I remember watching a show called "That's Impossible" on the History Channel. They said that the first humans to live to be 1000 have already been born. But I don't believe that we'll be living that long any time soon. I'd have to say that a 200 year old individual seems far-fetched now, but with within a few centuries humans could possibly have a life span that long.

But, I don't actually think that extending our life spans by so much do any good for anyone. If we live a lot longer, that means the death rate will decrease dramatically. But that means that the world's population will explode, and seeing as Earth is already overpopulated, that isn't very good.

Sure I will, once I finally discover the Fountain of Youth. Then I'll live forever! Unless I get hit by a train or something...

From a scientific perspective, yes, it's entirely possible given the current breakthroughs in biotechnology. I imagine we'll be able to make chocolate-flavored broccoli or get superpowers first though. Those are more of a priority, I mean what's the point of living if you can't live a little? Then again...

This. Just imagine what kind of world we'd live in if Lindsey Lohan lived forever. *shudders*

Unless the current socioeconomic powers that govern the workings of the world economy collapse and everyone is reduced to a state of poverty or a new pandemic emerges, then probably someday. But in all seriousness, the world is facing some very serious problems today mainly concerning the growing scarcity of resources and increasing consumerism and higher standards of living people are aspiring to on a global scale. I think that being able to live into your seventies or eighties is good enough to have a relatively long and substantial life.
