As if answering some sort of prayer, a bright green streak would suddenly appear tearing across the skies rushing from inland with a gargantuan storm in it's wake. The green streak was the residual trail produced by the E-wing system of the Murokumo Knightmare frame. Inside of the aforementioned Knightmare's cockpit, X.Y. was getting hundreds of reports about the damage that had been produced by the sudden breaking of the floodgate over the city. Those that had been trapped within, for the most part, were beyond saving and it was entirely likely that the city was already lost, but his orders were not to bring victory to the Vanguard, merely to destroy their enemies, beginning with the Masked Man. Any clouds ahead of the Murokumo were parted as it tore across the sky and brought it's Reaper Cannons to bear on the Britannian formation, waiting patiently as the distance closed. It was only a few moments before he was in range, and as soon as the first enemy Knightmare was within his range of fire he began to unload shell after shell loaded with the metal obliterating compound. The sheer number of them and the speed with which they came forth would be more than enough to overwhelm the commanders as hundreds upon hundreds of Knightmares simply began to dissolve before their eyes. X.Y. now simply activated his comm, speaking to the Vanguard soldiers.

"Soldiers of the Vanguard," he began, his voice remaining emotionless as always, "forward." The sound of his voice and the sudden recognition of the Murokumo was more than enough to rally the remaining Vanguard forces behind him. Due to the speed of his flight, he was forced to turn his Knightmare around before he could come up before the now broken dam, the protrusions flaring outward and producing an ethereal look of wings on either side of the demonic looking Knightmare. As it happened, X.Y. brought his Knightmare levitating just above the broken dam, and chose to set it down just to the right of where the masked man was standing, from Hiro's perspective. He had been briefed on the alleged presence of Geass powers in this one, and had been given orders to engage him in personal combat. As such, the Knightmare began to shut down and soon enough X.Y. was climbing out of the cockpit unarmed, the metal covering remaining over his eyes as he steadily began walking towards the masked one.

Dio maneuvered her Metallica onto a higher ground. Namely a building well out of the flood water's reach. She noted the new Knightmare that had come in the name of the Vanguard. She decided to observe the situation through the scope of her rifle. She noted the mysterious new pilot now stepping out of his own Knightmare to confront The Masked Man. Is that guy stupid or something?...unless he thinks he can take that guy without a Knightmare... Dio cursed herself for her inability to take the guy down right then. She did however line up her sights to The Masked One's head just in case things got dicey and action needed to be taken.

Leon noticed S.S. Watching him as if he was waiting for him to do something. He had then heard a faint sound of water rushing in the distance. Leon turns his head to the side and sees faint explosions “Shi*! Another battle! Sorry we’ll have to finish this conversation later!” Leon runs away from S.S. back to his Knightmare. Once he got there he jumps into his Knightmare and turn on his radar, he sees multiple Knightmare in a nearby city “It’s been going on for a while hasn’t it?” Leon fly’s out with his Knightmare towards the city. He charges high in the sky and goes at full speed above the city. He sees a flooded city down below “Only Hiro would do something like this. I wonder where he is. Hopefully he’s not dead…yet. Knowing Hiro I doubt he is. Gotta hurry….before something exciting happens!” Leon dives down toward the flooded city and destroys some vanguard knightmare’s with his MVS scythe. He looks around and sees the source of the flood, a break in the dam “I bet that’s where Hiro is!” Leon said with an excited tone. He charges toward the direction of the dam hoping to find Hiro there….

Once Brian was well out of range from any attacks from enemy soldiers, he hovered in midair and observed the current situation. The Brittanians were well out of reach of the flooding water. At the same time, some powerful Knightmare appeared out of nowhere and commanded the Vanguard troops to advance forward. At the same time, the mysterious man was confronting the masked man. Brian put away his energy sword and wielded his gun. He was out in the open and had a damaged side. He needed to keep things at a distance, so his rifle will have to do. "Now where did...ah, there she is." Brian said as he spotted the woman sitting on top of a nearby building. "I guess she IS smart enough not to just go charging in some times."

