"In Team Dataspace we have Agent Fury, Fury is from an academy which alowed him to join Team Dataspace. We have Alpha, not mush is known about him, all we know is he wants to win the WRGP. Then we have Apollo, he is one of the youngest duelists in the WRGP and his parents taught him how to duel." The commentator turned around to see Team Time Fcuk, "In Team Time Fcuk we have Desna Adats, Another Tech Genus user who wants to show Astro how Tech Genus's are really played. We have Ren Ajimaru, he is from the middle class of Neo Domino City and hasn't entered much tournaments before now. We have Flynn Kimura, he was a ganius during his schooling years and just learnt how to duel though has caught on quickly." The commentator gazed over to the crowd. "Now First we have Fury for Team Dataspace and we have Desna for Team Time Fcuk."
Zextra
Flynn rammed his head into his hands. "How embarrasing can it get?" he mumbled sheepishly. "Oh, well...people might not take me seriously now, because as far as they're concerned, I'm just an average high school duelist that started playing 2 months ago...but..." he stopped as he looked at Ren. "Eh, I just hope that Desna will chill out a bit this match..." he joked. "I'm sure you're eager to take a shot as well, aren't you, Ren?" he asked as Fury and Desna's faces appeared on giant screens all around them. Dementuo
"'Course I am. I't my first major tournament." Ren replied to Flynn. "You're right, though. Densa really should calm down a bit. After what happened last night, I'd be surprised if he didn't tear the other team in half." Ren said, a look of slight worry on his face. He leaned back a little, head resting on his hands. "Even if Densa loses, our strategy can't be beat easily. We got Densa first, who can just tear through opponents, then there's me, and I fight with straightforward beatdown, then there's you." Ren said. "You can win pretty easily with that Lockdown deck of yours." Ren finished. "And so our formation got us this far. If Densa fails, I further his progress, and should I fail, you finish them off."
Premier Alexander Romanov
A mechanical sound could be heard behind the two, followed by another and another as they got louder. Finally, they saw what was making the sounds: a 12-foot-tall white robot that looked like the love child of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity, the robots from Portal 2, and a Transformer. The robot had an angular torso, a head topped with a single red eye with several smaller red eyes on either side, two giant shoulder pads supporting tiny arms, and powerful legs with wheels for feet. The robot turned to them, and the torso opened up to reveal their team leader at its helm. "Morning, boys! Merci
Alpha stood behind Agent Fury before he left to duel against Desna. "Remember, go all out." He said. "This man fought all the way to the finals by himself, so he's very powerful. I'm not discouraging you, but he is extremely powerful. Try to prevent him from summoning any strong monsters, and inflict as much damage as you can, and I should be able to finish him off, as well as the other two. In the event that you happen to beat Desna by yourself, our win is a hundred percent, since he's the strongest. The other two shouldn't be that much of a problem, but if they are, then I'll reveal my secret weapon, and Sir Apollo should be able to finish them off. Now, go." King of Nothing
Apollo ran up to Agent Fury before he left. "Wait...I have a few cards for you. I just grabbed these from boosters, and I figured they might come in handy. I'm not sure how he plays, but..." Apollo went through the cards he had picked up and handed Fury three cards. Gorz, the Emmisary of Darkness, Solemn Warning, and Ultimate Offering. "If you do get in a tight pinch, I want you to try and set that Ultimate Offering, ok? I'll mop the floor with these guys if that's on the field! Of course, I have full confidence in you. Just make sure that, no matter what happens, you always stay one step above your opponent." Sir nodded, then walked past them both. He didn't show much towards his friends, despite his cheery attitude. He hoped that this little gesture would let Fury become one of his friends. As he walked up to the booth for Team Dataspace, he noticed a few open chairs with computers. He walked towards one of the computers and began to do a little bit of research on the people they were fighting, and on the cards they might use. The Sleeping Dude
Agent Fury thanked Apollo and added them to his AOJ Deck. He cleared out that "We will win this thing!" and then checked his Duel Runner and talked to Desna. "May the best Turbo Duelist wins!" Fury hurried to his Duel Runner and make a smoke on his back tires. And get readies for the duel. He awaited the MC to make the call.
Merci
Alpha watched the duel, waiting for his turn. He knew without a doubt that Agent Fury would lose. No single duelist could hold his own against that kind of brute force, or at least no single ordinary duelist. He himself was no ordinary duelist, but he would only barely defeat Desna before being easily defeated by the next opponent. He needed to save power for the last two duels. Desna was the wall. He knew that it would be him who would topple it down. He wouldn't lose. He trusted in Agent Fury to ensure that, and in himself and Sir Apollo to break the other two members. King of Nothing
"Alpha, there's something you're not telling me." Apollo casually glanced at his computer and back at Alpha. "Wait a minute." He was scrolling through a few comments other duelists who had dueled this person had posted. He looked at Alpha, "Well, this should be fun to watch. I just hope Fury manages to set that Ultimate Offering. That or, you know, win." His short attention span didn't take long to take into effect, and he stopped his research and began to stare at the duel at hand. The monitor was replaced wtih the duel info of both duelists. Akio sighed and jumped down from the monitors onto the dueling grounds, next to Alpha. "If it's a three on one duel, I'm not sure if I can win. I know you're the leader, but try to play at least a little defensively against her."
