle with Litmus and Belphegor. "That's right...I was poisoned, and wounded badly...but where's that winged guy?" Wrapping the blanket around him, he quietly reached for his pants, pulling them towards him across the floor. He stood up, letting the blanket fall down, as he knelt over to pull his pants up. He got them about halfway up, then he heard the tent flap behind him open, causing him to stop in mid-motion. He turned slowly to see who it was, and his eyes grew wide and his face blushed with embarrassment. A beautiful blonde-haired woman, with brown garbs and feathers adorning her body, stood at the entrance, blushing as much as Axel. Axel was speechless, unable to even think of something pleasant to say. She hurriedly shut the flap of the tent, and Axel could hear the sound of her running away. Sigh...I never was too good with women... he thought to himself. He finished pulling his pants up, then went to his armor to see if everything was intact. "My staff is gone..." he said to himself quietly, "...along with my potions and alchemy guide." He stood again, thinking to himself aloud. "That woman...did she take them?" He walked over to the flap, but stopped as soon as he heard voices and movement just outside his tent. "Maybe I could stay in here a little longer...." he said, backing away from the flap. "But what if they come in after me? I'll have to defend myself...Ah, to the abyss with that! Here goes nothing!" He closed his eyes and stepped through the flap, not knowing what was on the other side.

OOC: More to come on this later!