Hiro Grinned from behind his mask. Dealing with prey quickly with your strongest weapon isn't the finest idea. That'd make the game no longer fun. He Removed his mask and tossed it to the side, his face still covered in the Guass that was stained in his own blood. His hair was sweaty from the constant preasure and serious fire power, but his body was yet to use its normal human strengths. He drew a sword, but held it at a lesser stance. "You... I believe a Mysterious man lik yourself knows at least a little Sword-play." Hiro showed off tremendous calmed nerve. It was impossible to show the fear from deep down inside, the anxioty rushing up from the bottom of his legs to the tippy top of his head. He felt really sick, yet the little bit of dicipline his mother gave him was perfect show-mans-ship. Which was good for when Hiro was supposed to get famous and talk on those talk-shows.

Tosame got in his Knightmare frame and decided to patrol around. It was becoming less safe everyday. If high level people were going to drop dead left and right and security was going up for the other people then war was going to be bloody. This chess game had already had both sides castle and now people were waiting for more pieces to be taken. Tosame ran out to fight the Vanguards at the flooded area. His Knightmare, Abyss, had lots of abilities. He decided to pull out his rifle and fire while charging head on.

"Lets go Vicotry, Dark Water Shark Shot!" The bullet flew out from the rifle and turned into a shark that was all black. It hit one of the Knightmare frames and went through it and it exploded. The shark then turned around and went through another then disappeared. He was controlling the shark through some commands in his frame. The shark had a time limit though. Tosame put the rifle on his back and pulled out his combat knife. It had the green energy and was bright. Tosame was charging in fast while the Vanguards were shooting at him. "Come on Victory a few meters." Slashes of green and metal explosions and water flying. The Knightmare Victory was dancing in the dark.

X.Y. shrugged his shoulders slightly as he chose to simply acknowledge the now unmasked man's statement by holding up his left index finger and returning to his Knightmare for a brief moment. As he entered the cockpit, he pressed his hand against a small biometric reader which opened a small compartment near the pilot seat to reveal a Katana held in an ornate black scabbard with inlaid veins of gold throughout it. He took hold of the scabbard just below the hilt guard with his left hand and once more descended from the Murokumo to the ground, whereupon he turned and faced the man who had seemingly invited him to a duel. Without even saying a word, he simply drew forth the blade just as the front edge of the storm he had flown out of not so long ago reached the city and began to darken the skies. Setting the scabbard down behind him, he took hold of the weapon's hilt in both hands and assumed the appropriate Bushido stance, calmly awaiting his foe to make the first move.

Hiro's eyes displayed Show-manship. His hair had a few bits of caked blood from the shake-up before. The Guass Wrapping was fairly blood-Stained and a few bits of pourly held down ends had flown behind him. With the revealed bits of his face, only his friends would be able to recognise him if they were close. A helicopter floated high above, untouched as it's a neutral vehicle that broadcasted well around the world. From around the world, the Masked man's face that had still been covered, was being seen live as he readied his sword for combat. It was a simple, thin, yet extrodinarilly strong. It was fully silver and strangely light, this was the perfect weapon, advanced military grade. He twirled it inbetween his right fore-finger and his middle finger. It stopped well in his grip. With a lunge, Hiro went with the approved method A. He faded to the left and then swung, quickly ducking and swinging again.

The first swing was met quickly by the side of X.Y.'s blade, clanging off uselessly as he spun about to bring the blade about and meet the next strike which Hiro had sent his way, this time blocking in a way so as to lock Hiro's sword against the side of his Katana. He briefly stared through the metal covering over his eyes into those of his foe, seeing something he had never before seen in the eyes of a human. He was confused by it, interpreting it as something between rage and calm, some bizarre intense emotion he did not have the experience to interpret. This lasted only an instant as he brought his left leg up in a sort of round-house kick towards his opponent's side, hopefully knocking Hiro off his balance or better. Regardless of the outcome, he would quickly bring his foot back down to re solidify his stance, before dropping his blade to the horizontal and lunging it forward, aiming for the center of Hiro's chest.