Merci
"Him. Desna's a he." Alpha corrected. "That's the second time I corrected you, sir, for something obvious. Now, relax, it will only be two-on-one. Desna is a wall that I can break down easily, even if I went first. It's just that since Fury went first, it makes the chances of defeating Desna a hundred percent, and I should be able to wrap this duel up quickly. If I put you before me, then despite your above-average dueling skills, you might have lost quickly. So, I went before you, then I can knock down the wall and the two smaller whatevers which are behind it, so if anything goes wrong, you can finish it up. But whatever happens, whatever card I draw, I won't lose to Desna, and I'll probably beat the next opponent as well, That I will promise."

Premier Alexander Romanov
Desna saw that his opponent had already started his turn, so he sped out onto the track, closing up Exocet's torso plate as he did so. Immediately, something huge rushed over Ren and Flynn's heads as a giant floating vehicle consisting of a two-story-house-sized container with a framework in front of it zoomed towards Exocet. Interestingly, it was now apparent that Desna had corporate sponsors in the form of Aperture Laboratories, since not only did the hovercraft have the logo, but Exocet did as well. The front of the vehicle opened up as Exocet fit into the framework, allowing for over a dozen mechanical arms to emerge. Four of the arms grapple the Duel Mech's shoulder pads and ankles while more remove the white armor. Some reach in and take out various mechanical parts that appear to be weapons, while others replace those open areas with other strange machinery, including replacing the missile pods built into the shoulder pads with odd green-glowing turbine-like devices. The armor is replaced, and the giant mobile crew pit drifts back to its team's corner as Exocet speeds forward, now brandishing an oversized Duel Disk with equally oversized cards on its arm. "Alright, you little punk!" Desna announces over the loudspeakers. "Let's see you try this on for size! I draw, and I Special Summon Tech Genus Striker in Attack Mode!" A strange blue warrior appears in front of the white robot. (800 ATK, LV2[sup]Tuner[/sup]) "And now, I will Special Summon Tech Genus Warwolf onto my side of the field!" Another critter, this time a cyborg werewolf, is summoned. (1200 ATK, LV3) "Time to Synchro Summon!" Striker surged ahead and became a pair of rings, which Warwolf entered, turning into a trio of stars. "Limiter Removal, Level Five! Regulator Open! Thruster Warm up, OK! Up Link All Clear! Go! Synchro Summon! Come on! Tech Genus Hyper Librarian!" A strange white-robed individual with a black book started to float next to Exocet. (2400 ATK, LV5) "Now I will Normal Summon Tech Genus Turret Crab in Attack Mode!" Tech Genus Turret Crab WATER/Aqua/Tuner/3/1500/1700 When this monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Tech Genus" monster from your Deck. A strange robotic crab that looked eerily similar to the ones in Code: Lyoko started running next to Exocet. (1500 ATK, LV3[sup]Tuner[/sup]) "Now, I will activate Speed Spell - High Speed Crash! This allows me to destroy a card on either side of the field, and I will go with your facedown and my Turret Crab!" Turret Crab charged at the facedown card, eager to destroy it. Merci
Alpha turned his attention back to the duel, and watched as Agent Fury Synchro Summoned on his first turn. That was what Alpha expected of him to do, quickly summoning a powerful monster. He was also certain that Fury would retaliate with all his might. He watched as Desna quickly retaliated with his own quick Synchro Summonn, though it was weaker than Fury's Friction Sphere. He also watched as Desna activated a speed spell that would allow him to destroy Fury's facedown, as well as his own Turret Crab, whose effect he knew since he had monitored Desna's earlier duels in the tournament before the finals, and with it he would special summon another Tech Genus. He saw through it all, but wondered how Fury would counter it.
The Sleeping Dude
Fury responded to the card and activated Magic jammer, discarding 1 card which is Speed Spell - Magic Mallet, negating and destroying the Speed Spell card Desna activated. Fury said to Desna "Even if you keep destroying my cards, i'll keep countering your cards." Fury thought that he has a 50-50 possibility to win but he remembered what Alpha said that his strong so he might turn the tables. He awaited Desna's response that has loudspeakers which is kinda funny for him. But still he doesn't want to make Alpha down.
