This card can not be Special Summoned except by Exceed Summon. This card loses 300 ATK for each of its Exceed Monsters. This card can not attack and cannot be destroyed by battle while it has no Exceed Material monsters. If this card leaves the field return all Exceed Material monsters on the field to the respective owners hand.[/center][/spoiler]

This monster is OP and doesn't support the main goal of its archtype.
The OP part first, you only need 2 level 4 elemental hero monsters on the field to summon it which is easy to get if you have [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Skyscraper_2_-_Hero_City]skyscraper 2 - hero city[/url] on the field.
Next, It starts off with an ATK of 3200 which itself makes this guy OP. After that, you can special summon this card from the grave with skyscraper 2 when destroyed by battle.
When he is attacked, you can negate the attack, and when you can't negate attacks anymore it still has 2100 ATK.

Next is the thing that is doesn't support the goal of this archtype; Special summon fusion monsters as quick as possible to defeat your opponent, but this card can still benefit from the support cards of the biggest archtype in whole yu-gi-oh! like (like said above) skyscraper 2, but also another card which raises the ATK a lot [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Skyscraper]skyscraper[/url] and all the other cards.


Two things you can do to make this card better are: decrease ATK and DEF (DEF more than ATK) and try to make it support the archtype.

I get what you say about the OP part,but the part where it doesn't go into archetype I can say is not fully right. Hero archetype is mainly used to spam fusion, but they can swarm as well with normal monsters.The attack and defense came from thinking of the ELEMENTAL fusions.Shining,Tornado,Gaia,Zero,etc.

effect is better now, but I still think the ATK is way too high. Maybe you can lower it to about 2100, due to the ATK increase which will take it to a nice 2700 ATK, instead of the OP (in my opinion) 3200 ATK.

Elemental Hero Shining has a 3200 start attack when miracled with two E-Heroes,and when sent to grave recycles them to your hand.

don't forget the need for a fusion spell card and 2 monsters of which at least 1 has to be LIGHT and the other elemental hero.
This one needs 2 random level 4 hero monsters and has the possibility to negate attacks.

That's the reason why I think the ATK should be lowered