Hiro was already ducking, taking the round-house kick that was aimed for his side, scrapping off his shoulder, damaging it a little and harmlessly taking the rest of the already weakened attack to the side of his head. For a second before the kick, Hiro saw something new in this opponent. Something strange. It was so artificial. It felt like he was in the pressence of nothingness. The warm feeling of being around another person that is usually so faint, did not exist in this moment. Hiro frowned as he dropped further into a push-up stance, then rolling his body like a tornado to the side of X.Y. Out of the way of the attack, he hopped up and leaned forward. He hoped this was fast enough to achive a dominent position, with his sword pressing to X.y's chest, held in his arched arms, ready to push onward should X.Y display any sign of recovery from his recent lunge. "...what are you?" Escaped Hiro's lips. A normal person in this situation would say it in a breathless fear, but Hiro asked with a calm interested kindness in his voice. Whether this was his training or his natural facination in the strange that he's had since birth.

As Hiro brought his blade up in an attempt to press the tip against his chest, X.Y. turned himself rapidly to face the formerly masked man and brought the side of his own blade about to smack Hiro's rapier (guessing) and knock it to the side with the possibility of the force knocking it from his foe's hands. Regardless of the outcome, he would stand with the blade held up before his face, drawing a line cleanly down the center of his form which divided him perfectly in two halves. He was facing the other man when the peculiar question was asked, and he didn't even smile in response to it. His body didn't shift at all, he simply stared back at the other male through the digital readout of his mechanical eye cover.

"Experiment Y," He stated, his voice flat and emotionless as always, "that is what I am...S.S. can tell you the rest, should you survive." He now moved to press the attack, forcing his blade once more against the side of Hiro's to move it out of the way, turning it to the horizontal as he brought it in an arcing slash perfectly parallel to the ground and aimed to tear into his foe's breast bone.

Hiro bobbed back and did a back flip out of the way of the oncoming attack. The air was considerably moist and cool. It felt like a good summer day, in the odds, it'd appear that if Hiro wanted to continue this little hustle without his geass, than he'd need some sort of miracle. He sighed as he gently let his body lay back into a relaxed standing position. He had no interest in the sword play no longer, but it'd appear if he wanted to force any answers from the strange contender, he'd need some kind of dominent position. But, Hiro didn't want to force communication, and with the sword-play, Hiro could almost feel the other man's soul. With an aggressive deep breath, Hiro tentativly lunched forward. A simple space of 5 feet between himself and 'Experiment Y'. Hiro swung his blade in wide arches that blocked more than attacked. Thought their blades still smacked together, Hiro tried his best to prevent any attacks.

"So... Not even a humen name? Do you have emotions? Is it in your programing to neglect them or do you simply don't have them? If so, fight me with all your might, who knows what we have in common!?" Hiro sounded excited, he swipe-slashed at Y's Blade.

As his blade was slashed at, X.Y. twisted it about shortly after the impact to lock the tip of his Katana against the hilt-guard of Hiro's blade. With a smirk, he yanked backwards and upwards, his intention to pull the blade from Hiro's grip and send it flipping worthlessly off behind him and into the waters on either side of the dam. After this move, he thrust his blade forward to rest the edge against the side of his opponent's neck, the smirk and all other emotion fading away from his demeanor. As he placed the edge against the man's throat, a flash of lightning lanced out from the storm, which had now covered about half the city, and was soon followed by the crack of thunder. He slid his left hand off of the Katana's hilt, the weapon not shifting at all, and moved to slide the covering off of his eyes, allowing him to stare directly into Hiro's own eyes with his unnatural bright orange gaze.

"My programming," he began, replacing his left hand on the hilt, "does not exist, because I am not a machine. What I am I cannot truly say, but I know I have not been programed. I have nothing more to say." With that, he prepared to force his blade down into the male's neck, ending the duel without question if he happened to succeed.