Premier Alexander Romanov
It couldn't be seen inside of Exocet, but Desna was grinning. "Alright, hot shot! You disrupted my little plan, and I have to give credit where credit is due, since I could've easily destroyed your entire field this turn! But you're not out of hot water just yet! I will set 2 face-down cards, then end my turn!" Exocet placed two of his oversized cards face-down, then motioned to Fury to start his next turn. It initially sounded like Queen's classic fight song "We Will Rock You", but quickly took on a techno twist, courtesy of Daft Punk, turning it into the song fusion that was "We Will Robot Rock You". The crowd started cheering as Desna's fight music blasted over the systems while Exocet, while going over a hundred miles an hour, started DANCING, the wheels that acted as feet staying in the position of going forward, but the rest of the Duel Mech was able to execute several moves, including a moonwalk, a little boogie, and even the robot. The Sleeping Dude
Fury chuckled as he hear a background music from Desna's loudspeakers. He said, "Alright, My turn, draw." Premier Alexander Romanov
Desna flipped up one of his Trap Cards. "Say hello to Compulsory Evacuation Device, my personal favorite Trap Card!" Friction Sphere was suddenly stuffed inside of an odd spherical machine. "This has got to be one of the most underrated cards in existence! I am honestly surprised not many people run this little b*****d! What this beauty does is that it returns a monster on the field to its owner's hand. Simple as that. Though, this means your Friction Sphere goes back to your Extra Deck instead of your hand, but I digress. The point is that your Friction Sphere isn't immune to my Compulsory, and there aren't any cards I can think of that are! So goodbye, Friction Sphere!" Exocet waved goodbye as Fury's Sphere was suddenly catapulted into the air, blasting off before winking out of existence. Meanwhile, Turret Crab was destroyed by Flamvell Magician. (Desna: 3700 LP)
The Sleeping Dude
Fury said, alright your on, Flamvell Magician continued the attack, decreasing Desna's LP to 3700 but triggering the effect the crab. Fury awaited the monster that soon to appear. He decided not to attack with Rudra and and started to Synchro Summon. Flamvell Magician became 4 stars and the Metal Fiend Token and AOJ Rudra joined together while Fury chanted, "Dark Justice will destroy the Light of Destruction. Appear, descendant of Dark Justice, Ally of Justice Decisive Armor!" He now set a face-down card and ended his turn and waited for Desna's response. Merci
Alpha was somewhat taken off-guard by Desna's use of Compulsory Evacuation Device, but then he began to think of the cards immune to it. They were few and in-between, but they weren't that hard to think of. The three Egyptian gods, obviously. And then Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes. . . Then Odin, Father of the Aesir, and King Dragun, and that's it for the gods. Then there's Tenkabito Shien, Troposphere, Morphtronic Cameran probably counts too, and of course, never forget Elemental Hero Wildheart. In total, there were ten cards in the entire game that were immune to Compulsory Evacuation Device, and over half of them were gods.

(2400 ATK, LV5) "I get to draw another card, and now, I will Accel Synchro Summon!" Exocet suddenly changed as Desna passed by Fury. The Duel Mech's legs contracted back into themselves and shifted to where one was in front of the main body while the other was behind. The backpack-like rear transformed into the rear of the vehicle while the angular torso became the front, revealing Desna inside. The head folded up behind the seat as the shoulder pods turned into sidecars, the arms folding up inside while the oversized Duel Disk became a wing-like attachment to the left sidecar, the oversized cards simply being holograms, while the real cards were inside of the Duel Mech the whole time. Exocet had transformed into a Duel Runner. The green turbines installed earlier popped out and flared up as they were revealed to be Ener-D-related, their rainbow surfaces suddenly firing up as Desna powered forwards, a purple aura surrounding his vehicle. "Limiter Removal, Level Ten! Main Bus Booster Control! All Clear! Infinite Power, Here Release itself and Beyond the Dimension! Go! Accel Synchro! Come On! Merci
Alpha wasn't that surprised, but people who didn't see the first WRGP would probably be very shocked. Desna had performed an Accel Synchro Summon. People from the previous WRGP, and those who have heard about it, wouldn't be shocked, but they probably would cheer at the Accel Synchro Summon. An Accel Synchro Summon was performed using a Synchro Tuner and one or more ordinary Synchro monsters. There were at least two levels higher than the Accel Synchro Summon, which were called Delta Accel Synchro Summon and Limit Over Accel Synchro Summon. Desna had earlier attempted to Delta Accel Synchro, but Alpha wasted a lot of money trying to stop him, but inside of him, he actually liked it. Using more power than necessary was fun. Premier Alexander Romanov
As Fury circled around the arena, and Alpha watched and mused over Accel Synchro Summons, the crowd waited for Desna to return, until finally, an explosion of light revealed Desna, who had a massive orange mech as big, maybe even bigger, than Exocet's Duel Mech form. This robot had two pairs of bladed metal wings and a giant gun. (3300 ATK, LV10) "Everyone, say hello to Tech Genus Blade Blaster!!!" On the displays all over the arena, the words "Hello" flashed for a few seconds, and a good portion of the crowd actually yelled out "Hello" to the Duel Monster. "Blade Blaster can not only negate our Spells and Traps with a discard, but can even dodge out of the way of your attacks, though he won't have to, thanks to Tech Genus Booster's ability!" Blade Blaster was suddenly surrounded by a fiery aura. Don't worry the Agency will pay all the expenses that your Team might cost but make sure you win this thing so everything is worth. Anyways, the main objective of your work here is to defeat this mysterious kid. His name is Ran Yakimoto. An orphan but has evil intentions all around Neo Domini City. I want you to take him down."