"Knightmare_Victory, the masked man is in trouble. I have his position you must get there NOW!"
"My knightmare's power will get me there. GO VICTORY!" Victory shot across the land and smashed through few friendly troops and enemy troops. Getting there just in time he stops the blade and pushes the mysterious random guy out the way flinging him into the mud and water from the dam. Tosame then sprinted away and sat Hiro down in some field about a half mile or so from where they were at.

"WHO WAS THAT! YOU ALMOST DIED AND I'M SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING UNDER YOU AS MY LEADER! DO YOU THINK THAT WAS FUNNY!? I AM NO PAWN FOR YOU! NEXT TIME YOU MIGHT NOT GET LUCKY!" With that he sat down in his knightmare and then politely said, "Sorry sir. Where now?"

"I-i'm fine... Silly robot man has no humor!" Hiro said with a grin, sitting up and walking around a bit. In the end of the duel, their forces were strong enough to man-handle that guy's knightmare frame and secure the city. With the Flood water finally washing out the main-buildings, communication, and the enemies, this city quickly became another base for the frontier fight on Vanguard's China. "Soon we will win... Soon..." Hiro said, finding his mask and setting it back on without any gauss-wrapping. He began to levitate himself to the big war-blimb that was prepared to attack Ceromony, a major capitol in China, this would be the greatest turning point in this war and victory here could seal the worlds fate. "This is why I thrive to get stronger... next time I will not go so easy on robot boy!"

Tosame, decided that after Hiro responded it was time to get back to fighting. It actually looked beautiful to him; the state of China and it being as another battle ground. I have to fight for Hiro. We must win her thought to himself. As he was moving away Hiro was levitating up towards a blimp. "I wonder why he's heading up there. How is he actually doing that? If his geass really that powerful?"

Hiro Coughed up blood into the sink and with his free hand he whiped it away just before covering himself with gauss wrap. He put his mask back on and stepped out of the big war-Blimb as it passed over many smaller slum-citys before reaching Cermony, Giant City where China's wealth was poured. A giant line of defense stood in front of Cermony and in our ground/mid-air troops way. Simply dealt with. On Hiro's wayy of out the Big war-Blimb, the Head Minister of China told Hiro A little something about Natural Gasses. Hiro Grinned from behing his mask and wrappings. He stood at the end of the Blimb's balcony and flew several hundreds of feet ahead and now he was visible by enemy troops, but miles away from acurate shot range. He lifted his right hand with his palm up and generated a small Ball of Matter and threw it to the ground where it punched a whole through and kept going with Hiro's intent. The Vanguard defense laughed as they pressed forward and prepared for combat. Hiro wagged his right index finger back and forth as the ground began to quake and giant explosion after giant Explosion began to be heard. Soon, good chunks of the ground, right under the Vaguard, began to shoot up and destroy clusters of Defensive men after Clusters. The the Ground rised like a over-cooked popcorn bag and then exploded, completely demolishing the Vanguard's defense as Hiro and his troops march on to the City and seize it for themselves.

Dio cursed to herself as The Masked man escaped her. At that point she piloted Metallica to where the mysterious swordsman was standing. She disembarked from her Knightmare to greet him. As she walked up to him she remained cautious. The man looked deathly serious. "Hey...Are you with us? Or are you simply against The Masked Man?...Name's Dio by the way. What's yours?" Dio asked as she cautiously kept a hand on her weapons belt. Fully ready to either converse with the man or attack him. She had seen intention to kill before. And this man bore that intention like an aura.

“Hmm, I’m picking up two Knightmares in the distance. One of them might be Hiro’s.” Leon Slowed down his Knightmare and turned on the stealth mode, preventing any detection from other radars and camouflaging it to its surroundings. He lands in the nearby forest next to a group of trees. Leon gets a pair of binoculars and look around to find the source of the Knightmares. He sees two people, whom he has never seen before. “Interesting…I wonder what they’re talking about. I better keep my distance; I can’t afford to be seen by these people. For all I know they could very well be enemy’s.” Leon heads back to his Knightmare and gets a earpiece that is able to increase his hearing by a 1 mile radius. He tunes in perfectly and is able to hear the strangers conversation undetected.
